Service is great and I like the fact that it's organic dry cleaning. My clothes does not smell like cleaning chemicals. I used to hate the smell of the clothes once I pick up from the dry cleaners. I recommend taking high end items here. Other items, take it to CD cleansers. That's what I do. Prices do add up and gets pricy at this place. I only take my luxury brand items here. read more

I used to use them but I went in one morning at the time they opened (7:00am) to pick up a suit I needed to wear to a meeting. The owner didn't open the store till after 730 I would find out when I called repeatedly to speak with him. He then told me he was in the back of the store the entire time. He was not. I went into the back to talk to the employees who were cleaning clothing but couldn't use the register and didn't have a great command of English. I then came back the next day and talked to his wife who told me he was sick that day and couldn't open the store... They are just not very concerned with punctuality and this is a deal breaker for a cleaner in my opinion. Prices are on the high side as well. read more

I'm surprised there aren't more reviews for this business. After driving by them many times on the way to work, I decided to finally give them a try. I was hesitant because I thought an organic cleaners would be way too expensive. The prices are comparable to other local cleaners and the owners are very friendly and helpful. I brought my filthy winter coat here to be cleaned and it came back like new and smelled great! I also brought a sweater made of rabbit hair here and it was like new as well! It was a nice change to get my clothes back not smelling of chemicals. I am a lifetime customer...I just hope they stay in business for the long run. read more

I used them for a couple of years and considered myself a good customer. I brought in my expensive & beautiful new wool sweater jacket to be cleaned. When I came back to pick it up it had shrunk to fit a small child. They would not do anything for me. Not pay for it. Not even half. Not even free dry cleaning. Nothing! First, they jerked me around for 6 months saying that they were talking to their lawyer or insurance company. Then they told me to go back to where I bought it and they were responsible. read more
