I gave it one star because I had to in order to post this review. This is not only the worst laundromat I have ever been to but the worst business I have ever been to. Went in because it was close to the grocery store and i thought I would put in a load and head to the store and come back. I don't regularly go to laundromats, but when I have bulky items I do. First, you must buy a card for 5 dollars. It has no value and then you have to put money on it to use it. You then keep the card for the next time you come in. Ok, i coughed up the five bucks and lo and behold, no card came out. Error or malfunction. No attendant on duty. Called the numbers that were posted. Girl can't come to either give me a card or return my money. Calls some other guy, he can't be there until 6pm. It's 2:30 in the afternoon. Fortunately there was a guy there who had a card, I paid him to put money on his card so I could start the washer I had loaded and put the soap in. Use the card, the machine starts and I run off to Garden Fresh. I come back in 1/2 hour and the machine says OUT OF ORDER - Ask for service. It gave an overfill error message. It was just a large winter jacket in a machine that could accomodate 3 loads. Call the numbers for the "attendant" and of course no one answers and I am left with a soaking wet, soapy jacket that I now have to carry to another laundromat. I spent $11.75 and what did I get for that? Aggravation, anger, disappointment, regret for coming here. Took a garbage bag from there, loaded my soaking wet load and headed off to Morrisons which was like a breathe of fresh air. If you are going to go to a laundromat, Go there on Seymour behind Taste Of Paris. Update: Was told to come back the next day to get a refund. Went at the agreed to time and no one was there. No one is EVER there to attend to the business. I had to make several calls and finally after waiting around for another half an hour, some guy came in and gave me a refund.

"Xochitl" and staff have provided us with flawless service, never a lost item, laundry cleaned exactly as we requested and usually done way before promised. It may cost more, but SO worth it, especially after you factor in how much time would be spent otherwise. Today, as always, time is money and if you can afford it, go and pick up your finished clean clothes folded in nice bags and quickly put everything away once you get home.

I advised him that that was against the law that service dogs are allowed into any establishment. He told me he didn't care what the law was and was very rude and indignant. He told me that people that come there could be allergic to dogs. I said it doesn't really make a difference. He told me " get out now". I told him I had things in the washing machine and that they needed to finish in the cycle. He once again demanded I leave. I put my dog in the car for the last couple minutes of the washing cycle. Not only do I have a complaint with the ADA on him I can also sue him for discrimination as well as the "disability act".

There was a worker at the desk to take in laundry and another one was cleaning the lint out of the dryers. It was amazing to see. So much lint. It was like watching Dr Pimple Popper (which I've never done BTW). The high capacity dryers practically dried everything in 10 minutes. It would have been an acceptable level of dryness from my home dryer, but I felt rich and splurged another .25 for another 10 minutes. So easy with the app!

No matter how early you get here, even 5pm, the guy would want to make sure that u don't leave the store and move tour clothes from washer to dryer and out of the store ASAP. Check out the store hours posted on the front door and don't be surprised if the old man yells at you to leave an hour or 2 early. His policy is if there are no customers, "I got to go home early". If there are some customers, "I will make sure they get out early". The guy is particularly rough during winters and rainy days which is most of the months in this region. Once, the guy locked the store and went home before 8:30 pm leaving my clothes in the dryer. I had to call him back. And every time I go there I go prepared to hear him say those golden words "are you gonna stay?"; "no, u must stay here for the whole hour or 2". Even at 2pm. Someone needs to take the man out for a game of golf. I wud never use this laundry if I had another option.
