The lady behind the counter was super helpful and stated she just started Monday as the other 3 people working were no longer there. The owner was called at 1pm regarding the issue, when we were there to get the suit the last time and still waited for her to finish it up she informed us the owner was going to be there in 5 min but of course he never showed!! What makes this worse is when I dropped off the suit it was prepay so I had already paid for the suit to be cleaned!!! No offer of any refund as we went to purchase another suit as no y knew where ours was!!
