I washed several loads of clothes at this place. They didn't spin very well so it took xtra long to…read moredry, like an hour or more. One of my items didn't spin at all. I even put it thru a second wash in another washer, and the results were the same. This was so wet it was dripping on the floor. You have to purchase a card to do the laundry. I have a balance on my card but there is no way to check it. The only thing on the card is the business name and a different address than the one I went to. At the laundry mat there were two different phone numbers listed on a help wanted signed taped on the office door. I have called and left messages for the past 3 weeks and no one has contacted me. I feel like I am dealing with scammers. What kind of business doesn't answer their customers' calls? My advice is DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

I was a first time customer today. I walked in, the lady did say hello; hesitantly. I asked her if she could sew on a very uniquely made patch onto a very lovely jacket. She abruptly says, WHERE? I thinking ok, relax and remove the hesitation from your voice. As I proceeded to explain where the patch would go she days, no, too many turns. She picks the jacket up again looking at it with a sour face. I said of you don't want to do it, just tell me. She hands it back and says nooo with this, passive aggressive response/behavior. I politely said, thank you and left. Finding people to actually wanna do the job they've specialized in is almost impossible. Needless to say, I found a very nice woman who'll have the jacket complete no later than next Wednesday. It's costly. But very worth it. After that, dropping off and picking up the items is quick... your in and out in short order. The prices are reasonable, not better or worse than other places. For some reason when I go to dry cleaners after a few visits I always end up having broken buttons on my shirts. However, I've been using Village Cleaners for almost a year now and not once have buttons been broken. They also do a good job in removing stains and performing minor repairs! Thanks to their efficient, friendly service, you can bet I'll continue on checking in here.
