I washed several loads of clothes at this place. They didn't spin very well so it took xtra long to dry, like an hour or more. One of my items didn't spin at all. I even put it thru a second wash in another washer, and the results were the same. This was so wet it was dripping on the floor. You have to purchase a card to do the laundry. I have a balance on my card but there is no way to check it. The only thing on the card is the business name and a different address than the one I went to. At the laundry mat there were two different phone numbers listed on a help wanted signed taped on the office door. I have called and left messages for the past 3 weeks and no one has contacted me. I feel like I am dealing with scammers. What kind of business doesn't answer their customers' calls? My advice is DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. read more

I came here under the impression it would be an easy wash and dry considering it's close to my place, when in reality $27 later I really could fucken get my close he's dry. there luck I'm not an asshole and file a lawsuit. it's horrible the experie I went thru. please save yourself the rundown of events if you plan to get anything done. cotton inside the dryer cotton all over the floor I don't even feel my clothes were washed properly I asked the maintenance guy to see if he could break a 20 he sent me to the machine and the machine instead of giving me five dollars in quarters not even asked me he gave me $20 in quarters and then he had me separate $15 in quarters to give me the change back like if you didn't trust that my money was legit. Anyways, overall, I'm disappointed in the owner and then the maintenance of this place ATM was out of order as well horrible. read more

I don't understand what some of these reviews are talking about--are they talking about the same place? One said, it was a hole in the wall in a "rough" area. Pfff. Dude, you must not be from around here. It's in one of the nicest areas in all of Kenosha, and it's one of the nicest laundromats around. I've been in some straight ghetto laundromats, and this is a far cry from that. Yeah, the prices may be high, or higher than they used to be--but everything is because inflation is 24% (non-CPI propaganda). That's not the fault of the laundromat, that's the fault of the federal government blowing out the economy by spending trillions of dollars and forcing future generations to pay for it. The place was very clean, the boss was in there and I was happy to tell him how clean the place was. Might even try taking a part time job there because it's less than a half mile from my house. read more

A couple times now when i used the place the owner spend the entire time cleaning right next to me. There was no one else in there and for some reason just constantly needed to be underfoot. read more

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. My clothes did not spin out and was full of soap. The attendant was new and called the owner. The attendant asked me to explain about my clothes. Immediately the owner told me I put the soap in the wrong dispenser. No I did not you are not even here. I used to much soap he says. I followed the directions on the soap bottle. Then it was these are commercial machines. You only need a help cap of soap. Where does it say that in anywhere in here. He goes we can't put up directions people wash different things. He wanted me rewash them at my expense. No way I say. You should be paying for that. He goes I am not accepting responsibility for something you did. The whole time kept over talking me. It's nice quiet and clean. My dryer went out, so I'm just coming to dry clothes. I haven't had to wash clothes in laundry mat for at least 10yrs, so the prices seem a little high, but it might be right. I do really like the place. read more

Extremely clean laundry mat. Lady in photo is attendant. She was cleaning whole time we were there. She was even cleaning inside washers after people took their laundry out. Highly recommend this laundry mat! Snack and soda machines. Unisex restroom. Air conditioning and ceiling fans. Floor, machines, everything looked newer. Would do my laundry here again. read more

Hole in the wall and rough looking location.... Large washer $ 5.75 is fast and knocks the construction dirt off my clothing VERY well. Dryers are LARGE and run .25 for 6 minutes. They work well and five pairs of jeans in a dryer cost me $ 1.50 to dry. Place is clean. People keep to themselves. Worth using AND will be VERY busy at times.... read more

Clean facility with new machines. Prices are a slight bit higher than other places in the area, however machines are new and clean, plus for an extra quarter you have the option of an extra wash cycle, extra rinse, or both. 5 different sized washers ranging from single too loaf to 3-8 load front load machines, and 3 different sized dryers ranging from 3-8 loads. I absolutely HATE going to laundromats, however this place at least makes it bearable! read more

The employee has no regard for anyone washing their laundry. He will vacuum the floor 1 inch away from you while you are trying to switch your loads. I watched him clean the lint trap of all the dryers my clothes were in while they were on and it made the dryers stop and eat up my time. Extremely unprofessional, I won't be coming here anymore. read more

Came here to do laundry when my washer broke. Super clean! Owner was sanitizing the washers and vacuuming lint traps while I was here. Numerous varieties of washers from top loader to a 6 load washer. Wifi a plus. read more

First time here. Had a very thick queen sized mattress pad to wash and dry. The owner was very helpful in showing me the right-sized machines to use and offered other helpful suggestions. This guy really knows about cleaning - reflected in the cleanliness of the laundromat, too! Will be back again... read more
