I thinking ok, relax and remove the hesitation from your voice. As I proceeded to explain where the patch would go she days, no, too many turns. She picks the jacket up again looking at it with a sour face. I said of you don't want to do it, just tell me. She hands it back and says nooo with this, passive aggressive response/behavior. I politely said, thank you and left. Finding people to actually wanna do the job they've specialized in is almost impossible. Needless to say, I found a very nice woman who'll have the jacket complete no later than next Wednesday. It's costly. But very worth it. I even put it thru a second wash in another washer, and the results were the same. This was so wet it was dripping on the floor. You have to purchase a card to do the laundry. I have a balance on my card but there is no way to check it. The only thing on the card is the business name and a different address than the one I went to. At the laundry mat there were two different phone numbers listed on a help wanted signed taped on the office door. I have called and left messages for the past 3 weeks and no one has contacted me. I feel like I am dealing with scammers. What kind of business doesn't answer their customers' calls? My advice is DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

I have been coming here for years and I have never once had a problem until today. I had taken my graduation stole to get cleaned because it had a couple of stains on it. The lady informed me that there was a possibility of the iron on letters that were on there coming off, and I understood and told her that it was OK. So today I go to pick up my item and the stains are still there as if they never cleaned it. It looks like all they did was iron it. So I called to see why it wasn't cleaned and she states it's because of the letters that they didn't want them to fall off. OK cool but if that was the case they should have never accepted the item to be cleaned and still take my money.

Ok. I am here on a holiday Memorial Day 2026. I am glad they are open while my teen son is at the…read morepool. I am so glad I could get laundry done. I have not been here in about 4 years. I typically arrived at the back so I do not have to park in front at a 45 degree angle. The back was locked. I use to use the huge machines at the north side to do my laundry swiftly. They were closed off. The main area was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!! The attendant acknowledged the floors were gross, but it was a holiday and the cleaners were off. She could have easily taken the time to mop. That floors had layers of filth well beyond one day. Another lady ended up washing her clothes in a washer that had mud it and required her to rewash her clothes. One load of my clothes were soaking wet but the attendant was no where to be found so I paid extra to dry. One in three washers are broken. Dryers are ok . I feel Like the owner has checked out and awaiting total failure before they shut down. It certainly was not like this in 2021.
