You need to have your head examined if you bring anything to this place to get dry cleaned! They ruined my $100.00 dress. When I went to pick up the dress I told them I want my money back for the dry cleaning and the cost of the dress. I showed her both receipts and proceeded to explain that the dress happened to be on sale for $58.00. She kept getting up in my face saying you want us to pay $85.00? No I'm not doing that. Of course she wouldn't listen when I said no that is the total charge on my credit card, and she ripped up the check and she kept going on like a crazy person. Finally she got it right and they paid me half of the damages to my dress but she wouldn't give me the check unless cut part of my receipt. She kept waving the scissors in my face like a crazy person. I said what is wrong with her to the little old man. I had enough and I called her a b... Please don't give them any business. Due to circumstances around selling our house, we were not able to select my daughter's prom dress until one week before prom. I did not account for the fact that she would need the dress hemmed, and it was more complicated with 4 different layers. I called a number of different places and many were too busy. When I called Bayridge, the woman who does alterations told us we could come in immediately and she would have it done by Friday before prom. I went to pick it up less than a week later and it was done wonderfully. I was so thankful they fit us in so last minute and did such a fantastic job on her dress. Absolutely livid! We dropped off gifts for my bridal party (4 robes w/ties, and 3 shoulder wraps) to be pressed. We dropped them off on January 2nd and were told that we could pick them up January 8th. No problem! We needed them for our rehearsal dinner on January 10th. Tried to pick them up the evening of the 8th as scheduled. We were told that they did not have our items yet and to pick them up the morning of the 9th. I was upset but this was still doable. Got a call from the owner the morning of the 9th. They STILL didn't have our items. We were told that we could pick them up the evening of the 9th. We went to pick them up that evening. AGAIN! STILL didn't have them. The owner asked us to give him until the following week! Really!? Wedding was on the 11th! They were able to produce our items minus the ties for the robes on the afternoon of the 10th. Charged us half price. But still we had no way to close the robes. The owner asked us to come back the morning of the wedding to see if he could find the ties. Nope.. you guessed it! Still no ties. We had to buy ribbon to close the robes for pictures. FINALLY we got a call from the owner while we were in the middle of taking our wedding pictures to tell us that he found the ties. SORRY! TOO LATE! We went back to the cleaners to get the ties on the 13th so that we could at least give our bridal party the remaining part of their robe. We told the owner we wanted a full refund since we didn't have the ties in time and for all the stress that this ordeal caused not to mention the extra expense of buying ribbon for the robes. He actually tried to keep the robe ties because he gave us the refund. This whole thing was just crazy!! I will definitely will not be bringing anything back to this establishment. Just horrible!! We took our blankets to this place to get them both dry cleaned. When we picked them up, they were both full of powder or something and no longer soft like they were before. We complained, they took them for another few days, and when we picked them up the second time, they were still horrible. We have to buy new ones now. Never going there again read more

I brought my wedding dress there for alterations (hemming). When I went to pick it up on the date promised they could not find my dress. There was no slip anywhere to be found. After about ten minutes of looking, the man called the alteration woman..the dress was found wadded up in a round laundry basket on the floor! It had not been cleaned or pressed, just thrown in a laundry basket. He offered to steam it and it still did not look pressed, then I noticed it had a pink spot on the dress (which was white) that was NOT there when I dropped it off. He insisted they did not know how the spot got there (who would know when it was thrown around like dirty laundry). He offered to clean it and have it ready in two days, which was too late for me since I was leaving for my wedding the next day. He didn't even offer to give a discount, I had to tell him I was not paying full price to which after much upset to him, he agreed to a slight discount.
