The new owners are very pleasant but the quality isn't there. The sweaters are now smelly like they've been in my grandmothers basement for 20 years, buttons are broken after being crushed and they don't seem to try to learn who their regular customers are. Again, they are very pleasant but I think after 20+ years of going here, I am going to be looking for a new dry cleaner.

I was a first time customer today. I walked in, the lady did say hello; hesitantly. I asked her if she could sew on a very uniquely made patch onto a very lovely jacket. She abruptly says, WHERE? I thinking ok, relax and remove the hesitation from your voice. As I proceeded to explain where the patch would go she days, no, too many turns. She picks the jacket up again looking at it with a sour face. I said of you don't want to do it, just tell me. She hands it back and says nooo with this, passive aggressive response/behavior. I politely said, thank you and left. Finding people to actually wanna do the job they've specialized in is almost impossible. Needless to say, I found a very nice woman who'll have the jacket complete no later than next Wednesday. It's costly. But very worth it. Nu Glo has nothing to worry about with me; I'm only one customer but. For every person who asks about a dry cleaner they hear about my experience. Thank you consumers for listening.

They do the best for dry cleaning men's shirts as far as not damaging or wrinkling them. However, they are a little more expensive and only take cash. I only take my best shirts and jackets here. I have been coming here for years and I have never once had a problem until today. I had taken my graduation stole to get cleaned because it had a couple of stains on it. The lady informed me that there was a possibility of the iron on letters that were on there coming off, and I understood and told her that it was OK. So today I go to pick up my item and the stains are still there as if they never cleaned it. It looks like all they did was iron it. So I called to see why it wasn't cleaned and she states it's because of the letters that they didn't want them to fall off. OK cool but if that was the case they should have never accepted the item to be cleaned and still take my money.

The cost was right where I thought it was going to be, very reasonable. I should have written this review many years ago, so I thought I'd take the chance to do it now. Dude, you must not be from around here. It's in one of the nicest areas in all of Kenosha, and it's one of the nicest laundromats around. I've been in some straight ghetto laundromats, and this is a far cry from that. Yeah, the prices may be high, or higher than they used to be--but everything is because inflation is 24% (non-CPI propaganda). That's not the fault of the laundromat, that's the fault of the federal government blowing out the economy by spending trillions of dollars and forcing future generations to pay for it. The place was very clean, the boss was in there and I was happy to tell him how clean the place was. Might even try taking a part time job there because it's less than a half mile from my house.

I even put it thru a second wash in another washer, and the results were the same. This was so wet it was dripping on the floor. You have to purchase a card to do the laundry. I have a balance on my card but there is no way to check it. The only thing on the card is the business name and a different address than the one I went to. At the laundry mat there were two different phone numbers listed on a help wanted signed taped on the office door. I have called and left messages for the past 3 weeks and no one has contacted me. I feel like I am dealing with scammers. What kind of business doesn't answer their customers' calls? My advice is DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.
