I was a first time customer today. I walked in, the lady did say hello; hesitantly. I asked her if she could sew on a very uniquely made patch onto a very lovely jacket. She abruptly says, WHERE? She picks the jacket up again looking at it with a sour face. I said of you don't want to do it, just tell me. She hands it back and says nooo with this, passive aggressive response/behavior.
