They had to dry it out prior to dry cleaning and then did the dry cleaning. All of this for around $50 and the pillow top came out looking great. I was expecting a bigger charge. After that, dropping off and picking up the items is quick... your in and out in short order. The prices are reasonable, not better or worse than other places. For some reason when I go to dry cleaners after a few visits I always end up having broken buttons on my shirts.
