It took almost 40 min. for me to try to drop off some tablecloths from our church for wash/dry/fold. They could not understand this simple order. Then when I looked at the receipt, they had added an extra $100 for ironing when I only wanted dry and fold. They also lost my new canvas bag in just a few days. I don't know if they actually voided my order and credited my card because they could not figure out how to give me a receipt for that transaction. I won't come here again!

I typically arrived at the back so I do not have to park in front at a 45 degree angle. The back was locked. I use to use the huge machines at the north side to do my laundry swiftly. They were closed off. The main area was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!! The attendant acknowledged the floors were gross, but it was a holiday and the cleaners were off. She could have easily taken the time to mop. That floors had layers of filth well beyond one day.
