I typically arrived at the back so I do not have to park in front at a 45 degree angle. The back was locked. I use to use the huge machines at the north side to do my laundry swiftly. They were closed off. The main area was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!! The attendant acknowledged the floors were gross, but it was a holiday and the cleaners were off. She could have easily taken the time to mop. That floors had layers of filth well beyond one day. Another lady ended up washing her clothes in a washer that had mud it and required her to rewash her clothes. One load of my clothes were soaking wet but the attendant was no where to be found so I paid extra to dry. One in three washers are broken. Dryers are ok . I feel Like the owner has checked out and awaiting total failure before they shut down. It certainly was not like this in 2021.

I told her the suits are clearly not dry cleaned and I would like a refund or need you to do this again. DO NOT GO HERE!! The…read morewomen working here showed complete disregard for customer service. I dropped off two dresses here and told the woman there was no rush for pickup. She told me they would be ready by Thursday. I showed up Thursday; the woman heard me walk in but didn't say a word and left me waiting at the front desk, since there is no bell or anything to indicate a customer has arrived. When she finally walks up to the front desk, she looks for my dresses and then tells me I need to come back tomorrow (Friday) because she forgot to finish the job and the dress was still wrinkly. On Friday, I show up, and the woman again leaves me standing there at the front desk. I am the only one in the business. I say "hello" a few times, but the woman doesn't even give the courtesy of saying, "I'll be with you in a minute," or to "F**k off." I look back, and she's just sitting down on her phone. Only when I say hello, annoyed, does she finally stand up and give me my items. When I get home and check the dresses, they are still wrinkled... I'm telling you, do not walk, RUN away from this place.
