She noticed i was not in the system and asked if I had recently moved to the area. when I said I had, she welcomed me to the area and commented on what a nice area it is. She was also very accurate in making sure she knew what I needed with each article of clothing. When my wife picked up the clothes, she also said how nice they were. Now, I realize many people will say, who cares, how were the clothes? I can happily report that they all came out great. I asked for lightly starched, and they were. Creases were all correct. Fold were correct. My shirts actually looked newer than when I dropped them off! As far as prices, I had 3 pants pressed and 10 shirts pressed for a total of $31.00, which as far as I can remember seems about average. I arrived here Wednesday night and dropped off my clothes Thursday AM after calling around frantically to see who could have these cleaned in time for pickup Saturday AM for a wedding that afternoon. The staff here promised they could do it, were exceptionally helpful the whole time, and saved my bacon. While they were unsure they could get the soot out initially, they miraculously did and all the clothes were perfect. To top it off they were ready Friday a day early saving me from frantically rushing to pick them up Saturday and instead letting my enjoy the morning with wedding friends after a very, very long week. All this for a very reasonable price and great convenient location. I'm extremely grateful to all the staff here and will be using them for all my dry cleaning needs whenever I'm in town.

I have taken my slacks to be shortened and "slenderized" and I have taken two suits of Shantung silk to them. They shortened the hems on the skirt and dress, shaped the dress to more closely fit my measurements, and shortened the sleeves on both the jacket and the coat. They also explained why one modification I requested would create negative "unintended consequences". After they explained their thinking, I could understand why the modification would have been a bad idea. I recommended them to my brother, who had several pairs of dress pants taken in. They even repaired a tear in a pair of jeans. The repair was so perfectly done that I thought he had purchased a new pair --- I was unable to see where the repair was accomplished. These people know their craft. I even left their business card with my cobbler (another endangered craft with the proliferation of athletic shoes). If you wear clothes with classic lines, visit Tad More...you will be pleased you went.
