Above all, the employee that helped me was what made it great! Helpful and friendly made for the perfect combination. She noticed i was not in the system and asked if I had recently moved to the area. when I said I had, she welcomed me to the area and commented on what a nice area it is. She was also very accurate in making sure she knew what I needed with each article of clothing. When my wife picked up the clothes, she also said how nice they were. Now, I realize many people will say, who cares, how were the clothes? I can happily report that they all came out great. I asked for lightly starched, and they were. Creases were all correct. Fold were correct. My shirts actually looked newer than when I dropped them off! As far as prices, I had 3 pants pressed and 10 shirts pressed for a total of $31.00, which as far as I can remember seems about average. This is definitely my new permanent cleaners and I would recommend it to anyone in the area.

Upon stepping into this place, I was greeted by the lovely Mimi. She, too, was scared of the abomination that were my three, large winter coats. Kindly note that this place is small but organized, it's bright and pretty clean. Anywho, I digress. Lovely Mimi said she would definitely try her hardest to clean them but she couldn't make any promises. I appreciated her candor and I told her to work her magic. She was so sweet acknowledging my comment and I left there with nothing but a wish. Fast forward to now and Mimi texted me letting me know my costs were ready for pick up. I picked them up and legit was shocked. She was able to turn my gross jackets into something of wonder and happiness. Two of the several stains didn't come out fully, so I politely asked if it could be re-done and have them again try to remove those final two spots, so they gladly fixed the issue for a repeat treatment at no additional cost. I needed a small repair on a pair of pants, and unfortunately, the repair was not done properly and my pants were ultimately ruined. There was also a significant communication issue, as the woman assisting me did not understand what I was asking for. I spent approximately 45 minutes trying to explain what needed to be done, but we were unable to come to an understanding, and I eventually had to walk away without being able to wear the pants. To make matters worse, I was charged for a service that was not properly provided. I tried to explain my concerns, but instead of resolving the issue, I was being argued with. The cleaning itself was fine, but because of this experience, I will not be returning. I would expect much better communication and customer service, especially when charging a customer for an alteration that was not completed correctly.
