Slavic and Alex took great care to clean up as they worked, paid attention to simple details like ensuring nails were picked up and that hose covers were back on (winter months), and they were very respectful of the driveway which I share with my neighbors. - Throughout the installation, Vitaliy kept me updated via text, phone calls, and site visits. I always knew where things stood and what degree of rot was uncovered (or not) at the end of a demolition day. The level and consistency of communication was outstanding. After that experience, I question both the company's substantive knowledge and their ethics. First, they used some pressuring tactics to try to get me to sign on for their services right away. They urged me to make a homeowners insurance claim right away, saying that the work would surely be more than my $5k deductible. I asked what if we just took some remediation efforts without a claim, and they said just having a dehumidifier and fan in here for several days would already run $3k so I might as well file the claim. They otherwise would not offer an actual estimate for anything. The next day when they reached out to follow up, I said I didn't think it was worth it to file a claim and be out $5k. They then miraculously said they could do remediation for $2-$3k without a claim. I also had them look at another area of the house where we had some mystery water but was now visibly dry. I thought it came from outside rain. The technician said we had a leak and needed a plumber. I got a plumber in later who removed dry wall to look for the leak. There wasn't one. The plumber seemed really trustworthy and replaced a part just in case and was not $$$. But seemed to badly reflect on Robinson.
