Chilled Spicy Chicken in Szechuan Style
    Andy L.

I went to chopstick over 6 months ago and wasn't impressed. Recently I went in and noticed the decor is a lot nicer and the staff is extremely friendly. I also noticed there is some authentic Szechuan dishes on their menu and decided to take a chance. Well, I'll have to say they are legit! The Szechuan food tasted authentic and at a very reasonable price. Will definitely go back!

absolutely disgusting picked up the food and it was undercooked. Please check photos attached to this review. Took one BITE spit it out. Didn't even taste like chicken absolutely disgusting beware. NEVER EVER EVER EVER EATING HERE AGAIN - GROS

    Chopsticks Express at Huntsman Square.
    Andrew L.

I very much like Chopsticks Express at the Huntsman Square shopping center. It is Chinese take-out only, but don't let that dissuade you from trying it! I typically pick up lunch here when home on a weekday. I select one of the Executive Lunch Box specials that incldue a main dish, fried rice, and a egg roll. Most recently I had Szechwan Chicken. I also like to add Hot and Sour Soup. Everything is very tasty and reasonably priced. The propieters, Mr. and Mrs. Liu, are always friendly.

    Lunch special: Gen Tsao's Chicken
    Susan J.

Ordered the Gen Tsao's lunch special with white rice and the Combinaton Lo Mein with fried rice. Both lunch specials came with a spring roll. $7.95 each. The meals came in the separated plastic reusable containers which I liked. I ran to Giant to get something I had forgotten after ordering from this place. It still wasnt ready when I returned so I strapped my kids up in the minivan and parked at the curb. One of the employees came out of the store as I got out of my car to approach the store (which was nice). So, food taste? Actually, not too shabby. The chicken was fried dark meat pieces (which I prefer) and there were plenty of chicken! The lo mein was pretty tasty, but could do without the napa since it has a bitter tinge but replaced with some green cabbage. The fried rice actually had some wok hei to it! So, this place did hit the spot for some americanized chinese food for sure!

Pad Thai & Kung pao chicken
    Rachele A.

Gross ... pad Thai imposter was not even close and kung pao had way too much raw celery to be enjoyable. Crab Rangoon was decent but was mostly shell with little filling. Yuck and disappointing.

Just had dinner delivery. Two egg drop soup and shrimp and lobster sauce. Fast, hot, and plentiful for under $30. Recommend!

Ordered a large variety of dim sum, a salt and pepper pork chop dish, and a whole Peking duck! Everything came out hot and fresh so no complaints there. Let's talk taste though... Peking duck was just ok, very dark in color and did not have that authentic taste. I would not recommend this place for their Peking duck. Even the wrappers had a weird taste the fried salt and pepper pork chops lacked both salt and pepper! The dim sum was again just ok, like if you need your fix and didn't feel like driving too far, then here is fine. Service was great and food came out pretty fast. My one star off is for taste and authenticity, prob a non Chinese would find this place great.

The sesame noodles were just lo mein noodles with a tiny drizzle of sauce and a few sesame seeds, no real flavor except dough. The Chongqing chicken had some pieces that were refrigerator-level cold, the chiles had just been dumped on top and not stir-fried with the chicken, and there were zero Sichuan peppercorns, so not mala at all. The chicken fried rice and the scallion pancakes were overcooked, and there was no sauce with the pancakes. Asked for utensils and hot oil, received neither.

I called XO Taste Express to inquire about catering for fifty and the owner was SO helpful in helping me decide on a menu for our guest list. We decided to go with the seafood fried rice, stir fried vegetarian noodles, shrimp and papaya salad, lemongrass chicken, soy sauce chicken, and when she found out we were Filipino....ALLL ZEEE roasted pork aka: lechon. She was proud of her food and it showed. She also offered delivery for $25 which was really, really helpful since we would be rushing from church to our home to set up the party. This ensured that the food was delivered hot and fresh. Favorites of the party included the lemongrass chicken (as Anne C mentioned, that scallion sauce is totally crack), the extra crispy lechon, and seafood fried rice. Everyone was excited to try something new and coupled with a various other items we catered from other restaurants, the whole baptism was a hit with little effort on our part. I'll definitely work with them again! A few notes: - This is actually a stall inside a grocery store - They don't have a website with a catering menu so just take the time to speak with the owner. Her English is great and she is very friendly.
