Delicious authentic Korean food. I'm obsessed with the spicy pork and the kimchi stew (soup). The sides are really good as well. Shout out to the miso soup and the fried fish cake. The restaurant has very limited, and intimate seating. There's plenty of parking! Service is quick and efficient.

This place knocked it out of the park again. Always get the same thing. Always got the same great service. Always good. This time it wasn't the owner chef that cooked the food but it tasted close to his. A little saltier than usual. Place was still empty during the day on a Thursday at 3pm. Good time to go for an early dinner.

This spot has excellent Korean-Chinese food! From the moment I stepped in, the cozy, homey atmosphere made it feel like a small neighborhood gem. We ordered the Samsun Gan Jjajang and Khan Pung Sal (essentially boneless wings), and both dishes were delicious. The noodles in the Jjajang had the ideal balance of chewiness and softness, and they were generous with the flavorful sauce. The wings were perfectly crispy with just the right amount of spice. As for service, we didn't have any issues--our server was warm and welcoming. Would definitely love to be back!

Small Korean-Chinese restaurant in an industrial area in Lorton. I've eaten here since 2000 and always received good service and food. It's been a while since I visited last time, like several years. I realized that the owner changed since then, but I can still see the owner cooking himself and clearing the table with a big smile. Taste is also amazingly and very close to authentic. Love to come back and try more on the menu. The interior is old, but clean.

Delicious food all around with friendly service in this hole in a wall store. Has all the Chinese-Korean classics and more! A little of a drive from NoVa but the food is worth~

Boneless fried chicken thighs in a hot and sweet sauce.

Haven't been to Hunan Deli in a while, but after a disappointing Korean meal in Annandale, I decided to give them a go. Ordered a small Khan Pung Sal (boneless fried chicken thighs in sweet and spicy sauce). Crispy like karaage, so it holds up to the sauce, which made me break a Sichuan numbing pepper sweat. If you like it spicy, they will not disappoint. I ordered a small, but could barely finish half. I imagine a large would feed a family of four. I'd skip the American Chinese menu and go for the Korean or the Korean Chinese options. With the weather getting cooler, there's plenty of hot, spicy soups on the menu, and their wings are better than Bonchon. Plenty of Korean customers and military who probably were stationed in Korean and got a taste for the food. Highly recommended.

We ordered the kimchi jjigae, kimchi stew, and the seafood Jjajangmyun, seafood black noodles. The food was fantastic but way too spicy, and that's coming from someone who grew up in Korea. The table next to me, all Koreans, were saying the Jjajangmyun was too spicy. I've actually never had Jjajangmyun that is spicy, it's not supposed to be! I could understand if they made the jambong too spicy, but definitely not Jjajangmyun. The kimchi jjigae was also extremely spicy than typical. I think the cook that day just went crazy with adding jalapeños to everything. I informed him that it was too much and he made it seem like I just couldn't handle it. So I guess depending on who's cooking the food, it can be way too spicy and I feel that takes away from the amazing food. I don't mind spice, but when you're mouth is burning to the point you can't taste anymore, that's no fun. I'll still be coming back but Im going to ask for non-spicy black noodles, which I've never had to do anywhere. Other than that, the food is fresh and delicious! The side dishes are also great! My favorite was the , bean sprouts.

If you love Korean food and Chinese food, then you come to the right place. This is a small hole in the wall restaurant that serves excellent food. It reminded me of the little side restaurants in Korea where you can get a good home cooked meal. After leaving Korea, part of this dining experience left me as well. Finding a great authentic restaurant like this in the Ft Belvoir area is not easy to come by. The place is small with limited seating, so check before coming by. The food was outstanding, and we will be back for more. Service was not bad food came out hot and prompt.

With FB, you're fortunate to explore a sampling of Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai & Vietnamese dishes respectively. The DIFFERENCE from most Asian fusion places is that each dish is a cultural stand alone. For example, if you order Kim Chee fried rice, you'll get a Kim Chee fried rice that you'd get at a Korean restaurant. Fried pork chops? Classic Vietnamese flavors. Their presentation may be a little different, but it is the flavors you'd get at a Vietnamese restaurant. Don't be intimated by the chili next to the menu items...it can be adjusted for the non-spicy friends joining you. The besties said they found a restaurant right down the road from where we live. We were there on a Sunday at 11am. It was fairly empty, but I heard it gets quite busy and I can understand why. They also have a bar so they serve drinks there.

We laughed about the item I wanted to order not being available. They were attentive to the older ladies I was with. No complaints. The server is why this is two stars instead of one. Sadly, the food. Sigh. I know all these fusion places are disappointing, but mom wanted to come here. I asked if I could get the salad I wanted without the beef it comes with, but the answer was no. After reading the way too big menu twice, I ordered what I knew would be an incredibly sad drunken noodle. I'm not sure the restaurant knows what drunken noodle is. Does Fuse Box exist in an alternate pocket dimension where drunken noodle, with no listed fusion on the menu other than a strange "contains peanuts" warning, is drenched in a sweet peanut sauce even though it's listed as spicy with two peppers next to it on the menu? Where the noodles are just weird soggy mush? Where the spiciness rating scale might actually be a sweet sugar scale instead? Yes. Yes it does. Don't eat here. Just don't. I refused to eat my food. And not even mom suggesting it again in the distant future when she thinks I've forgotten, or she's forgotten my reaction to the food, will get me to return.
