I ordered to go since i wanted a lazy night in at home. I get to the restaurant and they're busy so I have to wait a bit longer for my order, no big deal. I grabbed my order from the worker as they walked out with it and proceeded to drive 5 minutes home. I get home and I'm excited to eat my KFC and bulgogi combo with mandoo when I take my first bite, and the KFC is cold and hard. Imagine my surprise at it being cold and hard after just leaving the restaurant. Unsure if maybe the soda in the bag had anything to do with it but my families meals were also in said bag and were warmed through. Well whatever I'm hungry and don't want to go to the microwave so I mix my food up and hope the heat from there will bring everything up to room temperature, in the mean time I'm ready to dig in to my dumplings. They're alright, again kind of cold but basically the same quality as if you got the ajimoto frozen dumplings from Costco. Back to the bowl now, much to my chagrin the rest of the KFC is either 90% batter, dry as hell, or cold. It's not as bad as my poor husband though, he got the pork cutlet which was 90% batter, 5% sauce, and 5% pork. It's almost comedic how small the slice of meat was in comparison to everything else, either way would avoid. Now I hear what you're saying, you got a combo bowl what about the bulgogi and to that I say it was aight. It was cooked well enough but the slices were super tiny and just not that flavorful. I recognize the flavor is probably supposed to come from the sauces you choose( I got gochujang and garlic mayo) but it was just bland. I can honestly say never have I appreciated vegetables and rice as much as I did in this dish, they were truly the saving grace this dish needed. The kimchi is trash and I can not say this enough AVOID IT (absolutely no flavor) and the sweet potato noodles were a bit goopy, but the carrots, spinach, cucumber and rice went hard. I think if I had gotten just the vegetable bowl I'd be a lot happier. I will say the size of the bowls are pretty good and I was definitely full afterwards but it wasn't a happy full it was a well that was edible food full. Maybe this was a bad day, but it seemed like all of the bowls from our orders were just disappointing. If I'm paying $14+ a bowl I really don't want disappointing. There is potential here but I think it'll be a while before I'm ready to give it another shot. read more

Needed something quick and this came up so I decided to give it a try. Good thing I read the reviews first or else I would not have been able to find it. Ghost kitchens are a hit or miss so I was nervous. When I came in, I got greeted shortly even though they were obviously busy. The space is big and they even have a bar. My food was ready so I was in and out pretty quick. I was starving as it was already evening and it was my first meal so I got to munching right away in my car. It wasn't until a few minutes into my meal I realized I was given the wrong order. I had ordered the build your own bulgogi bowl. This was my order: White Rice Sweet Potato Noodles Asian Slaw Garlic Butter Corn Wonton Chips Pickled Cucumber Spicy Edamame Spicy Mayo Soy Garlic Teriyaki I was missing sweet potato noodles, asian slaw, corn, and wonton chips. Instead I had spinach and kimchi. Both things I don't like so I ate around it. I was so hungry and surprisingly still so good I ate what I could. I looked for this last night and gave up. Today I looked again after reading other reviews and it's inside 54 Restaurant. The place is nice and they could easily accommodate a large (like 60+) party. Korean Chicken Wings were fried to perfection, golden and crispy. Nice sized pieces, packaged well with sauce and radish in separate cups. To go bag included 2 wipes for hands and napkins. Upon arrival , I received a warm, friendly greeting and in-hand delivery with a smile. Here's where it went downhill fast... wings tasted old and were discolored inside, which was extremely disappointing. I really wanted to like my first experience at Good Bop... unfortunately, it was BAD and it's definitely not a Bop. We wanted to focus on their rice bowls - you get to choose your protein (bulgogi, KFC, pork or chicken katsu, pork belly, spicy chicken, spicy pork, mandoo, tofu, salmon, or strictly veggies), your base (white rice or a spring mix), toppings (sweet potato noodles, aka jahp chae, pickled cucumbers, kimchi, spinach, carrots, butter corn, wonton chips, Asian slaw, nori strips, mozzarella, and/or a fried egg), sauces (spicy mayo, garlic mayo, gochujang, teriyaki, sweet miso, and/or sriracha), and an option to add extras, such as rice, protein, or a spring mix. For my appetizer I ordered the poke nachos. It was supposed to have tuna poke. I only tasted one bite of tuna. The rest of the protein, while it looked like tuna, sure didn't taste like tuna. It tasted like, it's hard to describe, a mild, soft jerky strip or what Impossible Fish might taste like. Also, the ratio of avocado to what they're calling tuna was waaay too much avocado. This was a fail. Next up was the pork katsu bop. The katsu was overdone. It was crispy when it arrived, but the pork was pretty tough. I asked the server for tonkatsu sauce on top. Didn't get any sauce. I had to ask him for sauce on the side and he brought a stingy small ramekin of sauce. Come on guys, let's be a little more generous with condiments! The kicker in this bop bowl was my jap chae. Rather than spread evenly throughout the bowl, it came as one tough ball of noodles. I couldn't even separate them to eat a few strands. I felt it was scooped out of an ice cream scoop. How does a cook plunk a ball of noodles like that and not notice the presentation is just wrong? Zero for two. I should have sent both dishes back, but I was in kind of a hurry. I paid my bill and left. Maybe it was an off night. But there are too many East Asian places that are so much better quality and flavor, that I doubt I will try here again. read more

Ordered via DoorDash but before I placed the order, I gave them a call because I have a good allergy to ask about some of the toppings. The person who answered was able to answer all of my questions regarding ingredients without having to go ask someone else while also telling me the major ingredients so that I knew what I was getting. It was nice that she knew the menu so well, giving me confidence that I would be safe eating the food. I ordered the salmon with Asian slaw, spicy edamame, butter garlic corn, and pickled cucumbers. The salmon was cooked perfectly - actually the best level of cooked salmon I've had takeout. I also really liked the corn a lot so will definitely get it again. Something new I experienced with this establishment was that they share the same location with the 54 restaurant in the mall in case customers are concerned of its presence. Tried a couple of their appetizers and entree and couldn't leave without the ramune soda which is always a fun soda to drink. I tried their rice bowl with kfc, Mandoo, bulgogi waffle fries all which were excellent and well seasoned. The staff were friendly and attentive and the experience as whole was enjoyable. This place is INSIDE another restaurant. It didn't say that anywhere. I called them many times and there's a different phone number depending on where you look. It took me about 50 mins to finally pick up my food since they weren't answering their 3 phone numbers. I searched the mall...checked the food court, walked and drove around where my GPS said it was. No one was picking up the phone line or it was just dead. I found the number through their website or whatever was posted online through google. Finally checked my email from the 3rd party app I used to order takeout and called the number provided there and picked up. Finally. The food was salty, the japchae was hard and dry. Ordered this through Uber Eats and my was I pleasantly surprised! The food was absolutely delicious, I ordered the Korean fried chicken on a bed of rice and a side of chicken potstickers. I received two sauces spicy garlic and soy garlic teriyaki. Everything came packaged separately which I love, I hate for my food to touch and get soggy flavors start to run together etc but that was not the issue because everything was packaged perfectly. Service is a bit slow but they have a good happy hour at the main restaurant where it is located. Lots of seating and the bar is pretty big. My friend and I decided to get good bop for dinner and we were super happy we did! I ordered the bulgogi with half rice half salad which was super tasty. The toppings that you can order on top were also very good. My only complaint was I didn't like the teriyaki sauce. It was too sweet. But besides that everything was really good!
