I'm a bit underwhelmed after seeing all the great reviews. Yes the portion sizes are quite large and you can certainly share a burrito or save some for later. I think it's good bang for your buck, but I think overall the flavors and taste wasn't really hitting it for me. The sauce was too sweet for my preference (you can request less sauce when ordering). The chicken was a bit dry and bulgogi meat I thought was just ok although it was chopped into such small pieces. Sure the innovation is there and that's what enticed me to try it in the first place, I've never seen bulgogi eaten as a literal burrito. Looks like many do enjoy coming to this place given the busy atmosphere even on a week day. I won't most likely won't be coming back after giving it a shot. Perhaps this kind of food is just not for me, but I would suggest if you're bored and looking for something new to eat this could be an option. read more

Came here during the evening and this place was packed to the brim with people! They have two ways to order, one with a self ordering register and one with the cashier (I guess to help with the flow of customers). We ordered the bulgogi burrito and after we ordered, we sat down and the food came not that long after. It was super quick! The burrito was huge! I shared it with my boyfriend since we spent the day trying out other food. And even sharing the burrito, I feel like half of a chops burrito is a regular size burrito elsewhere...there's tons of meat and I really liked that they automatically have the burrito cut in half! It makes it super to eat since it can get messy! If you're in the area, highly recommend stopping by here for a quick bite :)) read more

I had your next favorite dish from here :drumroll: the chicky chicken bowl with all of the things, as it comes! So good omg I'm getting hungry as I type this. If I order this today, it is Chops' fault! And I'm posting so many pictures before I destroy it again. This is why there are no pictures now. Listen, just go order something, everything I wouldn't change a thing, but there are options to take ingredients off if you are not in the mood for jalapeños or extra sauce. Ordering is so easy with touch screens, too. There are benches and always K-pop music in the background. Love the vibes! Chops, I'm on to you. But you already knew that. read more

There's a reason why this place is 5 stars on Yelp. It's so good! I am a big fan of their Everett location, so opening one even closer to me is a blessing. When you first walk in, it doesn't seem busy. But just sitting there for a few minutes you realize that it's more of a to go place and they got food being cooked and waiting to get picked up all the time. I've had every burrito here and you can't go wrong with any. The Kraken IMO is the only one you need to be careful for because if you don't eat it right away, it'll get a little soggy. It also doesn't hurt to have them reduce some of the sauces because they do go a little overboard to increase the amount of flavors in there but either way still very good. read more

Great fast casual option for the area - I normally go for bowls over burritos for this type of food but when I had the bowl I felt there wasn't enough rice. However in the burrito form the ratio worked really well - a thin layer of rice all around keeping it all together, fresh veggies, and tons of meat and sauce in the middle. Really liked how thin the tortilla was, and I easily got two meals out of the burrito. It's huge! read more

I was scrolling IG one day and saw a video on this little shop. The food in the video looked so amazing that I had to check it out one day. That one day came quickly as I met up with some friends who were coming back from Canada! It's located next to the Korean Red Ginseng shop on the "outer" side of H Mart in the H Mart Plaza. It's directly across of the Chase Bank. It's a bit hidden especially if you're coming from the west side of the plaza. There's a parking lot with ample parking. I got their Bulgorrito though everything else on the menu appealed to me. I just couldn't choose and just chose the same things my friends (Bulgorrito Bowl) got but as a burrito LMAO. And I did not regret my choice at all! The burrito was HUGE, cut into two. I thought at first that my choice would be heavy with flavors but I was wrong! The burrito was definitely fuuull of different and amazing flavors with the marinated beef and the addition of a spicyish aioli. It had a perfect balance with the small amounts of salad and rice mixed with the beef. Reeeally good! I couldn't finish my other half, so I took it home as a second meal. I was kind of scared the tortilla would have been hard after microwaving, BUT surprisingly, it was not. The burrito was still absolutely delicious even after a day! My boyfriend wasn't so lucky to try the fresh version, but he really enjoyed the one day old version. "If this is how it tastes a day old, I can't imagine how it'll taste fresh!" Small menu of things but big flavors and portions! For the price paid, absolutely worth it. Definitely will be back to try their other things especially the Kraken! read more

I don't know understand how they do it but the flavors and ratios are perfect. Stop reading and go now. I was recommended this place by a friend and decided to check it out. Wow, I was definitely blown away by this place. I went with a friend and got 3 burritos, the kraken, bulgoritto and the pork. All of them were good. Despite the place being busy and full-- the service was still good. We were able to get our order done and ready for pick up in a quick, reasonable time. Plus, you're given a ton of food for the price. Highly recommend. read more

If I am in Lynnwood, I will always be making a stop at Chops. It is a bit of a wait for the food (look into ordering ahead), but when I tell you it is Heaven in your mouth... you will not regret. I love when the burritos are so juicy that you have sauce running down your forearms and on the corners of your mouth and that is exactly what Chops offers you. I will always advocate for the Bulgolgi Burrito and maybe one day I will branch out and try something new! read more

I've always wanted to try their location in Everett but never got the chance to. Now that its even closer to me, I had no excuse. First thing I noticed, everything looked delicious, I've always wanted to try their Katsuritto, but because I was craving seafood that day, I got the Kraken Burrito. My gosh was it twice as big as I thought it would be. It was filled with fried calamari, tempura shrimp, crab salad, cabbage, mayo and wrapped perfect for me to enjoy. The tempura and fried calamari were still somehow a bit crispy, even after being exposed to the delicious mayo. The cabbage seemed fresh and added a nice refreshing taste to the meal. Service was quick and for the portion size, was well worth the $14 I spent. I had half for lunch then the other half the next day and it was still yummy. I plan to try their katsu burrito next, and maybe a bowl after that! Highly recommend. read more

My recent experience at chops left me vexed to say the least. I ordered a huli chicken burrito over the phone, gladly so because when I got there it was busy. Come to find out the girl behind the register ordered me a flaming boar. So I had to wait for my order to be made. They could've at least offered me a drink for making me wait so long. I wish I got the flaming boar because the huli chicken was not tasting how I remembered today. I'd hate to say they're going down hill but that overall experience left a sour taste. read more

I've eaten here a few times while I've been in Lynwood for work and it is FIRE. The burritos are huge for the price and of the 3 I've tried they've all been good, so good in fact that I have no pictures lol. My favorite so far has been the Huli chicken. The people here are so nice and orders come out ridiculously fast. Nothing bad to say except that both locations are so far north. Need one in Seattle! read more

Good prices, good customer services, nicely displayed pictures of most of the food, good quality food! It does take about 10-15 minutes as they make each meal to order, so make sure to prep time for that. I think you can order online to be time efficient. This is my go to place for when someone asks what I want for lunch. I am OBSESSED with their burritos, and have been at their Everett location too. Bulgogi fries here are also really good. I like that they are not greasy. read more

There are 4 reasons I love this place so much: 1. Good quality food 2. Great price 3. Good portion in general 4. Humble and open to feedback. I called earlier because one of my bowls had very little meat and the meat where dried out which I know that's not their usual performance. The person who picked up the phone was very polite which I was happy to have the honest conversation with him. Yes maybe the food was not so great this time, everyone makes mistakes and that's okay. I can't possibly rate this less than 5 stars. I was first introduced to their Everett location, loved it, and then was thrilled to find out that this location existed closer to Seattle. I've had the chicken burrito and the loco soba. Both great but the loco soba has become my husband and my go-to to split - and it's definitely big enough to split! Something about the textural combination of the tortilla and the thin layer of rice pressed into it, combined with meats and sauces, is incredible and way more than the sum of its parts. My only gripe is the lack of kids options. I asked and they just said, "sorry, we don't have kids options." I'm not even looking to get a deal, I'm just looking for something simple enough that my kid will eat it peacefully while I inhale my burrito. On my last visit I tried to edit a crispy chicken bowl to somewhat resemble a standard teriyaki restaurant Katsu combo - separate zones of rice, chicken, salad, and Katsu sauce rather than layered like comes standard. There is nowhere to add notes on the tablet so I had to catch an employee's attention to ask for what I wanted. He looked a little confused but said he would ask the kitchen. It came out pretty well (no dressing on the salad but otherwise what I was looking for), but I feel like when I go back next it'll be a coin flip if we get that again. The ability to add a note at minimum would be great, or even better if they allowed you to order meats and sauces a la carte for a kid-friendly meal. read more

My fave was the beef yakisoba bowl. All their items comes with spicy mayo so it's very flavorful. The portions are massive so that's a plus if you like leftovers. The chicken katsu & the Kraken wrap was on the dry side for me. It probably needed more sauce since I love saucy food. Overall, definitely worth coming back. read more

CHOPS IS AMAZING! Highly recommended if you like Asian food to any degree. These Korean fusion burritos are truly phenomenal! You can't go wrong with their signature Bulgorrito, but all of their burritos are amazing! They have a little something for everyone. I suggest calling in before hand if you go around lunch time (noon), but it only takes them around 10 (or less) minutes to prepare. This burrito is stufffffffft -- plenty of crispy chicken katsu in this interesting fusion burrito. I really liked the textural contrast between the slaw (?) inside, Mayo, Katsu sauce, and the little zest from the mint (?) or basil inside! Overall a very well balanced burrito that left me full at the end. I liked how there were jalapeños and limes provided to round off the crispy chicken katsu inside! Only complaint is that there is a big blob of rice and salad at the ends of the burrito (this is to achieve the aesthetic effect in the photos), but not complaining at all...this burrito was a big boy even without getting double meat! I don't usually do fusion but this is it! Do expect there to be a line on weekends but they move very very fast! read more

LA Kalbi was the favorite for the night, but pork bely was also just as good. Served on a hot platter it was nice that the meats remained warm even towards the end of meal. Tteok-Bokki - So so much. Wish there was more cheese added, but that is only because I have a low spice tolerance lol. We had plenty to take home afterwards so it's still a win. Items are on the pricier side, but great value considering the quality and how much is offered. Their kimchi is my favorite and honestly nothing compares to it.

Honestly this place made me wanna move back into the suburbs... just so I can frequent this place more often :") I came in with two friends and we ordered two burritos and some bulgogi fries. It was quite empty when we came in, but more people started to come in as we waited for our food. The total ended up being around $39, so splitting it would've been $13 a person. I wasn't sure how large the burritos were going to be, but my friend made sure to let us know that it was going to be B I G . I don't know how accurate that statement was until I finally saw it-- it was humongous. I couldn't be happier, seeing how full I got after eating half of a flavorful burrito (I ate "The Kraken" I believe; the one with calmari)! I feel so bummed that there's no asian fusion places like this around the actual Seattle area :( But definitely try this place if you're in the Lynnwood/Alderwood area! I see myself coming here every time I come up there. Absolutely flavorful food, fair prices, fast service, adequate parking spaces, and clean lobby. I a know how else a business can go wrong. I ordered the Crispy Chicken burrito, which was huge and packed with flavor. The chicken was tender and crispy, coated with a sweet and tangy katsu sauce. Had the Kraken burrito and it was massive. Sure, I've had bigger burritos, but the flavors in this one was pretty unique. Wish they put on a bit more of the sauce though.
