My mini had a blast and still brings up how she liked that Melissa treated her like a princess, lol! Melissa is and now will always be THAT GIRL for me here at Chopard! She was amazing from start to finish. It took me a couple hours to decide between a few pieces but not once did she rush me, try to upsell me or change my mind. She was patient and understanding; even suggested I take a break to eat lunch and mull over my decision. When I came back, she had everything ready for me to look at again and even offered to pull additional pieces to really help me make my final decision. Probably the best purchasing experience I've had in the past decade. Lorraine, Rose, and JL are all so helpful and a pleasure to shop with. Their customer service is top notch. I have purchased a few pieces from here and most recently purchased a beautiful bangle that didn't quite fit. Despite living in Northern California, exchanging for a larger size was no problem and they notified me today that they already shipped it out. It has been less than one week since I even asked if I could size up! That's fast! I came in with my husband and 2 month old baby today to find a perfume I smelled back in London a few years ago and Christina didn't even ask how we were doing but she did proceed to stand right behind us as we smelled the perfume scents as if we were going to steal just because we are African American. Last week was our second trip and purchase from this store. I felt bad dragging in all my kids with me and my wife, but I needed to get a few things and they were very nice to my noisy crew! We looked everywhere for a princess cut diamond eternity band. I don't want to advertise for these stores, but think of all the big name diamond and jewelry makers and that's where we went. They have more selections and styles here compared to the Chopard at Wynn Las Vegas.
