This location has been consistently good. My husband most recently ordered the Pad Kee Mao, I got the Num Tok (my go to). Smallish portions, but quality, with bright, fresh, flavors. Fried shrimp appetizer is a winner, as well. Will try their seafood next time. Though delivery fee costs a little more for the Manor location, it is worth it (Round Rock locations food was so bad, I threw it out, I have never done that before, or since). Chokdee is the saving grace of a town otherwise filled with fast food and other subpar options. Not only that, but it is truly some of the best Thai food in the Austin Metro area. Every time I go I can't help but order 2-3 things to have delicious Thai food for the week. My only wish is that they'd put Choo Chee Salmon Curry on the menu. A nice surprise! My husband and I just moved to Manor and I had no idea such good restaurants existed! Please forgive my ignorance! I really enjoyed my Shrimp Pad Kee Mao! It was a bit spicy so have some water beside you or maybe let them know it's not your thing. Food was ready promptly and was hot. The only thing I wish they'd have done is add more broccoli! This was definitely on par with some of the popular Thai spots in Austin. I will be definitely making this my Thai spot while in Manor! Definitely give them a try. Skip the premade appetisers (cheese rolls with sweet and sour dipping sauce? Which one of you maniacs orders this?) and all the generic dishes, and give the whole fried fish a shot - seriously fantastic cooking. I believe this is a special so the fish may rotate--I got cod. Crispy and piping hot with all the right herbs and spices and a beautiful tamarind sauce. Sticky rice is a must- Not just with larb. Both basil and green curry fried rice are super tasty, and another personal favourite is the lahd nar -flat rice noodles, chinese broccoli, fried tofu tossed in a thick umami soybean sauce. Some of the best asian food in the area if not one of the best restaurants in Manor. The food is always great- hot, delicious and well seasoned. a good Thai restaurant should always make red curry to perfection. It was underwhelming and lacked the richness and depth of flavor. I got veggie red curry; the veggies were hard and not sautéed enough. The curry was watered down and had no creaminess. It came with a protein, I opted for extra eggplant.. to no avail. We stopped at this place because they had a Groupon. It has now become our favorite Thai food restaurant! We have now been about five times, and the food is always so excellent. Service is always great to. We've never had to wait to get sat, seems like they do a lot of to-go orders. You also get a lot of food! We always end up eating half of our plate & taking the rest home. This place is a favorite. Friendly staff, great food, and they can set the spice level on any dish to what you want. Warning--I love hot food, but what they call hot is super hot, so go easy on 1, 2, or 3 flames the 1st time you try anything. I've had more than half the menu at this point--nothing is bad. You can even bring your own wine, though I always get an Asian beer instead. I can't believe this place is in Manor. There is even a small outdoor patio area to the side that is shaded. Including all of Austin, only Thai-Kun is better...though it's also more than double the price if not triple. Super fair pricing, especially their lunch specials. Food is heavily tuned for an American taste, which is not a bad thing. The Pad Thai is very sweet, the coco-based soups are very sweet, the spring rolls have chicken breast in it, the more 'authentic' dishes taste and look more like a wok-crafted Chinese meat-and-veggie dish...it goes on. If they are appealing to the lunch crowd passing through, they are doing a great job. Wednesday lunch hour saw 75% of the tables fill up, so I hope the volume means their ingredients are always fresh. This is a good plce. Today Absolutely everything tasted like crap. From the water to the food. I told the waiter I wasnt going to eat my food, i returned every drink they brought me as well. They still charged me for everything. I asked and the manager came out only to tell me that maybe Im sick and thats why I didnt like the food. Then I said I didnt want to pay for something I didnt eat and she proceeded to ask me how did I know it didnt taste good if I didnt eat it. Disgusting customer service. Stopped by on our way to Austin. Ordered the papaya salad, pad thai, and pad see ew. The papaya tasted super fresh and had a decent heat to it. The pad thai was flavorful and was plentiful on the protein which I appreciate. The pad see ew was a bit more bland and sweet. A tad bit oily for my taste but still enjoyed it. Great portion sizes and delicious. Not the most flavorful pad Thai I've ever had but was still good. Went here for the first time Saturday for lunch. Wasn't much of a crowd, but the service was so friendly! We got the chokdee egg rolls (3pc), golden cheese rolls (4pc), pad se ew, and pad kee mao. Honestly, the flavor was on point for everything. In my opinion, nothing too salty or "off." The entrees had generous servings. Plus the interior was spacious enough/clean. There's also outdoor seating with plenty of shade. Also had their thai iced coffee. It was huge!! and the condensed milk wasn't as over bearing as other places (but probably still pretty damn sweet if you've never tried it before). Will be back read more

Haven't ordered a whole lot from Chokdee, but really like the chicken wings and egg rolls are solid. Wife enjoyed the Tom Kha soup, but the Pad Thai for me missed the mark. We came in on a Saturday evening for dinner and sat outside as the weather was nice. We both ordered the Yumneur which is a bed of salad and sliced beef with a chili lemon dressing. However, the meat was very hard and chewy and the spice was incredibly hot! I can eat spicy food and have had this dish at other Thai restaurants but the spice was unbearable. We also ordered the chicken wings as appetizers and it was just okay. A little dry. However we ordered the mango sticky rice with coconut cream and that was delicious!
