Not many international food options in this area but Chokdee is a good spot. The pad Thai is dry, but good. Overall great, wholesome food.

My family loves Chokdee. My kids love the bacon fried rice and I love all of the curries with Tofu. My husband says the pad thai is really good as well. The spring rolls are the best in town and the smoothies with boba are pretty tasty. We have had some mishaps with picking up food, so always check your order before you leave. But the food is AMAZING. so thankful to have them in Manor. read more

I heard about Chokdee from a great foodie friend and I knew it would be delicious. My girlfriend and I convinced two friends to join us. This was a task because one of them had never tried curry and is reluctant to try new food. Meanwhile that's one of my favorite activities is trying new food and introducing people to new food. Turns out she loves curry and never would have tried it. Con: it's a relatively small place. Manor is building tons of house so I'm afraid it'll become too popular and be crowded. It's so good it's only a matter of time. Pro: The food is so good; some of the best curry I have ever eaten! The restaurant is clean and the food comes out quick. Every curry the table ordered (4 different kinds) was delicious. My favorite, which I'm thrilled they have, the Massaman curry. I highly recommend it. read more

We arrived at the restaurant at 11:15...fifteen minutes after they were supposed to have been open. The doors were locked and the chairs were all still on the tables. Someone came and unlocked the door, let us in, and pulled some chairs off a table for us. He honestly didn't seem happy to see us. The soup was mediocre, but my entree was awful. Thai food is my absolute favorite, but this stuff was just terrible. I hate bland food, but this was SO OVER SEASONED! I couldn't even finish it, it was so overpowering. We won't be back. read more

I've always loved Chokdee and they've been a mainstay during the pandemic. This last experience was beyond wonderful. I had a bad day so I decided not to cook and pick up. Upon getting a Socially distant pickup, I accidentally broke my Thai tea all over myself and my bag outside. I asked for paper towels but instead I got a new drink, paper towels, assistance placing the food in a new bag, and an incredibly helpful, pleasant person to save my mood. Well just like every business in Manor, it's great right when it opens and then slowly gets awful. The spiciness of the food has gone down, I can barely taste any spice at all unlike before. The service is the worst! I like to stay hydrated while I eat and I thought about filling up my glass in the bathroom after my first glass was finished. These glasses are tiny too. I asked the lady twice and she wouldn't bring me any more water. Finally my friend stood up and got her attention again and asked for our waters. She yanked her glass away and came back with water and I said "hey I've asked twice for water, you could have refilled both our waters at the same time." She rolled her eyes and snatched my glass. Before we could ask for the check she walked away. We had to track someone down again to get our check and right when she brought it, we had our cards out ready for her to run. Usually this place is pretty good. But the last two time I've ordered from here and requested spice = 1, they've given me like a spice 8. Not even joking. I ordered the pad thai ( at a medium spice), she got pad see ew( also medium spice level) and we got a Tom Yum soup to share. My pad thai is bland. No spice, no flavor, nothing. Her pad see ew.... We've been there several times over the past year and it had been quite good. The food had been quite authentic reasonably priced and moderate size portions. Service has been always good very friendly and still is. Restaurants always very clean. Unfortunately it's been about six months since we had been there and we stopped by yesterday for pad se ew. The noodles were cooked well the flavor was OK but not nearly as good as it used to be. The amount of protein in the pork and my wife shrimp dish was extremely minimal. Their portion sizes have definitely decreased in the amount of pork and shrimp was probably 3 ounces at the best. I would rather pay more money for a substantial quality meal like they used to serve. They really need to keep the quality and standards high like they used to. If this was an intentional to cut back on their food cost it was the wrong idea. Unfortunately not only will we not go back I definitely will not recommend them anymore. read more

We are new to the area and this is our first restaurant we tried in Manor. We love Thai food and this place is delicious! I had chicken Pad Thai with broccoli and a Thai iced tea. Both were excellent in flavor. Highly recommend the tea. My husband had the Pad Prik King with a 2 spice and it was really spicy to him but he loved it. Very good Thai cuisine! This was fourth visit and I've tried something different each time. My favorite so far was the Red Curry Chicken. I ordered off the lunch menu and my total was less than $10. It would cost more than that for terrible fast food options. Huge serving was enough to take half of it home. Simple but very clean dining room, extremely friendly and prompt service. Chokdee is such a wonderful little gem. Cute place, delicious food, and the staff is so warm and welcoming! I love the chokdee noodles with beef and extra Chinese broccoli. I have not left a Yelp review in a very long time BUT, this place was deserving for me to do so. We tried this place last night for dinner after passing many times. I am so glad we did! We were impressed from the friendly service, the presentation of the food, the set up of the restaurant decor, to the most important, the taste and quality of the food. Not to mention the portions are well worth the average 9 to 10 dollars a plate. I ate a huge portion, and still brought a huge portion leftover for today's lunch. My fiance and I just started a no meat way of living, and the tofu was a pleasant alternative choice. WELL WORTH A DRIVE FROM AUSTIN OR ANYWHERE. We we're so impressed with the quality, quantity, and price. Their recipes are top notch and the cook from scratch freshness is remarkable. Everything we sampled was excellent. The coconut shrimp, spring rolls, green curry soup, beef noodle soup and coconut jack fruit ice cream. The dessert was handmade and so delicious. I can highly recommend this place. I went here last Friday and ate the chicken pad thai. My meal tasted great and you could taste the freshness of the vegetables and meat.
