The staff members welcomed me as soon as I entered the building and they explained all menu options to me because I did not know what to order yet they did not attempt to persuade me to choose any specific item. The staff members allowed me to create my own drink which I found to be a useful feature. The staff members permitted me to create my own drink because I needed to follow my specific requirements. I chose to order a large iced mocha latte with an extra espresso shot. The staff members finished my order within three minutes which they executed successfully because most businesses find it difficult to create this level of operational efficiency. The espresso shot produced a rich chocolate flavor which tasted smooth and fresh without any harsh notes. The drink maintained an equal distribution of coffee and chocolate flavors because neither ingredient overpowered the other.
