Firstly the rebrand has been phenomenal, I love the care that has obviously gone in to the packaging, transportation and delivery of my order. It really felt like it was delivered straight from the shop with no problems. The lotusella crepe was every biscoff lover's dream come true. The pairing with chocolate and banana and strawberry is a classic hit and I love that they didn't skimp on the chocolate or biscoff here. The layers of crepe were appropriate thickness and not too dense. I hate when they crepe is too thick and feels like you're getting a mouthful of dough. Not with this bad boy. I like the dusting of lotus crumbs and they actually don't go soggy which is nice. I can't wait to try more things of their menu. A true neighborhood gem!!

When my wife opened it, we both had to laugh. Three tiny pieces of handmade chocolate and a bunch of halloween candy that's specifically labeled "not for resale." I called the store and the owner was utterly unapologetic. Basically called me cheap (which, granted -- but not as cheap as a storeowner who has to charge $25 for this). I have no doubt he'll report this review and/or write a long defense. Don't buy it.

They are melt in your mouth while, being crispy at the same time. There is a large selection of gummies in so many varieties and flavors. While placing my order, I was briefly distracted by a phone call and accidentally said "white chocolate" instead of "milk chocolate." As soon as I realized the mistake--and knowing I'm allergic to white chocolate--I politely asked the sales associate if she could make it milk chocolate instead. I hadn't touched the cup, and it wasn't even handed to me yet. She looked at me as if I was asking for something unreasonable and told me I would have to pay for a whole new cup because it was "company policy." I asked to speak with a manager, hoping for some understanding, but what I got was a shockingly rude woman who immediately began raising her voice at me. She bluntly repeated that she would not make a new cup, even though I never picked up the original one and couldn't drink it due to my allergy. The unprofessionalism and lack of basic customer service were unbelievable. I was so frustrated and disappointed that I walked out and left the drink behind without receiving a refund or even an apology. I will never be returning to this Prince Soho location. The store manager was extremely rude, and the way the situation was handled was completely unacceptable. This used to be one of my favorite places, but after this experience, I'm done.
