Chocolate Drip Factory is hands down one of my favorite dessert spots. The waffles are incredible, and every dessert I've tried has been absolutely delicious. What really sets this place apart is the staff they are genuinely kind, welcoming, and always go out of their way to help, which makes every visit enjoyable. You can tell they care about building real relationships with their customers. The service is consistently excellent, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I was a first timer. I was craving something different this evening and I remembered this place over here, Chocolate Drip, and I have gone to the Turkish bakery next door first, but I did not see anything that I liked. However, it looked pretty good. They had some very nice baklava and it looked like they had a few Dubai chocolate specialties as well. The young man greeted me as I walked through the door, and he actually greeted me and asked if he could help me. I think that was a plus for me and he explained to me the products that were in the display case, but my eyes turned to the gelato. I wanted something that had apple in it. He offered me samples of the other gelatos in the case. I ordered the gelato and tiramisu. I lobed the mosaic tile floor and the industrial vibe as well. Very nice atmosphere. It seems as if I came at a popular time. They were starting to get busy. I need to bring a group here for dessert. read more

Had the most amazing experience at this place! My husband and I ventured over last nite after seeing a movie. It was after 9pm and they were closing soon, but the place was jumpin!! They're not officially open, but word has gotten around and I can understand why. The restaurant is very nice with plenty of space. Everyone working was so amazing and patient, even though they had limited staff and were running around making sure everyone had what they needed. My husband and I were served by the Asst. Manager Saphe (I'm sure I spelled that wrong) and he was great - providing excellent recommendations for each section of the menu. I don't remember the name, but we got a dessert that featured chocolate and strawberries and it was DELISH! I wished I lived closer so we could go more often, but I look forward to taking our girls so they can try the Dubai chocolate. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try IMMEDIATELY! read more

We visited chocolate drip because of its popularity online and safe to say it didn't disappoint. I ordered the labaneh and zaataar crepe which I found to be very smooth and savory, the crepe was also perfectly light. I also ordered the salmon croissant which was very well made, the baked goods really shine here with their various types of waffles and croissants so the base of the sandwich was great and the fish was quite fresh. For a drink I ordered an affogato with classic vanilla ice cream and you just can't go wrong with it easy 5/5 for that. The service was also very good, our server Muhammad personally tended to our requests and alterations. Finally the ambience was pretty good, it doesn't try too hard to be overly formal just a very chill cafe vibe. Overall it was quite a nice place and I would go again. read more
