So awesome I simply HAD to post. Wish I lived here because this would be my forever "go to"! Was visiting and got a basic manicure with a 10min massage add on which was pure heaven. My manicure was not gel but some other long lasting polish upgrade they offered and I swear it lasted until I took it off with regular nail polish remover after 3 weeks. Crazy I know, especially since usually I cannot keep nail polish on my nails because I'm so hard on them. Anyway here are two pictures showing (1) my nails after 2 weeks and (2) the health of my nails after removing the polish at home after 3 weeks with simple acetone. My normal place is a little for, but I just needed my acrylic off so I went here to soak them off. They didn't even try to soak them off, they just filed them. I very clearly have acrylic left on my nails and the owner/manager tried telling me acrylic is like cement so I just have to let them grow out and cut them to get the rest off. For reference, I've been getting acrylic for almost 15 years and have been going to the same place for the last 2 years. This has NEVER been an issue for me anywhere else. Will never go here again and would absolutely not recommend to anyone else read more

They don't honor appointments and very rude..I had a 930am reserved for basic manicure, they sat me down in a chair and ignored me. Salon was pretty empty so early on a Tuesday morning..various technicians walked around setting up for the morning, clearly not ready for shop to open. I got the sense that because i wasn't getting gel or spa pedi that i was being blown off as I saw people with those requests being helped while I just sat waiting for my appointment at a station....finally, at 9:50 was told to wait...I left! needless to say I have been a sporadic customer for a decade while running errands locally and always tipped 30%! I have been to this salon twice and all was OK. This past time I had an extremely rude girl, 2 braids and hispanic. I got up after a pedicure- not a good one- there was a puddle on the floor, made by her, I slid and landed on my knee. The owner, who's English is very poor said are you ok? I had already decided this unpleasant girl would not get a tip. I could have been very injured. He did not say manicure on us, or next one on the house. Needless to say, I will never go back there again!!! upon departing he said- next time make your appointment on line. Very poor customer service! read more

My gel manicure looks amazing! After 3 weeks traveling, my last gel manicure was looking beat up. The nail tech took the time necessary to make sure my nails looked perfect. The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 was that she barely said a word the whole time. I love that Chloe was open on Sunday. I visited Chloe's for the first time today for a gel manicure and pedicure. Overall I was very happy with my experience. I was looking for a nail salon in Ridgefield and decided to try this one based on the Yelp reviews. When I walked in I was welcomed and it seemed nice and clean at first glance. My pedicure was the spa lavender option which was done a little differently then I'm used to. The man who did it (can't recall his name) was gentle and thorough with the exfoliation, massage and treatment on my legs, which was great. I do wish there was more attention to the bottom of my feet and calluses, especially since I haven't had a pedicure in a few months, and it's a bit pricier than I'm used to ($55 vs $40 at my usual spot), but it may be standard based on the area. Maybe they have an add-on for callus removal, but as a "spa pedicure" you're already getting an upgrade so I feel like something like that should be included. The instruments were unwrapped from plastic and were sterile which is always great to see. My manicure was done by Nina, who seemed very experienced and took the time to explain things to me to enhance my nail health. I came in with my own long nails and a uv fill over them to help prevent them from breaking. I decided to have them cut short, so she filed down most of the fill but still left a little since my nails have become weak. She did a nice job shaping and painting and making sure everything was perfect. I appreciated that. Her instruments though did not seem sterile, which made me a little uneasy. My manicure was $30 + an additional $10 to file down the fill. Again, a little more than I was expecting (I usually pay $25 for a gel manicure with fill). Nina was also nice enough to give me two coupons toward my next visit and had me sign up for their rewards program. She may have gotten the sense I was a little surprised about the cost, though I didn't make a fuss about it, haha. Overall it was a very pleasant way to spend my Sunday afternoon, and whenever I need to get my nails done while in Ridgefield, this will be the place I go to. read more

Booked two manicures (one for me, one for my grandmother) at 1130am today, as a spur of the moment treat. When we walked in, the place was bustling- lots of people getting manicures AND pedicures. Music plays in the background, but there are no televisions on the walls. There are large, plush massaging chairs for people getting pedicures, as well as magazines. We were pleased to see that they have a large selection of polish, including OPI, Zoya, and others, and also appeared to do both shellack and gel nails. We picked our polish, and were seated in manicure chairs immediately. It did take another 10-15 minutes of waiting until a nail technician came to help us, but since we were there together, that wasn't a big deal. They started with my manicure, and I saw them get out a fresh, sealed tool pack and make the soaking liquid to soften my cuticles. The technician was very conscientious, and made sure to ask me exactly what I was looking for (e.g, do you want your cuticles cut or just pushed back? Do you want round or oval nails? How short would you like? etc.). During the manicure, they also incorporate a hand/arm massage with a fragrance-free (or at least, I couldn't smell anything) lotion which was lovely. I only wish I'd remembered to take off my watch and rings! Once they finished tidying up my nails, they paused so I had an opportunity to pay and wouldn't mess up my polish at the end. I thought that was great- not every salon thinks to remind you! They take credit cards (I used Visa, so not sure about Amex or Discover) for the manicure, but you'll want to have cash for tips. For two of us, it was $20 plus tax! Because it was our first time and we were not yet members, they also gave us each a $5 off coupon for next time. Very cool! While I got my color done, a young woman came by and gave me a lovely massage. She had great pressure and it felt wonderful! Once done, they took me over to the drying station. My nails look lovely! They got everything right, and no bumps, bubbles, or polish on my skin! They carried my purse for me, and even were willing to reach into my jeans pocket to get my car key out when I realized I'd forgotten to before hand. Everyone was really nice, and the person who greeted me when I came in also called out goodbye when we left - and even remembered my name! Very personable!!! Between the price, the cleanliness and how friendly everyone was, I can't imagine finding much better! I'll happily go back! read more

Every single time I go here, they are nothing but rude. It's not so much the managers, it's more of the staff. I've gotten yelled at once for not having my hand the right way when getting my nails done. I was in recently, made an appointment, showed up on time and a dad with his son came in after me. The girl that was assigned to me was pissed because she clearly wanted to do their nails and not mine. She rushed through the whole thing and couldn't even give me the service I asked for. Every time I come here, the service is terrible and they don't pay attention to you, it's just constant rushing. I will never come here again. read more

I have visited several salons in Ridgefield and surrounding areas. This is by far the nicest manicure I've had. The place is very clean, the staff are courteous. It's a quiet place. This was the best manicure because I'm very picky about my cuticles. But the manicurist was so so gentle and really took his time painting each nail and making sure it was perfect. This was such a treat that I'm going to go regularly, and I don't usually get regular manicures because the time and expense isn't worth it to me. However, this experience and the comfort and quality were totally worth it. I took my daughter who is 8 and she was treated like a little vip! It was so nice. read more

I can't even begin... this is the best nail salon I have ever been to! These guys have not only a fabulous facility, clean, hygienic, but they have the customer service thing to an art! I'm impressed! Currently receiving the best pedicure I've probably ever had. Saturday I had the powder dip nails done, something on the newer side of things, they had just gotten a new product and the top coat that was sent wasn't the right one. They did the best they could and put a gel top coat on. Yesterday (Sunday) the gel was peeling off, I was at work and not able to come back in, but THEY called me and said they went out and got the correct top coat and to come back if I could. I didn't even have to call. I was floored they actually called me to correct it and not me having to come back a little frustrated. They blow Adam Broderick out of the water (right next door). I have gotten 3 pedicures there, each time hoping that they would condition my feet better. But, this has not happened. You are left basically with painted nails and that's it....their regular pedicures don't work so well. The staff is not the friendliest, more or less forced and they don't seem to be genuine. I also have to add that with my first pedicure, they did not clean the nails well at all (male technician). This has been mentioned already here by another poster. So, if you get a regular pedicure, don't expect great results, just a polish and that's about it. They use fragrance free and the place is clean tho. You will not find friendly staff here...no one goes out of their way to create a relaxing, friendly setting. read more

I understand it was a busy day, as school starts tomorrow, and a lot of moms were taking their girls for manicures and pedicures. I had Cici, who was completely disinterested in doing my mani/pedi. When she did the calf and foot massage, she barely but any pressure on, and basically called it in. When she asked me a question, she spoke so softly that I couldn't hear her. I asked her to repeat what she asked me 4 times. When I asked Cici to get a spot of dirt from under my nail, she snapped at me. When she took my credit card, and went to the counter, I quickly picked up the cuticle cutter to correct what she had done. On busy days, one would expect a manager to be there, but I did not see anybody. Ridgefield has a lot of nail salons. I suggest trying another one. read more

Very clean, and relaxing environment. The massage chairs for the pedicures are great. The technicians are all wearing clean tailored, nurse like outfits and are very professional. I got a basic pedicure, but got a great foot massage complete with hot stones. It was $25 for a pedicure which is average for the area, but the service is much better and cleaner than other places I have been in the area. read more
