There are stains in the carpet and animal hair all over the place. The Guy that attempted to help me, which I believe is the owner, Gareth, was also quite unprofessional. He looked like he just got off of a 5 day bender. I just came into the store to get my laptop repaired that I use for work. The Laptop fan seemed to be running full blast all the time and I did not know why. Obviously at this point I am probably not doing business here, but I will not judge a book by it's cover. So I start talking to him, he seems a bit arrogant. I was just trying to ask some questions since I do not know much about computers myself. I felt belittled and disrespected by the way he was talking to me. So at this point, I am trying to leave. I feel very uncomfortable. He then tries to upsell me all this random stuff and tell me some stuff I need after absolutely disrespecting me. Apparently I needed all these different parts for it. I left. Never again. I received a second opinion from another repair place. It turns out I just needed to have the inside cleaned. Fan works great now! So I do not ever recommend coming here to anyone. Inside the building there was a printed notice saying they operate Friday-Saturday only, but their Google listing still shows normal weekday hours. Communication was terrible from start to finish. Calls were often ignored, "I'll send it tomorrow" turned into days of silence, and nothing was clearly explained in writing. The pickup situation was the most frustrating part. He called and told me to come at 7:30. I started driving. Then he changed it to 8:00. Then he changed it again and told me to come "tomorrow at 12 during business hours" while I was already on my way. Complete disrespect for a customer's time. For the "diagnosis," he claimed there was a cracked LCD (lower left) and said the screen must be replaced, but refused to provide any clear photo or proof. He kept saying the screen is dark and only sometimes turns on, so he "can't guarantee a picture." I asked multiple times for proof, pricing, and a written explanation. I received none. He was rude, kept interrupting, and repeatedly bragged about being "15 years in business" instead of answering basic questions. He also insisted I told him I dropped the laptop, which I never said. After a few days he called and said he doesn't have parts available, and then suddenly demanded $88 for diagnostic, which was never clearly disclosed upfront. When I came to pick up the laptop, he told me he "doesn't want to do business" with me. I immediately took the laptop to another repair shop and they said it would not power on at all. They are still diagnosing it, but now I'm dealing with a worse situation than when I first brought it in.

He can remotely log into your camera anytime he wants. Lastly He did a website for our company. Then when he had a dispute he illegally logged into the website and removed all our pictures. Then illegally wrote things on our site. We have contacted legal counsel. But we are in arizona. if this has happened to anyone else in Boulder city. You may want to make sure he does not have remote access to your cameras. Everyone I know is now texting or emailing him STATING he must remove his access. Please be careful.
