Nate came the very next day to pick up our computers and would return them the next day, wait...what? That type of service just dosen't exist today, was very pleasantly surprised. Once Nate had the computers he called within a few hours to go over the work he needed to do, it matched exactly what Tim said on the phone, the costs were exactly the same. At this point I haven't even booted up my computer but with this first impression I truly believe that my computer is 100% better today than yesterday. Will update once I have it up too. Based on the service alone they now have a customer for life and will be referring anyone and everyone to them for any computer issue.

Long story yet a hilarious one for the brother n law. Boy, it was a tight budget. Some used parts on our end 1060 and 1700x yet the rest used parts bin on theirs. It didn't run warzone at all but that is OK! Casino rig met its match. Too weak. It socks two sock, sock it up butter cup! Lol 2nd build as I went all out for what I afforded in cash again and the 7800xt just dropped in spring 2023. Give or take. They came out with the blue prints, parts and put it together. Ddr5 non qvl rams in but was unstable. They swapped out to another set different sku. Same problem, they swapped again to non qvl g skill set but worked flawlessly with 7600x am5. All this free of charge. In the end. Techmonkey build they honor their build warranty. Positive light and learning for me. Ok warzone obviously on 1080p which I bought the monitor used from them it was like a space ship! 240 plus fps smooth. from like 43fps and crash on casino 1st build rig. I made my wife a computer with a friend based the things I learned from their 2nd build and I still stop by frequently with the rescued husky/shepherd Kyloren and zephyrus the husky. My build well, started with asus b350f motherboard and the 3700x wasn't jiving even with asus bios. I changed out to msi tomohawk b450 and now rams won't work. I bought rams on qvl per msi. No big. Works now! Oh the pc gamer banter is strong and good that I have a thick skin. We all learn now. My wife's computer is capped at 60fps and screen tearing on Destiny 2 so I bought the display port cable. 3070 asus. Try again maybe Friday. If the cable doesn't work. They looked at it and suggested a couple of parts that I needed which was an AIO cooler, power supply, and a couple of fans. They didn't rip me off, gave me the minimum of what I needed. I also purchased a beautiful case from them. After all was done, they installed game launchers, benchmark testing, SSD testing, installed windows 10, ran diagnostics to make sure everything was working properly and efficiently. They fax, make copies, make keys and even a Notary. Bill, the owner and worker and his newest employee J are trustworthy, very helpful and absolutely knows what the heck they are doing when it comes to any mail and any personal packages. They greet you kindly and are very patient with people. This place is complete just like the big name brand shops. They have all different size boxes, envelopes, packing materials, special occasion cards etc... The Post Office has what they call Informed Delivery you can sign up for so you know what you'll be receiving for the day's mail, Bill does the same thing with an email. Bill lets people sell their unique items for purchase too, cute things with personal touches. He and his customers also help out with donations for animal's in need. His pricing is comparable for a small business owner and I'd rather go to his shop than wait in a super long line at the post office or the bigger impersonal name brand shops. Bill's small business is just as good in all aspects and more personable in my opinion. The busiest months start in the month of October to Mid December. The best time to go there is when they open or before 10:30 am or after 2pm, but better after 4pm to closing. You'll eventually know the delivery times from all the Logistic Companies including the Regular Post Office mail so you can better time your pickups and deliveries. Looking to get some documents notarized, I did a quick check here on Yelp to see what was in the…read morearea. Las Vegas Multiservices happened to be really close, so I gave them call. They charge $10 for the first notarized signature and $5 for every signature after that. They are located in a newer shopping center on Martin Luther King and Alexander. Upon entry the facility has a nice, clean interior and you can tell it's newer. I was greeted immediately and was the only one needing assistance. The gentleman Jason who helped me was really helpful, and made the process really smooth. He mentioned that his wife owns the immigration law office next door, and with needing notary services they opened up Las Vegas Multiservices. They also offer Copies, Passport Photos, Certified translation, Livescan and FBI fingerprinting. Great to know they are close by, and here in the north Las Vegas area. Will definitely use their services again if needed and would recommend to anyone looking for efficient and friendly service.
