One company gave me a quote over the phone, another just didn't bother responding to me even after several attempts. Safe and secure responded to me the next day and set me up with appointment for someone to come out and survey my house to see what I needed and how they could make it work. Everything was good and we set a date for install. As we all know life happens and some adjustment needed to be made. I called John and he was able to accommodate a change in my install date. Overall very satisfied with the system that I have installed, it is top of the line, quality and best of all there's no excessive holes in the walls because I didn't do it, haha. They are very professional and will help you out. Highly recommend!

Not only did he complete the installation thoroughly, but he also went above and beyond by running new wiring to make everything cleaner and more secure. He even noticed my air conditioning tubing was loose and took the time to tape and secure it -- something he didn't have to do, but did simply because he cares about doing the job right. It's rare to see that level of dedication and pride in workmanship. Bassem truly exceeded expectations, and I'm incredibly grateful for his hard work and integrity. This company monitors our Fire System and our Alarm system. By telephone, it does take some time to reach a live person. You must select which service you need: commercial or home. It's a few minutes though. You can also monitor your system using their online portal. It is alright. I've been on there enough to know my way around to navigate. Otherwise, I could see how it would be deemed: not user-friendly. Things became easier for me when I was granted "Admin Access". I usually also need to call them to set our systems on "Test" mode when our there is service on our HVAC system or when our Fire System is having the quarterly test. There are several areas they they need access to such as the fire riser room, the monitoring box, and the rest of the panels, which are all over the property. Sometimes the service call turns out to be that the batteries need to be replaced. I like that I will get an email when the tech is on the way over; this just gives me a heads up. Some vendors assume that I am here all the time. Yes, I work full-time.

Nick approached and willingly asked how he could help me. I shared that a year ago I had a fob car key made from a different locksmith and recently it stopped working. Before Nick addressed the problem, he noticed that my fob key was taped with blue tape. I shared that ever since I got this fob key made, the actual key for the car never stayed in place so the blue tape was to ensure that I wouldn't lose the key. Nick, without me asking, stopped and took the time to try to fix that issue. Unfortunately, that issue was not fixable, but Nick gave 200% to try to fix it. Fast forward, Nick ended up changing the battery in the fob key and that fixed my issue. Finally, on a completely different note, I asked Nick for a huge favor. I explained to him that I went to get gasoline earlier and when I went to pull the latch to open my gas door, a clip fell out. Little did I realize that without a functional clip my gas door will not open. Nick gladly helped me get my gas door open. I walked into American Lock and Key with so much stress. I left without the stress, thanks to Nick! If you have key or lock issues, do not hesitate to ask American Lock and Key for help. They will go above and beyond the call of duty!!!
