We smelled the bbq on the smoker when we came it. It wasn't overwhelming, just perfect. We ordered the queso to start. Good, but the portion size was huge! For lunch we split a Cuban. The sandwich was wonderful and the pork on there was tender and juicy. We split a piece of orange dream cake. Sooooo tasty!! There was a nice variety of craft beer on tap. They also had wines and a few cocktails. The cocktails were made with wine based spirits. A little weird. I tried the Aperol spritz. Next time I'll stick with beer. We will be back to try more of their menu

They…read moreoften have unique specials such as rodeo style burgers or wagyu blue cheese burgers, which is a nice change from the typical options. I personally prefer BurgerFi over most of their other competitors because I find the food to be fairly priced and filling and I love the benefit of the Coca-Cola Freestyle machines. My pro tip would be to try the soda flavor that is unique to BurgerFi as most restaurants are able to create their own branded flavor.

Needless to say I ordered, since this was a snack I opted for kids chicken tender meal. See photos. Fries a bit greasy and overcooked, chicken had a strange odor and also strange taste (I didn't eat it as I feared getting sick), sauce - honey mustard was best part of my meal. Also the restaurant is a little worn and not ideal. I see some new restaurants opening in the area, such as CAVA. This Burger Fi needs to improve if they want to remain competitive.

I really like using the kiosks inside for when I order because it remembers my favorites list. Every Panera looks similar, not a ton of frills. The drink stations are nice because you can refill your drink before leaving. The open kitchen is nice because you can talk to a person in the event you have a question or issue. My food might not always be the best, but as long as the Strawberry Smoothie continues to be made the exact same way at every location, I will continue to give 5 stars because you made my kids day.

I ordered a gluten-free cheeseburger as a lettuce wrap and specifically asked the employee to change his gloves before preparing my food. I watched the entire process and he never did. To make matters worse, they had run out of cheese slices and substituted cheese sauce without asking or informing me. I should have been informed and given the choice, not handed a burger with a substitution I never agreed to. Cheese sauce typically contains thickeners that may not be gluten-free, and I had no way of knowing whether it was safe for me to eat. When I raised my concerns with the manager, it was clear he had no understanding of cross-contamination. For anyone with dietary restrictions or food sensitivities, this location is not safe. I've been a Shake Shack customer for over 20 years and have never had an experience this bad. This location stood out for all the wrong reasons: poor food handling, no regard for customer safety, and a level of dirtiness I've never seen at any other location. Avoid!
