I went on a Wednesday to get a burrito bowl for take out. I ordered at the counter and the counter service is like an assembly line. I selected a chicken burrito bowl (about 10 dollars). I selected white cilantro rice, no beans, medium spicy salsa, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole, (about 3 dollars extra). All were put together by a team of servers and you can see all the ingredients at the counter. After paying, they bag it up and I am good to go. I ordered everything to go, so I was given a bag as well. When I got home, I opened the cover and it looked nice. The chicken was mostly tender, but some pieces required a small effort. The cilantro rice had a good flavor. The salsa could have been a bit spicier, but I added some siracha for the flavor and heat. The guacamole was a bit small for the extra cost, but it tasted fresh and was enjoyable. The overall portions were satisfactory and filling enough. For the overall cost of about 13 dollars, I had no complaints. The service was friendly and the team worked nicely together. The atmosphere looks like a midscale cafeteria and it looked mostly clean. There were not many patrons, so my order went reasonably quick and there were plenty of seats available. I saw some small outdoor seating as well. If you have the app and a member, you could get rewards as well. I took advantage of the free chips rewards today, which I will enjoy with my dad tomorrow. I normally like Chipotle and this branch usually serves consistently good quality for us. read more

Extremely disappointed with this Chipotle location at 9100 Conroy Windermere Rd, Windermere, FL 34786. The portions were embarrassingly small, especially the protein -- barely enough for even a single standard serving. On top of that, there was an official promotion that day: Free Double Protein using code PROTEIN. I showed this promotion to the employee, and it was completely ignored. I was still charged for double protein. This feels either like the staff has no idea about company promotions or they simply don't care and overcharge customers anyway. I visit Chipotle locations regularly in different cities, and this is by far the worst location I've ever been to in terms of service, honesty, and customer experience. I have been a longtime fan of Chipotle. Realistically, what's not to like? They offer a very Americanized version of Mexican food that is part of the new fast-casual concept. To me, this is always just been a buzzword for fast food, but whatever works. As I said, I have been a longtime fan of Chipotle. I like that it is relatively convenience, as well as being relatively healthy. This is even more of a factual statement when you compare Chipotle to the various fast food burger options that you see everywhere. Chipotle also took the cafeteria style serving concept and ran with it. You approach the counter and make your selections why the person on the other side of the counter places it in either a bowl, and taco shells, or in a tortilla. While the menu is limited, you should be able to find something that you would like. They offer steak, pork, chicken, shredded steak, even vegetarian offerings. My go-to has always been the burrito bowl. As a pro tip, ask for a tortilla on the side. read more

I frequently visit this Chipotle and unfortunately, I am continually left dissatisfied with my experience. The main issue is the extraordinary wait times at this particular location. Despite having 10+ people working, they only have a single person making the food, leading to frustratingly slow service. Adding to the situation was the fact that when they ran out of a particular ingredient, they would hold the entire line, causing further delays. On top of everything else, the manager and employees were all standing there complaining about being understaffed and the AC being broken. After bringing it to the managers attention at how ridiculously unprofessional it was to be having these conversations in front of paying customers who are still waiting to be served. The protein bowls and burrito were actually solid. However, the chips were bad (stale). Some didn't even snap, they just bent. That's not the worst part. The queso was atrocious. It isn't this location - Chipotle queso is just plain bad. Bad flavor, consistency is too much flour in gravy. Even the color is off. So, go to Chipotle if you don't order chips and certainly NEVER order queso. I can't believe corporate ever rolled it out. read more

Come here during some of my lunch breaks and they are always very quick and efficient so that I can get out and enjoy my lunch before my break is over. The staff is always very nice and while the station can be messy I understand that they're trying to finish orders as quickly as they can especially with the online orders that come in throughout the day. Can't go wrong with a Chipotle bowl and I tend to go with either chicken or pork depending on what I'm in the mood for that day. I always love their lime and salt chips I wish they would give us more than the little they do in the bag but it really is a great combination I highly recommend scooping your burrito bowl with the chips like a nacho. read more

I've come to this Chipotle location over a dozen times since it opened and will not be coming back until they are able to address items with their food quality. Chiptole is usually pretty consistent from location to location, and I come to this one because I live only 2 miles away. First the positives, they have the food ready on time when I put in an online order and they are always friendly. They also are not shy on giving you a lot of food when you order a bowl. That's about where it stops. The white rice lacks any flavor. They use chicken that is really fatty, you know the taste... The last time I went there on 5/21/19, the chips were so stale they were like chewing cardboard. The steak is consistently overcooked and chewy and not tender at all. It only took one trip to the my old Chipotle in Ocoee on West Colonial Drive to realize that this Chipotle is in need of some help. I hope that the owners/managers can make some improvements because this is a great location for Windermere and Dr. Phillips residents and I know a lot of us were excited to have another nearby option for food, since Windermere isn't exactly overflowing with dining options. For now I will go back to the Ocoee/West Colonial location to experience Chipotle the way it is supposed to be made. read more

I was NOT a regular at any Chipotle particularly after all the issues they had with Chicken/ E. Coli outbreaks & Gastrointestinal problems. After that outbreak i did not go back for two and a half years. Only recently after observing a Vegan Plant based diet i decided to visit the location in the Cascades of Windermere and i must say that the facility and tables were very clean, not especially busy at 4 pm, the staff were quite friendly and customer service was great! I enjoyed the plant based option of tofu and black beans with 1/2 portion of brown rice, veggies ( green peppers and red onions), black beans ( no liquid) all three salsas and lots of fresh romaine lettuce. Wow so tasty and fresh. The shredded hodo Soy tofu or sofritas, were rather tasty and cooked with a spicy sauce to give it a nice tomato/ green chilli based kick. The price point was also very good at under $8 and it was a nice healthy lunch treat after two + years of going back to Chipotle. Will definitely return back !! read more

Not surprising that I go on here to leave a review and they only have two stars to begin with... Know that if you order to-go you're going to wait longer than if you just go there and get in line! This happens more often than not! They do not service their to-go orders in any sort of timely fashion so you watch everyone in the line go through and then they'll make you wait another 10 minutes while they scramble to prepare your food even though it's already WELL over the pickup time. It wasn't even that busy and it wasn't just me, there was a crowd of people waiting on to-go orders by the register while they continued to make food for and check out everyone in the line instead. I thought that ordering half an hour before would get me my food faster and it only made me wait 20 minutes longer. Don't expect your meal to be great either now that you had to watch them LITERALLY throw it together as fast as they possibly could. Zero stars. I'm not quite sure why I decided to come back to this location and give them a second chance somethings are just not worthy of that second opportunity and this chipotle is one of them stay far away from here the route staff dry food small portions and dirty atmosphere are just a few of the major problems at this location. Almost always, when they open at 10:45AM, THEY ARE NOT READY. They ignore customers in line, continue to cook/prepare items, and work on mobile orders. This store used to be a stellar location, but someone in charge needs a corrective interview. There are some hard-working people here, but they are not focused on the customer in front of them and need to RESPECT PEOPLE'S TIME. After visiting the location closest to my work, and it being really bad, I came here. So much better. The other location I went to is CONSTANTLY such a long wait for mobile orders during 12-2. This one was ready before the designated time. AND THEY ACTUALLY REMEMBERED FORKS AND NAPKINS. Everything was so clean, and the portions were great. I ordered light sour cream and actually got light sour cream spread across it instead of a giant glob in the middle. The meat didn't have like 6 pieces in it. It had an actual good amount. Today was the first time I've been to the worst Chipotle here in Windermere Florida. 3:45 PM Sunday afternoon The place was not that busy and plenty of employees walking around in the kitchen and eating in the dining room. The young girl ask what I want on my burrito and I tell her chicken and they are out. She says to a girl standing in the kitchen that she needs Chicken only to be ignored by that girl because she was to busy texting on her phone. So the girl serving me then disappears into the back room only to reappear with the girl texting with her backpack on and they both clock out with the manager and leave right in the middle of my order. The chipotle in Windermere is rude. I get it quarantine is going on and everyone is in a mood but when I went in there where only 4 people working. One person on the line(helping someone) someone cooking in the back and 2 off to the side that looked like they weren't doing anything. I placed my order for 3:15 but I got here early and I kindly asked if they could possibly make mine. The girl looked at me like I was crazy it was 2:58 I looked over at their computer screen and there was mine, next to be made and she said let me see. The other girl said no it can't be done until 3:15. I get it my bad... so then I'm with my autistic brother and he decided to sit and she came up to me and with attitude said you guys can't sit here and I told her okay but we are just waiting (we were the only ones in there now) And with attitude she said there's signs everywhere that you can't sit. So then I told my brother to stand and she said "no you have to wait outside". So now me and my autistic brother are waiting in the car until 3:15... with in the time of her telling me and my brother these things she could've had his bowl done already, and we would have been gone... absolutely ridiculous! I usually love going to chipotle but this one absolutely disappointed me. My boyfriend ordered a bowl and the woman at the cash register disappeared on him. I was waiting to order and a guy came up to ask what rice I wanted and when I told him he disappeared as well. At one point the whole kitchen was empty, I was waiting for my order and my boyfriend was waiting for somebody at the cash register to help him start ringing up the order. This brand new chipotle is in a nice plaza and seems like it had great potential. However, I made an order online for pick up. Two out of three of the bowls had white rice instead of black and had mixed beans instead of black beans, half of our food was cold, two orders had double meat, but looked the same as the other. One burrito which was two double meat was the smaller than a normal burrito. It's a shame they messed up so much because we get chipotle every week, but we won't be returning for this one! read more
