This is about the stupidest thing I've ever heard.. I walk up to the counter to order food. 'Beans and Rice' and a quesadilla. They load up the brand and rice then inform me that I need to download the chipotle app, order my quesadilla via app, and wait for it to be made. They said it's the quickest!!! Oh... but they can made kids quesadillas without online orders. Sooooo... this is the very LAST time I will EVER stop at a chipotle. They literally said they CANNOT make a walk up order of a quesadilla. If I could give this place a 0 star... I would. read more

The chicken salad with guac was actually pretty good, until I found hair in the food! Ewwwww! I couldn't believe it, and neither could my friend, who took me to this place. Fortunately, I called up the chipotle restaurant, and they are going to get me a refund. So at least I will get my money back, but I'm not so keen on returning there again. Bad customer service is one thing, but hair in the food is totally gross. read more

Warm water and cold food served by teenage boys that don't know how to wrap a burrito and bother cleaning the bathrooms or dining. Also, good luck throwing away your food in the overflowing trash cans read more

I got a kids meal which only came with 1 tortilla out of rice gived use no sides with a burnt quasadilla

Seriously the dirtiest dining experience I have had in years. Every table was filthy. Sour cream all over the floor. Multiple soda options were out. The bathroom was fucking disgusting!!!! Foul! The trash cans were over flowing. Never ever will I go here again! Who the hell is on charge!? read more

Dirtiest chipotle I've ever come across. Every table, floor, beverage station filthy. Dirty dishes literally piled to the lights in the kitchen. One person was making orders while another person just stood at the register and stared at the 20+ person line. Another employee stood in line for food for about 15 min before just going behind the counter to make their own and sit down. Horrible experience. read more

This store is absolutely disgusting! There's trash piled up all around the front trash area. The line had food everywhere. There no chicken cooked dishes piled. And the staff had the worst IDGAF attitude ever. It's so filthy I don't even want to eat my order now. Run far far way from this location and never look back! read more

We placed a pickup order for 230pm (15-20 mins ahead of time). We show up, no food ready. We finally got our food at 250. It would've been about 3x quicker if we had just stood in line instead of placing an order. They even have a separate person doing pickup orders with their own food station so thought it would be quicker. Instead, in that time, we saw them having mini staff meetings, refilling / cooking food, serving multiple walk-in customers, and even having NO customers at one point. The app also said no guacamole was available for order but there was plenty in store so not sure what the issue there is either. We were just driving through on a road trip so likely never stopping here again but definitely lots of room for improvement at this location read more

Just another place that covid has killed. Prices are up, portions are way down. Paid for extra meat, and guac on my burrito and my wives bowl, no guac to be found, and just enough meat for me to say there was some meat, certainly not where a normal portion used to be, and definitely not a double portion worth the 7 bucks they charge. better off spending 50 bucks at taco time and leaving with 5 bags full of food read more

Yesterday afternoon my sister & I enjoyed online ordering & in store pickup for an early birthday celebration in our vehicles backed up to each other so we could enjoy lunch together from a distance. We ordered in total 3 of the burrito bowls, 1 burrito, & a 'large' side of chips & queso. It was all very delicious & tastes fresh. Our orders were all correct. The chips were crisp & salty, with a hint of lime. I was slightly disappointed that the 'large' chips was rather small for $5.25. Queso had good flavor & was slightly warm. My bowl had steak, fajita veggies, black beans, lettuce (which that packed on there full!), mild salsa, cheese, and sour cream. It was delicious and full of fresh flavors & spices. I got a tortilla on the side, which I didn't know what a free addition so that was a nice surprise. We also got the burrito double wrapped in a 2nd tortilla which was also a free bonus. No burrito blow outs yesterday! Overall ordering was very simple, pick up was quick, and our food was enjoyable! read more

Ordered a burrito bowl, no meat. Had pinto and black beans instead. They put a small amount of beans on spoon then spread them across bowl to make it look like you're getting more than you really are. selena was incredibly disrespectful and had such a strong lack of compassion. she was an awful host with no regard for customer's feelings. the guests in front of me in line had a son who was in a wheelchair and he was having trouble voicing his accommodations for his food. selena continued to sigh and look visibly annoyed as the mom was simply stating what he needed with kindness, making sure to kindly ask each time she needed something. selena responded in very disrespectful tones, acting extremely impatient throughout the interaction. the same behavior carried on when it was my turn in the line. overall a very disrespectful experience. i will never return to this location as long as she works here. read more

Every time I try to eat here the service is awful. 2 times I waited in line 30 minutes just to get to the counter to be told they are out of chips, steak and chicken-why not tell people that before they wait in line forever?!! And to top it off they are super rude about it! read more

So, my review score is solely based on my online ordering and pick-up experience. I placed my order online, while at work, so I could maximize on the time I had to work and grab food to go, return to work and consume. I placed an order and was given a 20 minute wait time for pick up. I arrived on-time and when I told them my name, the employee found my order was placed in a cue on the wall and never touched. He said it would be a few and proceeded to make my food. It was yummy and warm, BUT the entire point of online ordering for pick up is to NOT wait. I was very frustrated as I chose this eatery specifically for its healthy alternative to fast foody-type places and because I could order online and walk to a counter to grab and go! I was failed and I'm still holding a grudge. read more

This is the newest location in Eugene. Very small space, with "arena" seating... there are no separate tables, you sit with others "communal" style. The portions were good at this one, generous with the meats! Parking is easy, as this is out in front of the mall. This should do very well as it is down the street from about 10 hotels. read more

Apparently they close at 9:40 and not at 10 like there website says. At least the workers don't want to take your order after 9:40.

First time eating here and it was so very goid, we wNted more. Nice staff and wonderful food

I just found a bitten off nail in my bowl, from this location. Food was great until that very gross moment.

I just went to chipotle and some snotty girl with a purple pony tail just short me my barbacoa. She sprinkled it on and she was already giving me attitude when I asked nicely for extra beans. She said it would be extra if I wanted more(a full amount lol) I think she was a manager of some kind because she was bossing people around. Absolutely rude. read more

Ordered a bowl today, Alexander took care of my order and the register. Everything was clean and under control as he had the strip to himself. Open till 10:00 pm? Nope. This location only accepts digital orders till 9:41 pm and is closed for in-person ordering. This is the sort of thing that should be on the website when a traveler is looking for healthy food options on the road. I arrived at 9:36 thinking I had plenty of time to order, because I checked ahead of time as to whether this location would be open while driving through - Open till 10:00PM. I would give negative stars if I could. I walk in the Springfield location at the gateway mall. They inform us that they are out of, Guacamole, cilantro, onions, lettuce medium and mild hot sauce, and several other key items. I mean, these are all critical parts to a burrito right ? I figured this was due to Corona Virus supply chain issues, so I was patient. As I got to the register, I notice right up there by the wall closest to the register all of the ingredients they had just told me they were out of was right there ready to go. I asked, " what about this" ? The employee told me that was for Call in orders ONLY ! Seriously???? I am a paying customer in your restaurant. I can visibly see your ingredients and want to buy it now and I can't ???? What kind of operation is being run here. I ask to speak to the manager and some 20 something gal comes over to me, clearly has fielded this complaint before. She does not make eye contact with me and says "these ingredients are for online orders only"! Unbelievable!!! She really wanted nothing to do with helping me, so my 6 person order was left on the counter and my family left. I PROMISE that I will never return to your company EVER again. I have already shared my story with people I know, and will continue to do so. Very disappointed in your business model. read more

Food was great I had the burrito and all I can say is OMG. Had to save half of it for lunch the next day.

One thing you must know about me... I absolutely LOVE Chipotle! You know that vine where it's all, "Chiptole is my life"...??? Yeah, that's how it is when everything is made correctly. There needs to be the perfect amount of chopped cilantro in the rice (too often there's WAY too much and the cilantro is not cut small enough), the chicken must be fully cooked (but not burnt!) and there cannot be other things like corn or salsas (especially NOT pico de gallo) when the red "hot" salsa (I'm obsessed with) is put in my chicken burrito :) Ahhhh, I cannot forget the importance of equally putting sour cream, salsa and cheese. Ok, ok... Yeah, I'm a tad bit picky ;) when it comes to how I like it, but I'm also so addicted to Chipotle that I'm ridiculously happy and satisfied 9 out of 10 times I eat at any one! read more

I like Chipotle because it is a quick lunch that could be an healthy alternative depending on the ingredients wanted. I always go the low carb option without rice and beans and with lettuce. I like this location and the staff was great. The only thing is that I have to keep asking for more ingredients because their initial amounts being put on item is quite small. Other than that this is a good location and to me always is clean and pleasant to have lunch in. read more

rude customer service, also missing a lot of items ordered because they were out and I wasn't refunded for it.

Arrived about 30 minutes after the store opened, as soon as we (my husband and I) walk in they say if we want to be served we have to download the app to order and that they don't fully "open" until around 3 (not even saying a direct time so is this just BS?). At this point it was fine, we stepped outside downloaded the app and ordered but then had to wait another 15 minutes to pick up our food. The best experience of this trip was them allowing us to use the restroom while we waited for our food since we were just driving through the town to a further destination. After using the restroom our order was "ready for pickup" we walk outside to sit on the patio (that has no sign saying it's open or closed), nobody was out there like I said it was fairly early in the morning. As soon as we open the bag and start to begin to enjoy our meal a woman walks out telling us we weren't allowed to sit there because it was "closed." At this point we're pretty annoyed since like I said we're traveling through this town for a quick bite to eat and to use the restroom. We then move over to a bench that's next door to Chipotle. About 3-5 minutes after we move to the bench, another gentleman (Caucasian looking) takes his food that he had gotten from Chipotle and goes and sits in the patio section. The same lady who had told us we had to leave had looked in that direction multiple times but NEVER asked him to move or leave. We sat on the bench and ate for about 15-20 minutes and the entire time we were struggling to eat off of our laps while this other person looked comfortable enjoying his meal. Is this store prejudice or racist? I don't know, you tell me. We weren't being loud or obnoxious, we were only stopping by to have a quick and better meal than a more fast food chain restaurant yet we were told to leave the patio. I completely understand COVID is going on and I respect it as much as possible, we both were wearing masks and not touching anything other than our food bag and cup. Nobody was on the patio (I'm assuming because it was like I said around 11:15-11:30am and all people took their food to their cars and drove off) and all we wanted to do was eat and leave. This experience definitely left me bitter and the start of my day was definitely ruined. Luckily I don't live in this town, but if I were to ever drive through here again I will NEVER return to this location. Disappointing since I've never experienced this at any other locations. read more

Chipotle was understaffed, so the doors were locked. We were forced to order online and wait on a crowded sidewalk. We should have known better and simply walked away, but we didn't....there were no napkins in the bag, chicken and beef burrito meats were cold, burritos were poorly wrapped and fell apart, cheese was not melted, large bag of side order chips were stale and everything was intensely over salted. We used to be avid Chipotle fans, but this will be our last visit. read more
