Ordered via app and it was ready and an easy pickup through the window. That would probably be the only reason I would try it again. My burrito had all of the chicken at the opposite end I started on. Overall the burrito was correct to order just not much mixing. My 5 year old self would have enjoyed it more as I got to eat all lettuce and salsa. Then ate pinto beans rice and some cheese and remaining salsa. Then ate remaining rice and start of chicken with a scant amount of sour cream. Then wrapped up with remaining chicken and sour cream. Probably should have unwrapped it and mixed it up then rewarded but I'm not that talented. The worst part of the entire order was the chips. Now I used to think the guacamole and chips were the best I've had. However, the guacamole recipe has either been changed or this branch missed a measurement. It was OK but not amazing. But the chips were barely edible. Some were stale to the point I thought we must have got the lunch leftovers at 5pm... But some chips were just not cooked enough or cooked too much couldn't decide it was just a hard hunk of chiplike material that was too hard to chew. Service was quick, parking was easy and plentiful. There is indoor and a small area for outdoor seating. The staff was doing their best to make the food on time and the condiments area was fully stocked. When Chipotle is good it's very good! Unfortunately this store has its problems. Staff isn't always friendly and often act like they don't want to be there. More times than not the dining room is dirty and trash overflowing. Your best bet is to order in person to make sure your order is correct. Call in orders struggle to get it right. Sure do wish they'd distribute the ingredients more evenly. Food temperature often warm at best. I will say the guacamole is very tasty. read more

My experiences the few times I've been here have been good in terms of quality. I get a veggie bowl, so can't speak to the quality of meat. I've only go into the lobby to order, which from reviews, sounds like may be the better option over drive thru or pickup. Service is hit or miss. We chose to dine in tonight, and the counter help was rude, dismissive, and didn't care about the food product they were making. I ordered a brisket quesadilla, kid size. First time the worker rushed to such a degree he didn't put it in the warmer to melt the cheese. Remade it, chose to add onions, and used the fattiest pieces. Counted three pieces of brisket. Asked to have it made for a third time. He overcooked it, so it was like a brick and overcooked. Jolene the tortilla so all the cheese went out. Very messy and tasteless. Didn't task for the fourth time. This was very disappointing and the front counter workers could have cared less about the food product they made or making anything right. read more

Put in a mobile order to pick up at the window. I literally was told that they are running behind to just pull around. I asked where do you want me to pull around too and I was told to just make a loop around the building again, so I can see if we have the order done for the person that is sitting behind you. So by the time I went to the loop back around the building, I sat for another 15 minutes for my order. Running behind happens, I understand that. But it's not the customer's fault so there's no need to be rude about it. This store needs some serious help. read more

Absolutely terrible service. Buyer beware, if you place a pick up order and go through the drive-through, depending on who's working, you're either met with indifference or straight up disrespect. I have never encountered chipotle employees more disrespectful than at this location, especially in the drive-through. On top of this, the portion size is abysmal if you place an order online. This chipotle needs some serious help before they go out of business after just opening up within this past year. We stopped by tonight at 6 PM to get two burritos, and when we walked in, we noticed a line out the door and a lot of upset online order folks grumbling about where their orders were. We sat in line for about 10 minutes before we even understood what was going on and what happened was that apparently chipotle took a big catering order during dinner time and it wiped out all of their meats, yet in the 10 minutes we sat there in line, they failed to even start prepping or putting meat on the grill to help get orders out the door. A lot of upset customers left, including ourselves. Sadly, this is about the third time that this situation has happened to me at this particular location in the last couple months. Absolute worst experience at a restaurant. We got in the drive thru line at 6:35 for our 6:40 pick up time. The drive thru is set up that once you are in it, you cannot get out. We ended up having to sit there until 7:15 when we finally got up the window. We were told our order would be finished "in a little" since other orders were placed ahead of ours. We sat there for 10 minutes watching them make orders and place them on the shelf for other drive thru orders, even though we were sitting at the window. We didn't get our food until 7:25pm.... 45 minutes after the promised time and being forced to sit in the drive thru for 50 minutes with two upset young kids. read more

I only got on yelp to finally complain after after many many months of the same customer service and the same "quantity" and "quality" of the food. The workers seem to absolutely hate their jobs for one which of course trickles down to everything else. But I'm sure their also getting a lot from corporate. I understand the rise of inflation and cost management, etc. But I and others have noticed that the amount of food you get at this location is so skimpy, they seem to count the amount of chicken on bowl and one 1/2 scoop of rice, didn't even fill the bowl. Pictures are added from my wife's and I meal from when I got home. This has been an on going trend not only at this location but others in the Shawnee area as well. This is the last time I step foot into one of these locations because of the lack of quality in service, quality of food, and the biggest is quantity of food as well. If I'm going spend $23 on meal and only get a meal worth $12 I will gladly take my business else where. read more
