eh it was ok. i ordered an ice cream and it was pretty good. our waiter was kind. i feel like it was more of how the place was run that gives it the three star quality. many and i mean many of the parking spaces were not usable. their were huge pot holes in the road leading in/out. needs some work! read more

Everything is out of order and service is slow. Fix your equipment! Took over 15 minutes to get food.

Usually I look at the reviews before going to restaurants. I wished I did before I ordered. I was looking forward to eating my chicken strip meal. The food was horrible. I end up trashing the meal. My chicken strips were overcooked. I paid for a meal and gave a tip, hoping my meal look and taste good. The only positive thing I can say is the customer service was good. I don't see myself going back there for a meal. read more

Food is good but the service is horrendous, the wait was so long we almost left. Most of the stalls are out of service and it's just annoying when you have to pull into multiple stalls to find one that works. read more

We live just down the street and would love to frequent this Sonic, but they constantly disappoint. I've sent formal complaints on Sonic's corporate website to no avail. The last time that my wife and I attempt to visit this Sonic was our last; we ordered online and went to pickup our order in the middle of the day on a weekend and there was no one to be found, the place was closed. No mechanism to request a refund. I'm done with this place and I hope they go out of business so another restaurant can come into our community. As of now, we'll only visit QT across the street. read more

The service was very slow. The food was not good. The only thing that is good is the milk shake and it has a lot of calories and too much sugar. read more

Food is pretty good. The shakes are delicious. Me and my friends stop here after school every once and a while, the servers are very kind. The sunsets here are always good as well. read more

I know this location is understaffed and under new management, but to order our food we had to basically fight the person taking the order to complete our order. Seriously considered just leaving and getting food literally anywhere else. This process was so painful I downloaded this app just to give a review. I don't even know how good the food will be because there is an 20 minute wait for it anyways. Save yourself the trouble and just go down the road to get your Sonic fix. Update: we have been waiting for 30 minutes for our food. The guy who ordered food in the next stall pinged the button in his stall over and over to no avail. He drove off. Update2: the food sucked. It wasn't right at all. It's not worth a dollar. read more

Staff was so sweet and kind. Very quick and my food and drink were both amazing! For the people who I see have been complaining about the speed....they are literally understaffed like everywhere else. Please feel free to jump out of your car and help these kids out and maybe it will be fast enough. read more

Horrible. Fries are so over-cooked, they make a snapping sound when you break them. Not a soft spot on any of them. Culver's is the much better option! read more

It's amazing how poorly managed this sonic restaurant is. It doesn't matter if there's three cars or 10 cars it takes forever to order your food and then just as long to actually get your food. There have been multiple occasions where I've never actually ordered food because it took so long for anyone to actually answer the intercom. This location is close to our house so I keep giving it a try, but I honestly don't know why. If you're driving through the parking lot, make sure you look out for all the potholes because if you hit one you're going to need to get a realignment on your car. read more

Severely understaffed. The food is okay, if you can place an order. Most of the time, you won't be able to order for 30 minutes after pressing the button. Those working there are incompetent and it is a bad reflection off of the owners themselves, not necessarily the employees that receive minimal training and pay. It's quicker to go visit a different location if you are really craving Sonic. read more

It's closed at 230 pm memorial day? People were there eating but it was "closed". Typical of this location.

After 10 minutes of waiting with 4 other cars, no one atended to our stall. I had to go in and they were all on their phones, claiming to be understaffed but 6 were in there. completely non-attentive on a Friday evening. the wait for the drinks was another 15 min. Horrible service. read more

Pushed the button and waited ten minutes without anyone asking for our order. Moved stalls to one that someone had just completed an order at. Pushed the button and waited ten more minutes. Nobody answered that call either. read more

Don't get me wrong...The food is almost always good but the service...slow as hell. and it always is. I placed an order on the app 30 minutes prior to the pick up time. yet I show up and they still didn't have my order ready. continued to wait another 30 minutes sitting there just to realize they made a burger completely different from what I ordered...but of course I didn't have time to wait another hour for the correct one. on top of this, for some reason they always fail to give me the sauce that I put on my order...moral of the story, if you're gonna go to a sonic, avoid this location unless you have an extra hour to wait at a "fast" food restaurant. read more

terrible service! been at this stall waiting to order for about 40 minutes! they cancelled us twice! and completly ignored us each time and other people coming through way after us are getting to order ahead of us AND get there meals! Don't recommend coming here. can't even leave a review for the food. read more

If I could rate this place a NEGATIVE I would! i was picking up an Uber order yet it just stormed people were having issues. On my end my job was to go to the place and see if the food was made so they could get what little money they could. I get there and the lady screams were not open and hangs up. I click the button again and she does the same thing. So I get out and walk to the door and she screams in my face we're not open. She wasn't wearing a name tag but she was the manager and wearing a purple shirt. Next time maybe politely listen to what I say and tell me you don't have the Uber order. Very disrespful and a bad look to sonic. They are having their management teach their staff this rude behavior! I hope she fixes herself because that was beyond me! read more

Ugh. No Grilled in the grilled cheese. A bag of rings that looked like somebody balled them up and smashed them in their hand. They were cold enough that it was highly possible and I had to tear them out of the ball. I didn't order a whacky pack but still got a tiny choke hazzard. read more

If I went to Capital Grill I think I would have received and eaten my entire meal in the amount of time I waited for 2 slushies for my 11 year old boys. It's been 45 minutes, does this seem reasonable? You average 1 star, I suspect that's because we can't give you 0. read more

Honestly, I wish they would close this place down and build something else, anything else! This place is just terrible! Several of the employees have been borderline disrespectful. They have messed up my order numerous times. Also, on 12/27/2017 I drove from De Soto, KS to this location around 10pm. The hours said they were open until 11pm, but when I got there and pushed the button to order a young woman came on the intercom and said, "Sorry, but we're closed, we recently changed our closing hours to 10pm instead of 11pm." The frustrating thing is, from where I live in De Soto, it's a 10-15 minute drive, so around 20-30 minutes total. My point? I wasted gas and time, and didn't get anything in return. I think the fact that this place has an overall 1* rating should be a tale-tell-all. It's unfortunate because I am a fan of the Sonic brand, but this location makes you question whether you even want to eat at ANY Sonic. Take my suggestion and avoid this place at all costs. read more

Terrible service. They can't understand orders, tell customers they're wrong and can't make food at all. They don't cook anything right. Rude service, I live close and came here a few times and I can honestly say it doesn't matter when you come. You will get horrible service and bad food guaranteed!!! DO NOT COME!!! read more

I went here at 8:00 pm and got two different custom slushiest, and a cookie ice cream sandwich. It took ONLY ONE MINUTE to get it to us! Our server was named Tia and she was SUPER nice and a wonderful worker! This was my best Sonic experience ever! read more

WORST SONIC IN AMERICA! This doesn't even deserve 1 star. Took over 40 minutes to get 2 waters and 3 mini milkshakes. They pick and choose whoever they feel they would like to serve first. The bathroom should be condemned. There was diarrhea or throw-up or both EVERYWHERE. Completely avoid this place. It should be shut down. read more

Went there service was terrible went in to check on order was not very clean an know one was wearing mask

They have a closed thing like there a car blocking the way there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been to some rough places but this was the worst. They literally cut my boyfriend and I off in the middle of our order, and we had to move stalls because the customer service at our original stall was garbage. Very unhappy, hopefully never eating here again. read more

Took almost an hour to get food, and people who got there later than us got their food faster. Very bad service and will not be going again.

The first time was great, all girls working there, the food came out in a timely manner - tasted like great Sonic food too. Second time, a bunch of young boys working in there, (or should I say walking around like chickens with their heads cut off.), had to wait 20 mins for food. Third time (should be the charm right?), we ordered and waited another 20 mins, but the line never moved forward. So we left. Being the suckers that we are, there was a fourth time which went the same as the third time. So we left again. Finally learned the lesson: we'll never go to that Sonic ever again. It was the closest to our house, which means ALL the Sonics will not have our patronage because they take longer to get to, so we aren't going as often now. read more

Anyone who comes here will be disappointed. Ordered 50 minutes before close and 20 minutes into the wait I watched the 4 sonic employees leave the building and I never got my drinks. Also, I had already paid for the food. Please close this place read more

If I could give it zero I would. I would rather chew off my own arm than ever eat at this sonic again. They have never got my order right. Not once. The food tastes like it's been sitting out for hours. On top of that, the girl taking our order tonight overcharged us and got an attitude when we questioned her. So we paid the extra money and agreed to never eat here again. read more

If I could give it -5 I would. Only come here if you want your order messed up and attitude from the workers. Seriously they need to be closed down. read more

Been here a few times for breakfast. The food is usually made to-order but their service is ridiculously slow. They seem to have a very high turn-over for staff... only seen one staff member here twice. I'm personally not a fan of Sonic employees who linger at your window expecting a tip... I'm traditionally a generous tipper... but when I've waited 16 minutes for a breakfast burrito... I'm not feeling generous... or tippy! read more

Agree this place is horribly managed I pull in and place my order and then they tell me the wait is 25 minutes, 25 minutes come on that's a joke this is fast food for crying out loud. So we went to Brewbakers, I got a basket of fries and all our drinks in two minutes seriously and then we got our entire meal in 20 minutes. And the prices are pretty comparable, but the food is certainly much much better at brewbaker's. Why did I go - just to get my kids something a little different. read more

We have been here twice now. This is the slowest Sonic I have ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and skip this one unless you have 30 plus minutes to wait for your food. read more

Poor service, wrong order, horrible experience. Appeared quiet but had to wait to order. Headsets not working well. Person took order in person. Waited a long time for order. When order finally arrived, it had TOTALLY wrong items and not what was on order ticket. Went inside for refund. Kitchen appeared to be in TOTAL chaos with crew appearing to fight back and forth. Not worth all the poor service and issues for poor food. Expect a fun experience with accurate order, friendly staff - got none of that! NOT recommended!! read more
