But the opportunities this school gives goes beyond that. Our son changed over from public school to virtual school. This baseball school worked with our virtual school to create an individual experience that would fill a PE credit. That experience helped him learn about all the different things it takes to become a well rounded baseball player. After that the school has stayed involved with his education by helping to provide volunteer opportunities. As a member of the National Honor Society he needs lots of volunteer hours, and they have been so kind and willing to provide that for him. As his mom I appreciate how they help instill in him qualities that will serve him well beyond playing baseball. He has learned that working hard has its rewards. That respect and a good attitude is very important. He has learned how to listen and take a critique. He then takes that input, brings it home, does the homework and is excited to go back to the school to show them the changes he has made. I know that because of these experiences that he will not only go on to be a great college team player but a good all round person. They have my highest praise and gratitude. I would most definitely recommend.

I had my 3 year old daughter in the 3s class. I am disappointed at how the situation was handled…read more She was pretty much tossed back to me, saying she can't stay in the class. I understand she has issues with listening, but how it was handled was not right either. I was told she needed to go back to toddler time but when I had her in there, I was told she needed to go to the 3s. I specifically had asked if she would be ok in that class since I was worried about this. If I was told to bring her back in a few minutes that's one thing, but to completely throw her out of the class is another thing. This was her second class. She didn't know there was a skills checklist, as she had started the class w a different instructor. She has not had the same teacher either. This was not fair. You guys were highly recommended, which is why we came. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Every member of the team is so welcoming and allows each kid to be themselves, but encourages the children to try new things! My girls look forward to their time in the gym each week! Can not recommend this enough!

Indoor soccer meets Mexican food...food wins... Soccer…read morenation is an indoor soccer facility that has two fields, one slightly smaller than the other. Fields are ok, but turf is pretty worn in the corners. They've just added a viewing deck to both fields which is nice. But the best part of soccer nation is the authentic Mexican food. Great food to snack on between games, large variety and good portion sizes make it a must. The place is not like the other soccer facilities in the city, this place has an abundance of quality Hispanic players, and the games are entertaining to watch. Usually once a month they host some kind of U-25 competitive tournament that brings out of town teams to compete against the soccer nation select teams. The games are highly competitive, and the place is usually packed. So if your looking for a low cost entertainment option, and you like watching soccer, soccer nation hosts some good games.

We purchased enough tokens so each boy could go 6 times. Halfway through 4 other kids showed up and cut in line. This interrupted their practice and was frustrating. If they had more machines that offered slow pitch and softball pitch this would ease the problem. Or they should post rules indicating a time limit in the event of a line, or so many tokens per client before you need to let someone else have a turn.

I want to take a moment to share something important to me…read more I have three kids that have all played competitive sports since they were old enough. Out of all the teams we have been on the amount of LOVE AND SUPPORT we have gotten from NJE (even after moving on to dance) is beyond amazing. I've never in my life had a team that truly makes you feel like it's more than just a team...it's FAMILY!! Yes it's still a business and they need to make money but it has never felt that way. How many coaches do you know who will take time to surprise EVERY athlete on their team whom made it is Disney by showing up at THEIR SCHOOL to give them a congratulations gift? That's right. They drove all around the KC area to surprise their girls for winning a bid to "The Summit" (the Super Bowl of cheer if you will). Now this is my youngest second year of not cheering. She had switched over to dance a year and a half ago. How many of you could say your ex coaches and teammates/parents would pay to come watch your child perform at their new dance studio? ‍Well I can tell you out of all the coaches my kids have had NJE are the only one that has does this. This is what touches me deep in my heart and they will FOREVER be a part of my family! This is what these kids need to see. Love/caring/kindness and to me THIS is winning! (Yes they do actually win competitions also. Lol but this is more important to me than anything) They are the perfect balance of being tough on your child when needed and expect them to give 100% and when they do great they know how to show the athletes how proud they are of them. If we ever go back to cheer (which she is talking about it ) we would only go back there. Oh and speaking of they are the only gym I know that does not have the drama and when a girl leaves they almost always come back. In case you were wondering my daughter had cheered their for four years!
