Nothing hits more than McFlurries at 9:00 pm. There is not much service to comment since it was through a kiosk. The ice cream was delicious and had a clean, fresh taste, but the ambience was disappointing. At the kiosk there was a pile of hand sanitizer akin to Mt Everest, which was unappetizing to say the least. Additionally some of the tables were lackluster. I have hope that McDonalds will get better at reducing single use plastics. So we leave this review at a 3/5. Update: a man with an Optimus prime truck politely asked us to move our car. Whatever happened to McDonalds?? McDonald's used to be my guilty pleasure. Quick lunch or dinner when time was short. Man I used to love a Big Mac and fries. 3 strikes and you're out! I have two complaints, and it's sad how I have to incorporate them both into one review. Let's begin with the first complaint. The first complaint occurred in mid-November before I had to head to work about a minute away from there. I ordered online for breakfast, arrived there at 7:19 and paid via Apple Pay hoping that my order would be ready in 5 minutes. The app told me that I have paid and said, "See you at spot 5!" Correct address and everything. A few minutes pass by, and it was getting close to the time I had to start my shift and I have not gotten any status about my order on my phone. No notifications. It has been about 20 minutes since I waited for my order to made, so I went inside to check to see if there were any issues with my order. I kindly told the manager in the morning that I had waited for 20 minutes and was wondering if they had the order. She asked me in a rude tone if I have the code, and I said to her that my code went away on the app and I told her my name as well as showing her the mobile receipt. She then told me that she never found my mobile order and accused me of lying about my order and the location when it was clearly THIS location. I just went ahead and paid in store, because it wasn't worth getting into an argument considering the fact that it getting close to the time I have to start my shift. Mind you, I waited five extra minutes to get a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese McGriddle meal. She didn't want to serve me at all. After my shift, I came back to ask for a refund and complained about the manager that was working that morning. They didn't issue me a refund, and gave me the number to customer service. I placed my complaint online on the app. Terrible experience. The second poor experience occurred earlier tonight and the kiosks were opened with no intent of knowing that they were short-staffed. I heard a couple of customers complaining about how the employees were treated, and the yelling. Turns out it was that same manager who berated me over my mobile order. Then she yelled at the customers for asking an innocent question about paying with cash. I can understand it being short-staffed at night, so it can be a bit frustrating at times, however...it doesn't give anyone the right to berate not only your employees, but the customers too. Very poor customer service. Your employees don't deserve to be treated horribly by a shift leader that has poor managerial skills and self-control. That leaves the store with a bad impression and gives the restaurant a bad name. If I could give every crew member a hug, I would honestly. McDonald's off of 66th Street needs to retrain their management, or else they'll go down hard. It doesn't hurt to be nice to people regardless of how the day went. Until then, I will not be making purchases there until they regulate their management and properly train them about guest satisfaction and experience. It shouldn't have to take for my bank to give me my money since that was fraudulent. read more

Had to wait a bit but the food was delicious! I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and it was hot and tasty. The drinks were good as well. It was the best McGriddle I had ever had! Overall great service. I would definitely go back to that location. read more

With all the breakfast options around and the fact that breakfast saved McDonalds business you would think they would be on their game and deliver the best or at least appealing to the eye food..or....call me crazy...give you the amount of food the cup called for. I went through the drive thru early morning looking for a healthy option so I decided on a parfait. As I took the parfait in a rush, I pulled off. To my dismay as I looked down it was halfway empty..::HALFWAY EMPTY! Not only did they hike the price up (they were once $1) but now I have to pay more for a parfait thats not even enough to satisfy my morning hunger. When I was waiting in line to order the machine told us to order and I started and the lady then snapped at me to wait. I waited three more minutes and was contemplating what to get with my boyfriend and the lady snapped again for me to wait. I visited on a Sunday morning, when this location was slammed with customers. About 12 employees were trying to keep up with the onslaught, resulting in service that was neither fast, nor friendly. Horrible service!!! Walked inside to order at 9am on this Sunday. Stood at the register for several minutes waiting for someone to greet me and take my order. Finally I went to the machine behind me and tried to put in my order couldn't figure it out. Walked back to the front and this guy was talking to his buddy. I had to interrupt their conversation and ask if one of them could take my order. Absolutely the worst McDonald's I have ever been too!!! Absolutely deplorable customer service. Often times it's a teenage kid (not so unusual to a fast food joint) but, rarely do you get a, "thank you". It's as if you are inconveniencing him by merely being there! A few of their employees with a longer tenure seem frazzled and a lot of times at the drive-thru will get your order wrong. Simple things; like not being handed a soda that has over-flowed it's cup and is a sticky mess will be handed to you and if ask for napkins they seem put out to provide you with a couple. After an extensive renovation, the place certainly LOOKS better but, they should focus on customer service a bit more. They are hiring and I understand the pressure and under-staffed business can be under but, honestly, the number one deterrent to going there (for us) is that we can always count on something being wrong with our order! The food always seems to be made in advance and that's too bad, it makes a difference at McDonalds. When making a large order, it's rarely right when we get it home. We complained once (after several other mishaps and after completely omitting a meal) and they mailed us some vouchers - addressed incorrectly and with the wrong location referenced! It seems that if they just spent a little bit more time in the customer service department they'd be just what a McDonald's restaurant should be. As other dining options become available, "way out West" they will need to step up their game. For us, Freddy's and Culver's will be worth the slightly longer drive. The closest McDonald's is the one near the super Wal-Mart and that's an absolute no-go for us. Triple everything I've said for the further-out West store and make the food somehow ALWAYS taste bad and that's what you get! However, the lesser of two evils doesn't make this McDonald's a pleasant or desirable eating experience. read more

Never consistent & it seems they have high turnover, I don't go there often but did tonight to get a frozen strawberry lemonade & a double cheeseburger w/o pickles. Two visits in a a row to the drive-thru, order messed up. First time ordered two happy meals and a regular meal. They messed up my kids hamburger by putting stuff on it we asked not to have on it and they messed up his drink. After I said we don't want that drink, I asked for the one I ordered and the young lady refused until I told her I would just buy the one I wanted. Next time we ordered a mega happy meal and wouldn't you know we got a regular. After the young lady handed them to us, she closed the window without a simple "thank you." I don't hold the employees working the drive accountable in either instance, this is on management. They appear to not have any customer service training. Multiple times is an issue. We only go there for convenience from our home. So I had to drive there in middle of Chief's game to rectify the order only to wait another 10 minutes to get the right sandwich, knowing why I was there. Steer clear of this location. Inaccurate orders discovered after you get home. But the worst is the penny pinching of this specific location. Not sure what McDonalds corporate allows for price fluctuation but this one is at the high end of all menu items. Charging extra for McCafe drinks and even charging for extra condiments like BBQ sauce or and extra packet of salsa for your burrito. A disappointing SHAME its the closest to my house. read more
