Worst customer service its been like this for monrths already they need some serious overall training

don't go any where near the night shift. go at least before 6 pm if you expect cilantro in your cilantro lime rice and pico that isn't just tomatoes, or don't want plain corn, or if you want chips, or if you don't want food smothered all over the bottom of your bowl because the employees can't be bothered to wipe the surface down or not literally toss the food into the bowl. we've been going for months and they officially lost our business, always disappointed. read more

After reading the terrible reviews for this location I was hesitant to even try it. But after seeing the reviews for the other nearby Chipotle locations weren't much better, I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did. I ordered online for the Chipotlane pickup and I arrived 2 minutes early. The line inside was all the way to the door, but there wasn't anyone in line for the Chipotlane. I drove up to the window and my order was waiting for me. The young woman who helped me was friendly and efficient. I got home and the food was very good. The order was 100% accurate and we were happy with the portion sizes. (I have to say that the quesadilla is delicious, but not really a good value for the premium price compared to the other entrée choices. We probably won't get that again. But not because it wasn't good. Just because for less money we can get more food by making a different entrée choice.) There was a small handful of grains of rice that were slightly undercooked, but that isn't a huge deal. We'd rather have a little bit of crunch than mushy rice anyway. I could have used a bit more sour cream, but that's my fault for not ordering extra like I usually do. All in all, it was a decent experience and we won't hesitate to come back. read more

This location has severely dropped in satisfaction in the last couple of months. In multiple occasions the system has been down to only accept cash payments. If this was an issue at surrounding businesses I would understand. But to continue to have this issue, and no warn customers with something as small as a sign on the door before people wait in line is an issue for me. I am a long time customer of Chipotle and am rather sad to see such a decline in service. I will be avoiding this location going forward until there are some changes made. Hopefully this is seen by a decision maker to take a serious look into the behavior of this location as a whole. read more

Two stars is generous because the food is typically very edible. The chips this time were stale or undercooked ( mind boggling ) and totally less portioned. I can't stand the inconsistent portions. Like why are you taking beans off my burrito ? Why, did you count too many ? I get chicken. Rice. Beans. Lettuce. I am not like these hoarders who get everything including guac , cheese and sour cream. I get if anything salsa on the side so my soggy burrito doesn't become soggier as the salsa has ton of water in it. Got chips- See the pics. I said "what is this"? I mean seriously who portioned it , Stevie wonder ? I said give me my money back. Not paying for this. They ended up giving me two after they spoke to the "manager". Then this time they tried to charge me for salsa on the side. I said WHAT? . Since when. She said yea ; I said politely - NO. she didn't charge me. Turned out chips were crap. Stale. My burrito had to be re wrapped as stuff was falling out. I mean they are nice and I was respectful but nothing is consistent. Portions are off. I don't personally eat a lot of Chipotle but this is a location I go to if I want some, they have kind employees and fast service but even then it takes a while to get something with the crazy lines that are virtually always there so I recommend order online then just go pick it up so you don't wait 20 minutes for a burrito bowl. read more

Im giving it a 1 star bc theres no 0 star option. Where to start? Well first they are out of different items every time you walk in. Plan to spend a minimum of 15 minutes in line even if there is like 4 people in front of you. And sometimes when they dont feel like making a special request they will say "you have to submit it online" I regularly do t post many reviews but BEWARE of this place. I decided to try out the Chipotle App since we are in Pademic mode. The phone app was easy to use. After getting my order paid for it told me my order would be ready in approximately 30 minutes for pick up. So I arrive at Chipotle's to get my order and there is a line at the front door. They have a young man coming out of the restaurant asking people their names to see if the are here to pick up the orders. The young man tells us that they are running behind and to please be patient. He then closes the front door and locks it. This procedure goes on for another 30 minutes until he calls my name and asks me to the door. He then hands me my order and three empty drink glasses. He tells me to come into the store and I must fill up my own drinks. The only drinks they have are at the soda fountain and bottles of water. No tea or anything else out. My order was complete as for what I ordered on line. The young man who brought me order was wearing a face mask and gloves as were his co-workers. These young people at the store are not paid enough for the stress that were on their faces. They appeared to be under staffed and things were chaotic. To those workers I say a heart felt thank you. As a former First Responder I salute you guy's for being there in this time of uncertainty. read more

I sincerely hate to post a negative review but I've gone to the St. Cloud Chipotle a few times now just to give them the benefit of the doubt, in case they were having an off day. I really hope corporate sees all the consistent negative reviews for this restaurant because this store is not what it could be. Nothing against anyone working there, but this place is run by a bunch of teenagers that just are not interested in making burrito bowls, lol - or any food for that matter. And the customer service reflects that. EVERY.TIME. I've gone in, the employees are usually chatting it up w/ one another and when they decide to wrap up their convos with each other, then they'll get to the customer. And when they do serve you that's where the attitude comes out and you realize they're just not interested in making your food. One girl literally ignored me, took 5 minutes to put one spoonful of cheese in a cup for someone. Then when she was done, walked passed me (as I was standing there waiting) to her fellow employee, cracked a joke, and talked for a minute. When she finally got to me she had a major attitude. I'm not sure why, I can only guess that she hates her job?? Another employee literally held the line up chatting it up w/ one of the customers, which is great unless the line is flowing out of the back of the restaurant like it was tonight. The manager had to pull him aside and tell him to quit carrying on un-necessary conversation. Nice guy, but literally the entire line was stopped b/c of him. And last, the food quality is not good. It's not the worst, but it's definitely not great quality. For example, I'm eating my veggie burrito bowl now and spitting hard burnt rice out. I agree with another comment on here that Lake Nona has a way better Chipotle and they might be worth driving to if you want a clean, quick moving and good quality restaurant. read more

Ordered a burrito bowl from DoorDash with double chicken. When I got my order there was less than the normal amount of chicken. I'm not sure if you guys think that being it's delivery you can get away with skimping people or what. I spent 4$ for extra chicken and 24$ total just for a bowl. Chipolte is to amaze me. I rate it best fast food spot. You get a large portion of healthy tasting food that you can custom tune to your taste and dietary needs. Vegan, lower carb, lower fats, its just amazing!! Everything fresh and delicious. read more

Today the family wanted to stop and eat here and I knowing that we all could pick something to make us all happy the price was worth it . But when as we all started to eat there was a deep lack of chicken on my husbands burrito bowl when we asked them to fix the problem. They gave him a side Portion in a cup and my husband came back to the table feeling better about his food. Adding the meet to his food we got back into the talking and eating . Until we where approached by one of the workers and said loudly that there is a charge for that . And my husband getting up to pay it . After paying over 40$ it's not that we where asking for something we didn't pay for in the beginning. Just left feeling like it was handled rudely. I used to like chipotle a lot more. The one star is for the underdeveloped new generation that is being hired there. They are super rude, don't know how to wrap a burrito and give you an attitude. Young girls that are working here probably during spring break, have literally no experience in life, with courteousness, discipline or respect. I wish I got Chick-fil-A across the street instead. They tried to do everything to cut corners. I always order the same thing at any Chipotle and my bowl was literally half the size compared to every Chipotle in Orlando. The guy behind me ordered a salad and they gave him the same amount of lettuce they would put on top of your bowl at the end of the line. He told the girl he would need more and she looked at him so confused like it was a totally acceptable amount of lettuce. The rice was so hard and cold it was hard to chew. What a terrible experience today, they gave me a steak quesadilla that was left in the maker for over 10 minutes, therefore it was hard and with no signs of cheese in it. I ordered a carne asada bowl, they told me the carne asada would take 5 to 6 minutes, 15 minutes down the road nothing. I had to cancel the bowl as I had a tight schedule, so no food for me and the worst part is that you don't even receive an apology, I'm done with this Chipotle store, will never come back to it; it has been by far the worst experience at a Chipotle restaurant. Keep in mind that this is a very expensive food, you would expect a higher customer service, well apparently not. If I could give negative stars I would . I think I'm dumb, I gave this place a second chance, not because of of me but because of the kids, and guess what? Having a chipotle near by is like magic every time I go. Prices start at 6.50 for a burrito , tacos or bowls. First you choose your protein -chicken ,steak ,carnitas ,fajitas and my personal favorite sofritas - spiced infused tofu ymmm!!! Then you choose your carb - white or brown rice and black or pinto beans , and finally you choose your toppings, mild ,medium and hot sauces , cheese , sour cream lettuce and finally for and extras 1.99 you can add guacamole. I just don't understand what is going on at this location. I LOVE Chipotle. I really really do and this is what keeps me going back but I just may not be doing it here. The reason to make an online order is so you do not have to wait once you arrive there. I don't mind waiting a few minutes but when the people who walk in after you and didn't place an online order are served first I think something might be wrong. There is only one girl doing the register and taking phone orders which I am sure slows down the process of getting the people in and out but, I placed my order, even arrived 6 minutes late for my pickup time, and they still had not even started it. To start, we really like Chipotle's, and this is "not" the first time we have had this experience at this location. If it were possible to just give 1/2 if a star, that would have been a gift. Well, we ordered online and then stopped at Publix before going to pick up our order at 7:20pm...PLENTY of time? Right? NOT...!!! We arrive at 7:21pm, no order under our name...! And q15 minutes later, still mo order...!!! So, I asked the one who was pushing out the orders,"Where is our order?"..."Oh, I am just to busy, I haven't started it yet...!!!", very abruptly...So, I wait another 14 minutes and a total of approximately 45 patrons entering and ordering at the "regular" line and receiving "their" orders and MINE is already PAID FOR ONLINE...!!! There is a PROBLEM at this point and at this location OR maybe the shift supervisor who seems to have no priority for online orders...something is really at issue here and NEEDS to be fixed...please advise...otherwise, we may NOT return...!!! read more

But I'm sure they've never worked in a fast food location. Terrible. Every time I have been here the mild salsa is watery (like it was prepped a couple nights before), and the rice is hard. I have worked at a Chipotle for a long time when I was in college. The first day I walking into this one, the first thing I noticed was, yeah they may wear gloves, but the still allow their bare skin to touch the food (ew). The chicken isn't marinated right, the steak isn't marinated right, and the carnitas and barbacoa are both from bags so they don't need to marinate them. I recently had a very long trip back home to St. Cloud and made the new Chipotle my first stop. This location just opened but has gotten into the swing of things quickly. Like other locations you walk up to the counter tell the first person if you want a burrito, taco, bowl or salad. Then you continue down the assembly line adding rice, beans and type of meat. They will tell you which ones are spicy or mild. Then you add your salsas, cheese, sour cream and a couple of other things. The menu is smaller then Moes but I always enjoy the Carnitas Bowl here with extra quac. Service here has been super fast compared to other locations we were used to visiting, hope they can keep it up. read more
