Our arrival was around 8:15 A.M and we decided to opt for the drive-thru location at McDonalds. Our order was pretty limited. It included a egg, cheese, sausage biscuit with orange juice and a soda (Sprite). The drive-thru was relatively quick! We had our order less than 5 minutes. There also wasn't anyone else ahead of us. My wife went in on Saturday at 10:30 and ordered and paid for 3 steak bagels but arrived home with 3 bacon &cheese bagels with no egg. Yuck! I found this McDonald's to be absolutely awful. It said "Try the New Crispy Chicken Sandwiches," and added "Take a bite and you'll find out what CrispyJuicyTender means." I did and merely found out it was a redefined soggy, no crispiness at all chicken sandwich. Really bad. This McDonald's credit card machine seem to ALWAYS be down. I've waited in line for a long time each time just so I can be told that the Credit Card machine does not work and they are only excepting cash. This has been 6 times counting today. I've been coming to this McDonalds for over two years now because it's the closest one to my house. I have NEVER experienced such consistently slow and bad service in my entire life. Whether you show up at 1pm or midnight, one car ahead of you or 5, you're going to wait at least half an hour to get your food. I just pulled out of the drive through because after ten minutes, zero cars had moved. This place is pathetic and the owner should have his franchise revoked until he hires proper management. TWO YEARS! For TWO YEARS this place has shown the same level of incompetence. There is a McDonalds on 13th street and Narcoossee, both of them about 15 minutes from this location but I guarantee you will still get your food faster if you drive out to either location. The service isn't the only bad thing about this location. The food is always cold, the fries soggy, and the soda flat. There have been at least a couple of occasions where I've found hair in my fries as well. I repeat, AT LEAST a couple of occasions. What is the excuse for this? I can understand once, but it happens so frequently they may as well just add hair to the menu. This place is an embarrassment to fast food and businesses in general. There is no sense of urgency, which is ironic considering its FAST food. With all the time it takes, on average 30 minutes, you'd think they'd at least be serving you fresh food, but no. However, early this morning (about 130am) my husband and I decided that we wanted some food to wind down after him just getting home from work. Regularly gets orders wrong. Today I was in there, $40 order in store. The shift supervisor herself put my food in the bags and left out THREE (3) items, not one, not two, but three. When I asked how that happens when I'm the only person in the store and other employees have time to stand around and chit-chat, she could not answer. He had them make a new salad at that time. Once I arrived home again the lettuce was spoiled. I decided to go back to McDonald's and get my money back.
