Food is a recommend. Sat down to try the Ramen Beef Birria. Asked for a to-go container . Never got to use the container! The RBB was a hit! Another yummy Taco Town experience. This time we tried the tamales and I will say it has been a while since I had a wonderful tamale that I did not need a gallon of water to wash it down. We also ordered the street nachos and they were huge and filling. I wouldn't say the only downside to taco town is that their beverages are all cans or bottles so no free refills.
Very disappointed.. ordered Al pastor street tacos and it came extremely oily and soggy with a very small amount of minced meat that was hidden by the heaps of cilantro and onions. The Elote was not boiled all the way The kernels were still hard and you can taste that it was boiled in nothing but water, no salt no butter, no seasoning. But they put some red looking sprinkles on it along with a bunch of sour cream and it had absolutely no flavor. If they would've added Tajin , It would've made all the difference in the world. The Posole came with a bunch of fat pieces in it, and it tasted as if something was left in the refrigerator without being covered. In other words, it tasted refrigerated stale. This also had no flavor whatsoever adding salt, and Valentino hot sauce was the only way to be able to get through eating it with what little pieces of meat I did find. We hadn't been here for a very long time ever since it was bought by this owner. Everything has gone downhill. When it was Tepeyac the food was amazing. They have a lot of work to do.

They have a wide variety of menu options and I'm looking forward to coming back to be able to try out more! The food overall was really good! The portions were large and the prices were very reasonable. One thing that was different to me, was that rather than bring out the food all at once, they brought out the food as it was done cooking. My husband had gotten his food first and by the time I got mine, he was already done eating. It was nice knowing everything was made to order, but unfortunate that our meals weren't served at the same time. The restaurant itself is small, but has a decent amount of seating inside. The service was relatively quick too. There were a few girls walking around helping tables, and then also working the register at the front. They were able to assist us as needed which we appreciated. Overall we really enjoyed Taco Town and will be returning! I would definitely recommend trying out Taco Town if you happen to be in the area and in the mood for Mexican food!
Listen! This spot is ridiculously good. I've basically tried almost everything on the menu. Service is good for dine-in and take out. It's just a chill vibe in the restaurant. I won't say that everything was enjoyable. But there was maybe just 1 or 2 dishes that I probably wouldn't order again. But I've had every kind of taco and they're always spot on. I also like their Aguas frescas. I like to have the tamarindo mixed with another flavor. Weird, but good. I had to take a break, I literally was eating there almost everyday. But food so good! Love this place.
This is a fast-casual restaurant where you can either order at the counter for take-away or sit in the restaurant for waiter/waitress service. We arrived at 7:30 PM on Cinco de Mayo, so I am not critiquing service, as the restaurant filled up quickly after our arrival. The birria quesadilla was 75% good meat, but one large chunk in 1/4 of the quesadilla was very fatty and I couldn't eat it. The pork tamales were good, but the chicken one had too much corn ratio. The esquites were bland, with corn and cotija cheese, but we did not taste lime juice or chili powder. The sangria was strong and flavorful and did not take up space in the cup with fruit. The prices were very reasonable.

Cheap delicious authentic tacos in Saint Cloud! Great and fast service and causal ambiance. They have so many options for different tacos it can honestly be overwhelming. They have fish, shrimp, even birria! Tacos are street tacos size so a few bites each. They also serve a large portion of chips but it's not complimentary. I felt the salsa was a little bland for my personal liking though they have fresh sauce available at the counter. Overall this place is fantastic I just couldn't bring myself to give it 5 stars because of several small nit picky things; 1) chips weren't complimentary. 2) chips could be warm/hot. 3) fish tacos were breaded not with egg batter but cornmeal which is honesty a personal preference. Overall though definitely the place to go for great cheap tacos in the Saint Cloud area!
For my 100th reviews! This is definitely a spot to check out. For the quality of food, price, and service I say come stop by. Ordered 3 steak tacos mexicano style, meat is top tier. My boyfriend, as a taco connoisseur, says the carne asada is the best he's had yet, tender, super flavorful, these tacos don't need salsa. Orders 2 fried shrimp tacos and also were amazing. Good taste on the tacos with the slaw and the breading all went very well together. Added some salsa to give it a kick Chips and salsa were good, good amount of chips, plenty for 4 people to eat. Will come back!
#1 Mexican restaurant in St. Cloud, that i know of! Authentic Mexican food. Super delicious and fresh ingredientes. Made to order. I have eaten here and had to go and both times I have not been disappointed. The chimichanga is delicious, tacos are delicious, and the Esquites corn was one of the Best I have tried! If you are in the area this is a must try!
OKAY! i just got done stuffing my face with my food, and after seeing some of the honestly DISGUSTINGLY racist reviews on here, i made a yelp account just to write this and stick it to em! (yall cant even write that stuff not behind a empty account...i see you) First of all ...If you have ANY sense PLEASE don't listen to the negative reviews here or on google. Every time me and my family have ordered from here it has been fantastic! The local chipotle isn't any good and this exceeds my need for a burrito bowl whenever I'm really craving it. This time i think they actually gave me a dollar discount and FREE CHIPS! A good little bag of them with a great amount which i was so excited for as i was gonna pay for a side of them anyways. (And im pretty sure they make them from scratch, even at the end of the day they tasted great and were crispy) In regards to some mentions of rude staff I've seen, none of us have ever experienced that Nor witnessed it and we all are english speakers. Please keep in mind service workers deal with a lot, and just because someone may not fit your ''southern hospitality'' ideals with their personality, does not mean they are being rude. Really just a great treat if you ever are in the mood for some yummy mexican cuisine! Support local and small businesses

Finally found a legit Mexican joint in Orlando. Unfortunately I went to visit a job site and it's in the next city over. The 3 tacos with rice and beans was only $12. They don't give free chips and salsa was the only negative. Clean joint and clean bathrooms. Great music. Friendly beautiful lady staff. read more

My son and I stopped for a quick bite to eat before we headed out to a soccer game. Food was good. It came out quickly. Tasted good. I was supposed to get beans and rice with my meal and they forgot to bring it. Portions are relatively generous. My son got a burrito. I ordered their tostada. It was light which is what I was going for. My son can eat a horse and he left about a 1/4 of his burrito to take home. Their chips and salsa are pretty good. A unique taste but good. The two of us ate for $24 or so. Pretty good for a sit down especially when about $4 of that was for the tip. Taco Town is definitely worth the stop. It is a new discovery for us but we are enjoying the times we have had it. read more

Order a gordita. It was so doughy ..the dough felt raw so had to pick the meat out with a fork. The meat had no flavor. Presentation of food was good but quality/taste was not so good. Also, the lady in the front was not pleasant. It was like we were a bother to her.. she seemed annoyed. Overall, this place is not somewhere I would come back. Also, the "lemonade" was a Dole can and it tasted like a lemon flavor laxative. Couldn't get past the first sip. read more

Vacationing from Maryland and decided to stop by to give this place a try. East Coast always has bland Mexican food. Now my husband and I are originally from Texas, so we definitely know Mexican food. This was Texas approved!!!! Hands down flavorful. Epic hot sauce. It was so damn delicious my husband are coming back!!! The food and music atmosphere made us feel at home!! Played my favorites!!! I would totally give them 10 stars. My favorite was the tostada. If you like Mexican pizza from Taco Bell you will like the Tostada. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. My mom had the tacos. The prices are great. The only downside was the burrito was a little greasy. The cilantro was too much with the tacos. This is a great place if you want authentic Mexican food at the same price as Taco Bell. read more
Mexican food is hard to come by in St Cloud, unless you're willing to opt for Taco Bell, Chipotle, or Tijuana Flats. Which are all fine, sure, but not authentic by any means. This place, however, gave me my Mexican food fix. From the get-go, we ordered some agua frescas (horchata and tamarindo) and they were to die for. I used to have to go all the way to Orlando or Poinciana to get either and now there's a place just a few minutes from home! The burrito I had was delicious (an al pastor slathered with cheese) and my friend had the burrito with steak/asada and it tasted just as good. The pricing is reasonable and the locale is very nice and clean inside. It's clearly a family-run business and the locale was clean and decorated in a modern way. Overall, two of us ate for $30, which is a great deal. I'll definitely be coming back (and drinking a bunch more agua frescas) read more
This authentic Mexican Grill took over the last establishment that was here. I would like to say that the food comes out faster and better. The horchata is to die for! I'm glad a new spot is here in st.cloud I have been going back a couple of times. Their street tacos are my favorite I can only eat chicken or sea food and I'm very pleased with both of them. I also had their chicken torta, it was very good and extremely filling. I was able to safe the other half for dinner. I know I mention their horchata but you will also need to try their Jamaica juice read more

Delicious!!! When we say the food is authentic and amazing is an understatement. The Mexican style street tacos are so flavorful with the cilantro onions and lime. The nachos are large and perfect to share. The burrito California is large and also so flavorful! Our new spot in Saint cloud! read more

Mexican is definitely one of my top three favorites and this restaurant has been added to my "go to" list! Let's start with the service, the hostess is super friendly and the service here is fast- I ordered online and my order was ready before pickup time during a busy hour. Now on to the food, I got a birria quesadilla and it was amazing, the meat was so tender, the cheese was nice and melted - truly the picture does no justice. Then I had carne asada tacos, I love it, they put more than enough of the meat and the toppings , the sauces are a bit spicy even the green so don't be fooled lol. I also got horchata, a little too sweet but still paired well. Lastly The prices are super affordable and worth it! read more

Got the Birria tacos, food was absolutely flavorless and reminded me of the texture of horse meat. Second time trying it cause i thought i had a bad batch before but it was exactly the same. Came with a consommé that you think would help it at least a little but in fact it was just flavorless oil that made the already bad "birria tacos" soggy and even worse. If you want authentic mexican food go to rancho chico or somewhere else because im white and this couldnt even tantalize my tastebuds. Completely inedible. read more
