Chipotle Mexican Grill is my go-to place for fast food. While I would never even remotely consider their food anything even close to authentic Mexican food, it is still good and as an added bonus, it is relatively healthy (especially when compared to the food offerings from the international fast-food burger chains. My go-to at Chipotle is usually a burrito bowl and while I do change up the proteins a bit, my usually protein is usually chicken or steak. Sometimes, I will get half chicken and half asada. I have also been having their carnitas more and more. The staff here were friendly enough and while the place has a definite fast-food restaurant ambience, it is cool enough to sit back and enjoy your lunch or dinner. Chipotle is a great choice if you are looking for a fast-food experience. The price is decent, the food is good and again, it is relatively healthy. I would definitely recommend here and give it five stars overall. read more

This must have been my third or fourth chance to give this chipotle, location, (who could never seem to get any online app orders right) another chance. If it's not the undercooked rice, cold rice, lack of flavor on the fajita veggies it the overall lack of accuracy on app orders. Guacamole is extra and they always seem to forget it and I paid for that. I'm not sure how many more chances I can give this location to get their stuff together. My suggestion is that they have a quality person reviewing each online order before they bag it because clearly the person serving the meals are in too much of a rush to pay attention to detail . When you order on the app, you can't tell that your order is wrong until you're home about to eat and indulge in your order and then you're slapped with an overwhelming sadness that you got exactly what you did not ask for. Absolutely awful chipotle. They are constantly running out of basics like RICE. The biggest issue though is that the portion sizes are ATROCIOUS. They are enough to feed a baby kitten MAYBE. I felt as if I was in a concentration camp receiving my small portions from the guards. Never going here again, trash employees too. Chipotle is going down, all these locations are trash. A very nice place to get a good meal. This chain was founded in July 1993 in Colorado and has grown to where there are now 3300+ Chipotle restaurants in the US as of Dec 2023 and 222 of them are in Florida. This location is south of US-192 on the west end of St Cloud. This was the first time I had visited this location. Like all the Chipotle restaurants, this particular location of this chain of restaurants sports the signature menu of bowls, tacos, and burritos made in front of the customer. This location has parking on all sides of the restaurant. There is an outdoor and an indoor seating area. You order at the counter and follow your food to the register where you pay. I, personally, like their chicken bowls but I am not a fan of their chips. We were having a get-together and needed a good amount of food and ordered a "Work Anywhere" catering box that was a combination of chicken, steak guacamole, and tons of toppings for about $14 per person. It was more than enough food for 10 people and the prices were reasonable. It took a few minutes from when we arrived for them to finish the order. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean for how busy it was when I visited. Overall, this is an excellent place to get a good meal in the area. Enjoy. read more

I made an order for pickup at 9:00 PM through the Chipotlane tonight. My first complaint is that it took so long to get through the drive thru, that I didn't receive my order until 9:30 PM. When I did get home with my food, I was extremely disappointed with what I saw. I ordered a cheese quesadilla with two sides of sour cream and one side of vinaigrette. What I got what a cheese quesadilla with one side of sour cream, one side of corn salsa that looked like it was missing everything but the corn, and one side of cheese with a single piece of chicken in it. I also ordered a bowl with extra mild salsa, extra sour cream, and extra cheese. As you can tell from the picture, I clearly didn't get extra of anything. This is easily the worst experience I have ever had at Chipotle. I am honestly appalled that they screwed up my order so badly. read more

All the negative reviews make no sense. I stopped in today for lunch. There were 7 members of staff working to serve customers. Three working on food prep, three serving folks and a cashier. Service was extremely fast. Food was great. It was as consistent and tasted the same as what I order at any Chipotle in Colorado. The restaurant was very clean. While staff were kind, they could have been more professional, less focused on themselves, laughing and their own conversations; and more focused on serving the customer. The one consistency is that the quantity of food has gone down significantly, and the price has gone up. To do both at once is not right. Customer service needs to be improved, one of the worst I've ever experienced. Whenever I was asked what I wanted for my order, I got barely if not close to none of what I was asking for my meal. Not to mention the fact that I ordered online one time and the food showed to be ready by 8 and I received it close to an hour and a half later because the outside order pick ups were not ready. Sitting in my car right next to the window waiting for my order for over 15 minutes when It clearly said it was ready an hour ago. If it's not ready simply just don't make us waste our time on a line thinking it's ready for pickup. Either focus on the drive through or inside line first. Better management would've handled the situation better. Not only that, Wrong items were given. Soft shell instead of Hard shells, Wrong rice option as well. This chipotle messes up every single time. I never usually have issues with fast food, but recently I have been eating chipotle recently to eat whole foods. They either forget something, forget the meat or use different meat than what you ordered or it takes 20 minutes to get your food after your promised time. The mobile team has more flexibility time wise yet they're always messing up. Just go inside and wait in line if you want what you paid for. This was our first time at this location and it was a wonderful experience. We came close to closing time but you wouldn't know by how great our service was. The line was fast. The food was fresh. The person making my bowl was very friendly and she took my boyfriends allergies seriously. She even pulled out a new guacamole for him as it is located by cheese and he is allergic to dairy. We got great portions and loved every bite of our food. My only dilemma with this location was that the store was bone chilling cold lol (this could be me). Very disappointed with my visit to Chipotle today. I had not stopped by for a while and when I decide to give it another chance I get my food and there are no forks or spoons available. The young lady that was on the register helped me get forks because well, the silver wear area wasn't clean or restocked. There are only a few knives. So I had to ask her several times for forks. When she was unoccupied, she went to the back and got forks. (No gloves and holding them by the part where we all put in our mouths). Then, back into the register and so on (two times I was there). I don't expect to receive customer service that blows me away when I go to a fast casual restaurant, but the incompetence of the employees who work here is appalling to the point where I would have thought I was on some kind of prank show if there weren't so many other negative reviews for this location. I came in with my girlfriend and her mom because they wanted burrito bowls. When we get to the front of the line, we see there's a sign saying there's no lettuce, no cheese, no guac, and no sour cream. I understand that it can sometimes be difficult to anticipate demand so you will sometimes run out of items, but good grief, that's like half of a bowl's worth of items out of stock! Whoever does the inventory here does a horrible job. So my girlfriend and her mom order their bowls only to see that the employees are putting the items they claimed to be out of into some people's bowls. My girlfriend asked them how they were doing this if they were out, and apparently, they were only providing these items to the people ordering online. So firstly, they're lying to customers and saying they're out of things even though they aren't, AND for some reason they think their customers who come into their store aren't entitled to the same selection and quality as those who order food online are. My girlfriend then asked to have those items in her bowl and an employee very stupidly told her that she would have to order it online and wait for it. Why the hell would you ask someone who is ALREADY IN THE STORE to order something online??? They kept using the justification of 'the people who ordered online already paid.' The people who come into the store pay too! And we pay just as much as the people who order online do, minus delivery. My girlfriend just called the manager to complain about this issue and they were equally as incompetent and did not understand why this system makes absolutely no sense. She was also extremely unprofessional and hung up on my girlfriend when she was expressing her concerns. Do yourself a favor and just don't come here. What a DUMP and POORLY run! We stopped in to get some dinner (7:30 at night) and went to order and as we ordered we found out that they had no lettuce, no peppers and onions, no guacamole, no corn relish, no fajitas and no cilantro. In spite of all of that we ordered anyway. When we were checking out we asked if the food was discounted since we couldn't get half of what we pay for on the menu and the employee said no. When my wife asked more questions the employee said, "I am not going to argue with you". So, this isn't the first time this has happened, but it will be the last because we will not go back to this store. They can't blame supply chain because we have not had ingredients other times we have eaten here. AND, to top it all off, we took the lid off the food only to find a bug crawling in the lettuce. So, my wife is taking the food back to the store and who knows how that will end! If you want Chipotle, go to another one. There is one 15 miles up the road in Lake Nona and another location I am sure in Kissimmee. But don't waste your time or money at this store. Every time I come here there's only one kid working hard on the line. Wow there's a whole line of customers. The two managers are standing around talking to each other. The guy with a mask on watching the one person on the line struggle because he has a line out the door of customers. Every time we are here they are out of fajita mix so I asked the cashier today Man you guys should be helping this kid out. He's all by himself and you guys are just watching him and he said everyone has a job. He's the only one we have three prep people, two managers and the others are cooks well if there is so many prep people, why are they out of fajitas all day every day and why don't you take one of those to go people and help the customers that are actually in your building right now? This Chipotle has fallen off so much. The crew did not appear to know what they were supposed to be doing. There were 4, YES 4 different things wrong with my family's meal. First they forgot the rice for my son's meal, then they forgot the barbocoa for my son's quesadilla. Then they did not have any lemons for their mediocre guacamole. On top of them not having lemons, the guacamole was brown ( I asked for fresh guacamole when I saw that they were at the bottom of the container) on average, we usually end up here at least once a week. My husband and I have recently spoken about how the service has diminished, this is the last time we will be going to this location. :( I'm not sure who is training the staff, but someone needs to step their game up... maybe find out who trains at Chick Fil A and hire them to do it! read more
