I've been to original location, in Denver. Portion control is wild here. The original burrito was something that you had to lift with two arms. Nahh - but I never know what size of burrito I am going to get. Is it going to be the size for a child menu and mostly tortilla....will I get a burrito that could be fired from a nuclear sub? Beside, I had to take out a second mortgage for the guacamole. Chipotle needs to bring it down so that they can make sales. I know that guac goes black.....so get it out the door. Also, bagged guac is fake - use real avocados and quit acting like you have Dior guacamole. read more

Never thought in a million years management would be so horrendous I'd write a review.... But here I am Manager Kilee Sommerville One of the worst managers I've heard of or seen in action, she treats her co-workers like they're walking garbage. Has nothing nice to say, she seems like a miserable manager to be under. As I went in to order food she was hounding on the poor college student about every little thing she had done but nobody else when they would make similar mistakes. Seems to pick favorites for sure. Chipotle needs to really make sure the managers they are promoting/hiring do a better job at customer service as well as being a leader. Note to any college student looking for a job or simply looking to get food stay away from this place unless you love drama and a horrible work experience. read more

I've had some bad experiences with this chipotle in the past but whatever has changed recently has been for the better! Whoever is doing morning prep for guac in the morning deserves a raise it's been the best out there f any chipotle I've ever had. read more

This restaurant is clean, the food was fresh and the girl who waited on us was very friendly.

I preordered and paid through the app. Food has NEVER been ready at the designated time. Tonight, food wasn't there and I was told NO orders had come through including what I ordered. After nearly 15 minutes, another customer brought back the Oder she was given because it wasn't her food. It was mine! What happened to "we didn't receive or make an order like that??" The food had been opened by the other customer and it was not offered to be remade, replaced, or rectified. The original bag also didn't have the security seal that it is supposed to have to ensure it hadn't been tampered with after it had been made. This is the 3rd time this has happened. read more

I've been to a lot of Chipotle's, and unfortunately this one is worse than average. The atmosphere is not as nice, all three trash cans were either nearly full or overflowing, and the staff ranged from pretty good (first lady who helped start the order) to hurried and almost rude (cashier). The food was ok, but the extra costs of guacamole and queso are pretty frustrating when compared to other fast Mexican restaurants. read more

Food is tasty but at this particular location there a a couple employees, mainly a young woman, who refuses to give you correct portions of your food, specifically the burrito I order almost every day for lunch. They act like there's a shortage and give you next to no meat. When you ask for more sometimes there smart enough to see how little there really is and gladly put more. But this woman insists there's enough and tries to charge you double if you ask for the normal amount. I'll be taking my business elsewhere theres a qdoba across the street that has far better customer service. read more

I travel a lot and Chipotle is always one of my go-to places to eat. I have to say I will start looking for another place to eat when I'm in Mount Pleasant. They skimp on the food. I usually get a burrito bowl and it is always way more than I can eat in one sitting at other locations, however at this location the bowl is half empty when you get it. Now I wouldn't think that skimping on rice and beans saves the restaurant a bunch of money but they seem to think so. This is the third time I've been here and the third time I've gotten half a bowl of food. It's sad too because most Chipotle's aren't like this. read more

FYI the VEGGIE burrito bowl is the only one that includes guacamole. I was ordering a chicken burrito bowl, scrolled down, said "Veggie" (guacamole is a "veggie," right?) "Guacamole, Included, 20 calories." I tried to select guacamole, you know, since the photo of the burrito bowl SHOWS guacamole on top, and got an error that said "Can't go halfsies with veggie" (whatever that means,) so I thought guacamole was "included." First time--Last time.. I went to Chipotle instead of my usual standby Qdoba because I was on this side of the street. I can't even begin to describe how bad this place is. First i felt rushed through the whole process and I was the only one in line. Got a chicken burrito bowl which was ok. Also a side of chips and queso...ick.. The "Queso" is just flavored cream cheese which is disgusting. The chips were so salty they were almost inedible. For 11.00 it was NOT worth the trip. I will never go to this or any other Chipotle again. read more

I have been here twice and both times the employees were very rude. There are many options for food in a small town. I would expect poor service from many fast food restaurants but at about $10-$12 per meal, a better experience is expected. Went to Taco Bell and the employees were excellent! The quality at Chipotle should be better, since it's more costly than most fast food restaurants. read more

They refused to serve my wife and I tonight. Demanded that I social distance from my wife that I rode to the location with. Totally ridiculous! We were the only customers in there. Quoting state law and Governor's order. I've read the order and nowhere does it say to stand 6' away from your family member. We live in MtP and eat there all the time, no more. read more

Love the food and the staff. The people who assemble your bowl are usually very friendly and helpful. The food is always cooked to perfection and always nice and hot when it's served. The crew here is much more efficient than Qdoba and much nicer as well. read more

The food was ok. No food poisoning as of 10 hours later. But let's talk about the price! I frequent the competitor and the add ons of queso for $1.25 and guacamole for over $2.00 was a little ridiculous! Plus at the competitor I get chips with my burrito bowl, not here, another add on! They also did not have the other food choices the competitor has either. This is a college town, good luck competing with the neighbor across the street who has lower prices for almost the same exact thing, plus more choices! read more
