As I was pulling off, I reached in the bag for my sandwich and hashbrowns and found that there were two sandwiches in the bag. And no hashbrowns. I was on my way to a meeting so when I got to the parking lot I called the restaurant to ask them if one of the receipts, $9.30 had been refunded because the other receipt and the correct one was $7.21. The gentleman on the phone who I later found out was the manager said he couldn't do anything about it that I'd have to come back and he'd have to see my card. I was on my way to a meeting. I'm in a town for business and I don't live in this state even and he tells me I have to fix the problem they made. I had to take extra time to fix the problem that they made if they made a mistake. Well, first of all, they absolutely made a mistake because they didn't give me my hashbrowns and they gave me an extra sandwich I didn't want. He was snotty so unfortunately, I got a little terse with him too. I said what happens if I would've gotten back to Nebraska and this showed up on my credit card and then disputed it. He said well we would refund it. I said well why can't you do that now and he said I need to have the card. I said if I was in Nebraska would I have to send you my card. He said there's nothing I can do you'll have to come back. Horrible horrible service! I ask if there was somebody higher up than him that I could talk to him and he said no he was the manager. So I'm out nine dollars and some odd cents because of extremely poor service. I guess I should've looked at Yelp before I went there because it seems like everybody else that goes there or not impressed either because the yelp reviews were horrible. So avoid this place.
