Expensive basic burgers.
Daniel D.

I heard these burgers were good and this new location opened in Mt. Pleasant. I am sorry to report that my experience was less than good. First impression was a dirty dinning area. Tables appeared too not have been cleaned/wiped down in some time. We wiped our own table just to have a place sit and eat lunch. This is very much what I consider to be a "cafeteria" style restaurant. You order you food at a counter and a few minutes later you are given your food smashed into the bottom of a brown paper bag. We ordered 2 burgers and 2 drinks. Bill came $17 and some change. For this price I was expecting something better than the drive-through from down the street. Sorry to report the dinning experience and the food are nothing I would go out of my way for again in the future. If I am going to pay a premium price for a basic burger, it better be a the best I have ever eaten.

Overpriced. Got the order wrong. Loud music. Not enough seats. Free peanuts (we think?).

The staff was very friendly and on top of things. Our waitress was warm and welcoming with just enough attentiveness without being overly intrusive. She was also accommodating to my beverage choice dilemma. Thank you! The food was all delicious. We split the Ruben with onion rings ($3 up charge). The Ruben might be one of the best we remember. The flavor was great, it was not greasy or soggy from too much toppings. The onion rings were also very crispy without being burnt. The coating was thin and fully covered the onion. We also shared the Ruben egg rolls and they were delicious as well. The only thing is they were two egg rolls cut into 6 pieces, which seemed a bit pricey. If you want a Ruben, you might just want to do the sandwich. The beverages were reasonably priced with a good variety to choose from. The inside was clean and they have plenty of seating. They have some unique seating arrangements and a small game area. They also appear to have an outdoor area, which was only used for the patrons who smoked as it was too cold to sit outside. We are definitely going to be going back. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My grandson got a kids burger and fries I thought it tasted a little off maybe because it only had ketchup on it.I got a corned beef sandwich and fries the corned beef was about 1" thick not a bunch of slices it was fantastic!

The aioli and sweet soy was a great complement to the perfectly cooked, juicy bites of fried chicken. Meals: YES, there was just two of us and YES we got three meals, soup and an app. The menu is outstandingly elevated, packed with creativity and flavor profiles. We chose the Venison Chili to start and wow, it was amazing. Our meals were 1. Southern Mac 9/10: not our favorite due to the cheese sauce, but the flavors overall were spot on, noodles perfect, spicy jalapeños and the pickled onion was a perfect touch. 2. Steak Dinner: this is the meal that made me ask who the Chef here is! 100000/10! Most amazing, juicy, tender and flavorful steak I've ever had. I asked for a side of the truffle garlic aioli because I wanted to try it, the steak didn't need a darn thing (although I did take the horseradish aioli home to try and replicate!) The sides were perfect, the veggies and the potatoes - yum. The house made sauces were amazing but for only dunkin' those potatoes - don't ruin a good steak with sauce. Seriously, it's that good. 3. Gyro Lamb Burger: 10/10! The lamb was juicy, the homemade tzatziki was so darn flavorful and the cucumbers were crisp and fresh. Dessert: leftovers, and our delicious drinks from the bar - we didn't have a bite to spare in our stomach's. Hats off to the chef and team who created this menu! We drove almost an hour to come here based on your Google reviews alone and it was worth every second of the long rainy drive! We will absolutely be back. This is a level of service and food you need to tell your friends about.

They were also doing a deal on their mocktails for dry January, which I thought was cool. The menu is pretty varied with lots of options for meat-eaters--I wouldn't come here if you're vegan or vegetarian. Entrees get a bit pricey (their steak frites is $49), but sandwiches are around $15-$18 and come with fries. I ordered the pesto chicken wrap with a side of mac and cheese instead of fries. My friend got the chicken and chorizo nachos and we decided to split them half and half. Our food came out quickly and looked really good! The wrap was tasty but I couldn't really taste the pistachio pesto. The mac and cheese was incredible--super cheesy, perfectly cooked cavatappi noodles, and very flavorful. I'm really glad I upgraded to that and would even consider getting the full entree size in the future. The nachos were pretty loaded, and a generous portion. I liked all the toppings but didn't really taste much chorizo. These would be a good starter for a group. Overall a very good experience and I would come back.

We met up on a weekday around 5:30 and it was pretty empty so we were seated right away. The booth we sat in was comfy and spacious. The menu is pretty typical brewpub fare, with sandwiches, salads, pizzas, etc. We started with the Hunter's sticks, which are cheese stuffed breadsticks, served with ranch and marinara. These came out first and I liked that they were cut into pieces for easy sharing. The breadsticks were a bit harder than I might have preferred (I was hoping for something closer to a soft Bosco stick) but they were still tasty. The ranch was particularly delicious. For dinner I ordered the steakhouse salad, medium rare. Nate got the Cajun chicken club sandwich and our friend got a crispy chicken wrap. The sandwiches and wraps come with either chips or fries, and our server told us that there's no up charge for fries, which is nice and not that typical. This is also a brewery so Nate tried a couple of their beers and seemed to like them. They also have a full bar. The food was quite tasty! I liked the salad although it was pretty salty, probably the bleu cheese dressing. There was a generous amount of steak and it was cooked nicely. I had a couple bites of Nate's sandwich and I thought it had great flavor. Overall this is a nice neighborhood spot that I'd come back to, since their menu is pretty large and it seems like there's something for everyone.

This was basically a perfect experience…read more The room is wonderfully welcoming, with dark accents and soft lighting. There are multiple curved booths with soft cushioning that feel like something out of a classic movie. Multiple portraits of old time stars on the wall complete the theme. Our server (Maria) was absolutely delightful. She had a large group to keep up with at the same time we were visiting and she did a fantastic job making sure that we were OK too. We started with around of their bread and a bowl of lobster bisque. I was very pleased at the generous helping of lobster made in the bowl, and they expert preparation of the soup. The bread was soft with a crisp crust, and was brought out with whipped butter. The mushroom duck entrée was magnificent also. Duck can be very tricky to prepare, and this cut was well done without being overcooked or overseasened. The fingerling potatoes were also perfectly finished. I finished with a crème brûlée which was perfect with a nice light sugar crust on top that wasn't over prepared. The drink menu is extensive and whoever's preparing the drinks knows what they're doing. I would definitely come back!
