I absolutely love the coffee and the business and what it's supposed to represent however I have overheard the last few times coming in for coffee, that the staff seem a bit unhappy over scheduling and lack of training for some staff that have been there for more than 3 months. It's disappointing to hear these complaints from employees, as someone who personally has worked within fields like this, scheduling and training are the make and break of having happy employees. Not having happy employees and leaving work to certain employees because they have been there longer is not appropriate at all. Right now there's currently one employee who knows the whole menu and how to make menu items in my current time here. I like this environment, but seeing one person carry the task for two other employees is a bit disappointing. Hopefully this changes or vibes to this place will begin to shift and tension within the team will rise. read more

The people were friendly but I went to buy 6 pazakis or pronounce poonchkey I went early so to make sure I got some on Fat Tuesday. So I picked out 6. When he rang up the total it was $28.00 I was kinda surprised and asked if that was the total? He said yes. I know I could have said I didn't want them but I just wanted to have them. Then on my way home I got thinking $4.60 for a jelly filled donut that's just way too much for a donut. Especially after a few days I went to Meijer and bought 6 for $4.99 . I just heard about Ignite Donuts last week. So with a trip into town my US Army son and I made the stop. Let me start with; they are in a strip mall, very nice small seating area that was well laid out except for customers getting to and from the counter. That was congested with only 6 customers, can not imagine if the tables were full. Now, the me cover the facts. IF you were hoping for a true donut shop or bakery like Robaires....keep driving. The is more of a college/preppy coffee house that has rolls. Oh Yes I said "ROLLS". Thier "donuts" are basically just the bread/roll style with lots of toppings and/or filling. We each tried a donut roll. Not impressed. Got cinnamon rolls to go for the family. Very bready and dense with lots of frosting. If not for the frosting they would be bland. In my opinion. I will never return. BUT I will say it is a nice spot to get overpriced Live Oak coffee and a sweet roll, if you want frosting. read more

service was fine..donuts awful. purchased three to go. They were all stale...very hard to bite into..tough. Threw in garbage.

Coffee is good. Flavor of the donuts is good, but I'm not a fan of the texture. Very dense and almost a gummy rather than chewy texture.

These are the most incredible donuts! They are made with good ingredients and the creator sold us on how delicious they were. We tried the Nutella donut and the vegan mocha donut. Best donuts I've had in Michigan in a long time. We found them in Howell. Websites tells where you can find them or order them. I would love to try more.
