After many years with a review, this is the most recent experiences I can give about this location. From ordering as a customer, to picking up as delivery personnel for Joyrun I've seen both sides to this Taco Bell. They are always fully staffed, making it easy for the line to move when a rush comes. The employees move extremely fast so you'll definitely be in and out. The only slow days are of course Wayside club nights when college is in session, it can be slow at times from 12am until closing at 3:30am. The food is naturally a hit or miss, Taco Bell has never been good on making a filling taco. Most tacos/burritos lack several ingredients when the staff is in a rush. I strongly suggest not going around those times, it can become a waste of money. On those good days, it's as good as any Taco Bell can get ! read more

Taco Bell - Nacho Fries Box $5 - Fast Food Near Me - Mount Pleasant, Michigan

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I ordered two meals, both of which included a chicken quesadilla, a crunchy taco, and the new Olivia Rodrigo drink. When I received my order, both drinks were missing. I politely asked about the drinks, and even after the employee checked my order, they were still not the only items missing. When I got home, I realized that both of the tacos I ordered and paid extra for were also missing. What is especially frustrating is that the order was supposedly checked a second time, and the receipt was right there, yet two entire items from my meals were still overlooked. I understand that mistakes can happen, but having four items missing from a two-meal order, including items I specifically paid extra for, is unacceptable. I was very polite when bringing the missing drinks to the employee's attention, and I expected the order to be checked carefully afterward. Unfortunately, that clearly did not happen. I hope the staff can be more attentive when checking orders in the future because this experience was extremely disappointing and not the level of service I expected. read more

Taco Bell - Avocado Ranch Chicken Stacker - Fast Food Near Me - Mount Pleasant, Michigan

Tina from taco bell oh my gosh she is amazing always willing to help and suggest different food items and always a happy face

the staff was so polite. helpful and patient with me! Good was hot and tasty! I will be returning to this location again very soon.

Figure it out. This kitchen staff is basically just a bundle of sardines flopping in the back. They gave me my food and it was about 3 pieces of rice, 6 black beans, and the left toe of the chicken. On top of this glorious experience my food tasted like a wayside regular hocked a wet slimy loogie into my food. The cashier at the front just stood there twiddling her thumbs with AirPods in while I rotted in my booth. All in all I hate this place. read more

absolutely NASTY! This taste NOTHING like the location in Grand Rapids. I'm not sure how they are actually using the Taco Boy name. Service is EXTREMELY SLOW.. Food quality is horrible. Onions are chunks as if someone just broke them Into pieces without a knife. Meat has a strange flavor compared to the GR location. Overall very upset and would never eat here again. read more

said it would be ready at 1:13 WASNT FUCKING READY. i'm upset and fucking hungry do better

If I could rate zero stars, I would!! I came and ordered a combo meal with an extra grilled cheese burrito. I got no combo meal and a grilled cheese burrito. Thank you Taco Bell!! For being like me every man and making it half way there! Can't expect much... Where my. Money?? read more

This store is fast, I've never had a Taco Bell get me through the line as fast as they did. The service is quick and friendly, and the staff seem to enjoy being there. The food was accurate and seemed fresh, I've never had a bad experience with the food. Along with all this you could feel the energy in the room, everyone was buzzing around completing their tasks. #dawgs read more

WHY does this location REFUSE to withhold sour cream?! FLAT OUT REFUSE. Every time i visit this location it is a seriously bad visit. You have staff LOUNGING AROUND DOING NOTHING meanwhile 2 women (the only employees that ACTUALLY WORK-sexist much?) frantically try to fill orders and prepare food, clearly without the time to READ THE ORDERS. SOME PEOPLE ARE ALLERGIC TO SOUR CREAM AND YOU ARE PUTTING IT ON ITEMS THAT DO NOT HAVE IT LISTED. I have lost count at the number of items yall have ruined for me and i end up having to eat elsewhere afterwards. read more

I bought an order and then I headed back to my apartment. When we got there we found the order wasn't what we ordered. No bigge, we drove back and asked for the right order. After we got the "right" order it was still wrong. I usually don't go to Taco Bell but the lady I was with happened to want Tbell, so I'm going to be going to the one on pickard from now on for any late night Tbell run. read more

everytime I go here there seems to be an issue. I ordered chips and cheese and they forgot to put the cheese in. now almost spending $20 for one nacho bellgrande on DoorDash and selecting only meat and cheese to be on it, I get my order and it is all refried beans which i specifically said I wanted none of. I am furious the people here can't take the time with their orders to make sure they are right it isn't rocket science and they have wasted how much of my money. get a brain please read more

Never get my order right and the food is always cold right out the window. Don't go here.

Swing and another miss. This is by far the worst Taco Bell ever! These guys messed up on a taco and it was supposed to be just meat and cheese! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! read more

1:20pm no one in line at all, cold ass tacos, asked for fire sauce she gave me 1 fire, 1 hot, and 47 milds.

Waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes just to hear "we cannot take your order. Our system is down." I asked, well can someone some out here and tell everyone waiting in the drive through that so we can leave??? They sent a customer out!!! I could tell he felt awkward. He had his food though. I asked if I could get a gift card for the inconvenience cause why not ask right?? She replied very rudely said "uhm so we can't do anything with our computers..." I've worked in the restaurant industry and personally I would have responded way different and have had the customer come inside and I would have signed a card for $10 for the future. I won't be back.. read more

Some of the food is pretty good such as the breakfast burrito and some of the tacos. I would much rather go to other Mexican eats in the area than this. read more

Jesus Christ, this was bad. The cashier at the drive-thru window was completely incompetent, and the food was just plain bad and bland. I ordered a Steak Doubledilla, only for him to put Quesarito on the order screen - no idea how someone could mix those two up as they don't rhyme. I also ordered a grilled steak taco and a side of nacho cheese. He put in nachos, but I didn't feel like correcting him again. After paying, he opened the window again and tried to get me to pay for the car behind me. After he recognized it was me, he said "Oh," and got my food which was right in front of him. Now, as for the food: my grilled steak taco was cold after just a 4-minute drive home. The Doubledilla did not have double steak, the steak pieces were cut too small, the steak was rubbery, and one of the four pieces had almost no steak in it. Last, the chips I did not order were undercooked and had no flavor. I understand it's a busy time and these are mostly college students working, but the attention to detail was non-existent, and the food was clearly pre-made (or just made poorly), given it was all soggy and cold. Pitiful. read more

I love Taco Bell but every time I have visited this establishment they don't give me my chicken quesadilla! I tend to do a group order for my house so I get 4 or 5 things and every time they don't give me the chicken quesadilla. Sometimes I can catch it before I leave but not every time and it's so heartbreaking. It's so disappointing that they would do this to me as an avid customer. If they could simply have their kitchen together and be better prepared this wouldn't happen and I wouldn't have to leave this review. read more

This place is horribly managed and consistently gets our orders wrong. The workers are rude and clueless. Do not recommend this place at all, go at your own risk. read more

Well I don't ever know how to grade fast food places but I'm going to knock this place for the customer service. I saw the cashier have a customer come up who wanted tortilla chips instead of Doritos. When the employee came back with the backs of chips the hand off was fumbled and they spilled on the counter. Instead of doing ANYTHING he just watched the customer and walked back to his register while looking back at the customer picking up chips off the counter. The customer was clearly disturbed but didn't say anything. My experience with the employee when I ordered was lack luster. Had a hard time understanding what I wanted, which was just a little tweak to a value meal. He didn't smile or anything. Taco Bell is Taco Bell but this place needs to kick some kids to the curb. read more

First and foremost let me say that I have had a lot of Mexican cuisine in my lifetime. But never have my tastebuds felt a sensation as extraordinary as they did at this Taco Bell. I am a frequent diner at this establishment and each meal is better than the last. The meat is sizzled to perfection, the cheese is hand selected by the head chef every morning, and the Baja Blast is aged in a barrel for three months. If I had to make a suggestion I would point you in the direction of the Steak Quesarito. It's hard for me to discuss fine dining and luxury with friends and the Mount Pleasant Taco Bell is not mentioned. They continue to push the envelope and redefine the idea of what a dining experience should be. read more

This Taco Bell location used to have a super friendly crew who seemingly cared about their quality of service, but not any more. The last ~5 times we have gone here (over the last two months) our orders have been wrong, and on top of that, very poorly made. Even after being asked "is everything on the screen correct?" (It usually is), the contents of the bag are incorrect. The picture is of nearly quesoless quesaritto, that was supposed to be beef, but instead is dried out steak. They also refuse to give you receipts so you can't participate in the "how we're doing" surveys. Wonder why... read more

Probably the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The food is always cold and soggy. Wouldn't recommend this location. I sent an email to the company to get a refund because my food was freezing and never got a response. Would love to get my money back. read more

Went inside today .. Soap machine didn't work told the lady at the front she was super busy and asked 3 different people if they knew how to fix the batteries in the dispenser no one seemed to know how and the last one says that the girl yesterday was supposed to fix it .. Ugh you mean to tell me it's been like this for 2 days and your employees aren't washing their hands!!! Order food anyways trying to bite my tongue add sour cream onto my taco which didn't get added to the taco it got added to my quesadilla .. Ask for a side get a death glare .. Get to my quesadilla and realize it's on that ask for a new one and they doused it with the spicy sauce .. If you don't like your job get a new one!!! Worst I've seen in a long time!! The drive thru is so slow. And it's not just at certain times. There is always a line.

This Taco Bell is awesome, I don't know what other people are talking about. The food is always on point.

There was only one worker tonight and she wasn't a very nice person. I had placed my order and once i get to the window i hand her my card and she says "Cash only" in a very angry way. Then she yelled and said either pay with cash or leave. So i said i don't have cash and she slammed the window shut and threw the food on the floor. Never going back! read more

If I could give this place of "business" zero stars, I would. The only reason they're getting 1 is because zero is not an option. My friends and I were there last night between 1 and 2 am and we all left with food poisoning.
