This location has gotten slightly better at service. I was there recently for their BOGO promotion, and the line was out the door! However, the wait wasn't too bad and went quicker than expected. FYI, for the month of Dec'25: every Saturday is BOGO (after 4pm to closing)! Take advantage while you can. Note that they will charge you for the higher priced item of the two items. My main complaint about Chipotle is that they're really stingy with the proteins; depending on the server. It's hit or miss. I ordered a chicken bowl, and there was hardly any chicken in it. There was a whole lotta the other stuff but hardly any chicken. But on another visit, there was a good amount of carne asada. Consistency would be appreciated! I don't know what happened to this Chipotle! The counter where they prepare your food was filthy with pieces of food. There was food all over the floor as if it hadn't been swept that day. Will probably never order or dine at this location ever again due to having by far my worst experience in any restaurant. I ordered 3 steak burrito bowls through the app and one of them I added queso for an extra $2. I ordered for a 9:10pm pickup and showed up at 9:15pm to pickup. Got home about 6 minutes later and opened my orders, they didn't add queso even though it said on the label there was supposed to be. All three bowls were ice cold, I had to microwave it in order to eat it which made the lettuce soggy so it was kind of gross. Pre-today this was my go to spot for lunch, I was a regular and the staff treated me well. Unfortunately after today I will no longer visit this location. Coworker found a little surprise in her bowl. Was told they couldn't give her a full refund since this was placed through the mobile app. They wouldn't refund the delivery fee. The ambiance is quite nice, pretty clean for the most part. Their service is slower than my grandmother who has unfortunately passed away. I would not recommend this for the lunch hour, you'll be on line for at least 15 minutes, especially since they prioritize online orders. The food however? Not much to say. A quesadilla is just a tortilla with melted cheese, yet they failed to even melt the cheese. With this service, I'd have better luck just making it myself. I used to love Chipotle during its prime days. It has been a while that I haven't been to any location because of the e-coli issue they had before. I had the courage to stop by today at this location after work as my son was craving for their burrito bowl. The store's ambiance is totally different now- the store has lesser customer, lesser staff. My son requested for a tortilla and pico de gallo on the side ( free charge btw) and there was no hesitation to my request.They tried to satisfy their customers demand to keep the business going. My steak burrito bowl was just the same as how I like it. I do really like how they combined everything, it's very filling for a reasonable amount. Three stars for today's visit as they missed to put lettuce and cheese on my son's sofrita bowl. I will understand if they were crazy busy but we were just two on line during that time. The cashier covered it up though- he was fast and friendly. The pricing for each bowl seems expensive now as it was not as hyped as before. Placed a pick up order at this location the other night. They weren't terribly busy but when I got there shortly after the pick up time, my order was not ready. An employee searched high and low for the bag before realizing the order hadn't been started yet and immediately gloved up to make it. She was quick and both her and the cashier apologized for the wait. Online you have the option to specify if you want certain ingredients light, extra, or on the side. I like that feature because I prefer small amounts of certain items and often in the restaurant when you say you don't want a lot of something, they don't listen. I've been attending this chipotle for years. I have always been a little bit displeased with the amount of food being served whether it's a burrito or a bowl. Today, i had enough. I go up there and order a bowl. You know, little change up to see if they give me more than what I get with a burrito. I ask for steak and brown rice. I receive one small scoop of rice and one scoop small scoop of steak. I wasn't too happy about this so I asked for a little more. The lady then decided to give me 3 more pieces of steak. 3 MORE! I was in shock so I didn't say anything at the moment but after shaking my bowl and opening it up, my bowl was half full. I decided to go back and ask for a little bit more rice. Instead of giving me a few scoops, they filled up one of the side cups you would get guac in with some white rice. This set me off. I kept my mouth shut and ate my bowl but I will always remember that steak bowl received on January 25th, 2024. I hope this is taken into consideration. read more

I tried ordering the chicken quesadilla with chips and guac on the side as well as the steak quesadilla with salsa on the side for my mom. The first time I ordered, my food delivery was totally incorrect. I ended up receiving someone else's burrito order instead. Clearly someone hadn't looked at the name on the order very carefully. Highly unprofessional. At least I was able to get refunded. The second time I ordered, I received everything except the guac that was supposed to come with the chips. Honestly the quesadillas were so underwhelming - the tortillas they used were too hard and crunchy. Chips were way too salty. None of the food tasted fresh. Not a big review person so this will be short and sweet. My 14 year old daughter does not like to order her own food due to the rush and she just doesn't usually feel confident or comfortable enough. This location is not the closest to us but we will be going here from now on, the young ladies greeted us with big smiles and engaged and encouraged my daughter to order what she wanted. We didn't have to beg for a few extra grains of rice, the staff laughed and talked with us as well as one another, the manager was not only upfront and visible but supporting his staff. Best Chipotle Ever!! Sometimes the lines are long but the employees do a good job of working quickly and accurately to ensure the waiting times aren't too bad. I also order from this location a lot and my order has never been wrong and the portions are very similar to what they are when I order in person. I also enjoy the dim lighting because it's perfect for any mood. Chipotle is my go to place for after school hang outs. I never really get guac but when I do, they always put a good amount of it on and the employees are never shy when it comes to adding a little bit extra of other toppings like corn or cheese if you ask nicely.
