I give it 1 star because I can't give it zero stars or negative numbers. Went in and was checking out the menu and deals on my phone. When I stepped up to the cashier to order, no one was around. The people in the back saw me, and the person that does the drive thru walked passed me twice and didn't say anything. No one took my order, it was dead in the restaurant, one family eating. Burger King 2351 Jericho Tkpe. North Hempstead, NY. 11040. I swear I'm being stalked by Burger King commercials. On Saturday June 24 2023 after seeing another 2 for $5 B King commercial. Off I went. Got there and just couldn't understand what 2 for $5 was. Didn't see any pics either. What was the big difference besides different toppings. It's not like you're getting a 1 Fish & 1 Chicken sandwich. Or Jr Whopper & Fish sandwich. So honestly I didn't get it. The female cashier was very rude and she literally walked off while I was asking her a question. Then kept on ignoring me. She then in Spanish insulted me. I simply said to her. You do know I understand and speak Spanish. I just ignored her from then. A nice fella walked up and helped me with my order. He explained what the 2 for $5 was very easily. We both laughed for I thought it was something completely different than just having different toppings on 2 Whopper Jr's. His name is actually ANGEL. He sure came to my rescue. Angel was actually in training. Yep. Being trained by the same female cashier that insukted me in Spanish. SMH. I dropped into Burger King after picking up the kids from school. We were hoping to pick up a quick afternoon snack. Hoping to make it quick, I tried using BK's mobile app to order and pick up... big mistake. After 5 frustrating minutes of trying to order through the app, where the orders "disappear" or errors out, I walked into the store to place my order. I ordered (2) wraps and 2 orders of fries. When I got the order, they'd swapped one of the fries for onion rings, which is fine because I happen to like onion rings so I let it slide. Then I get home and see that the wraps I ordered - with no tomatoes - were nowhere in sight. Instead I got two burgers with ALL VEGGIES, INCLUDING TOMATOES, AND NO MEAT. Nothing beats the traditional Whopper. (My wife insists on adding bacon and cheese) Love the "2 for $6" deal. This is our favorite Burger King, however, Saturday, 9/30/23 drive thru 2:45pm nasty nasty woman served us. Knocked on the window because she forgot our drink (handed my husband the bag and turned her back on us). Yells at him DO NOT BANG ON THE WINDOW! There was no ketchup or dipping sauce. There is nothing I love more than a Cherry icee float. F -L-O-A-T!!! That means there is to be ice cream on the bottom, cherry on the top, deliciousness all the way through. Now, I've been in here plenty of times..and I've ordered my icee float PLENTY of times. How many times out of, say 15 did they get it right?? ...Maybe three!! Did you read that!? ..THREE!!! Omg. Went in ordered 3 tacos. My tacos where taking longer then 15 minutes and after over hearing the employee ask the kitchen staff where the tacos r n what's taking so long the kitchen employee says to him I dont do tacos ask maria or someone. Went there on a Sunday morning right after they opened. The cashier Precious was very friendly and attentive. I ordered two chicken sandwiches and two Whopper. My wife said it's the worst chicken sandwich she ever ate She said it was very salty. I was impressed with the rapid time my order was ready. If it were possible to give this restaurant no stars I would do it without hesitation. Today I went for breakfast here order 2 sausage biscuits hash browns and cinni minis. This was the worst breakfast I ever had in my whole life from any Burger King. I used to work in Burger King when I was a teen and I always found McDonalds to be better. About the food the two sausage biscuit were horrible it should have been called sausage scone because the so called biscuit was literally that hard. I can't believe at 8 am the biscuit could be so hard. My guess is that they saved this from yesterday or at least a week ago. Last time I remembered biscuits were suppose to be light and fluffy. Anyone correct me if I'm wrong. On to the hash browns don't know what they were cooked in but they were also horrible. Just touching them I felt my arteries clog. There had to be more oil on these than what spilled in the gulf just recently. Next came the cini minis they were the worst only God knows how long they've been kept around. Overall this restaurant is bordering on horrible I dont see how they are still in business. Also the drive through is very slow. In closing if you want a fast food breakfast venture down to the Mc Donalds further down Jericho Turnpike they are much better than is Burger King. I ordered a Whopper meal and as I pulled up to take my bag and got something completely different ( think is was a chicken sandwhich not even close). The communication between customer and the teller is getting worse. I would go through the details of the comical conversation but it goes on too long and boring. ('large coke please'. Large coke? 'yes'. Large? 'yes'.) You eventually get the right Burger King order but in the end it's just Burger King and you should not have ordered it in the first place. Someone from their corporate offices really needs to get over there and do a complete overhaul of their staff. Even the fries have me on the toilet for three hours. The ice in the soda machine never works. Don't even bother applying to work there, they 'hired' me and gave me the run around for a month, never trained me or gave me any hours. Ended up saying they didn't have a job for me afterall. Overcharged us on the cinnamon rolls, should have gotten the 4 we paid fir and only got 2. They were put in the bag sideways so the icing leaked out all over the hash browns which were scattered over the bottom of the bag since they too were just thrown in. The cinnamon rolls were hard and dry so that was a waste of money even if we had gotten them all. Tried to call the store and the phone number is a fax machine!!! I don't normally eat fast food but now when I do, it won't be here. I sat down to eat my "meal." As I'm eating I am swatting flies away from my naturally formed chicken sticks. Mid bite of my cartilage packed burger, I locked eyes with something from across the restaurant. At first I thought nah this couldn't be what I think it is. Then the eyes scurried closer to my view. Yup that's a mouse. Now as a man I'm not afraid of mice, but this thing was coming right at me so I collected myself wiped away my tears, got up threw my meal in the trash.
