S star service from a 5 star crew who really make an effort. Kristin is the very kind and proactive Manager who sets the tone for her team. Megan is the early shift Manager who gets in early at 3:30 am despite the mounds of snow and ice & greets and welcomes all warmly and wishes them a safe drive after taking care of their orders. Sadhna is the unsung SUPERSTAR who knows Sip club members phone numbers and has this wonderful and hospitable way of passing on the love and excellence. Aisha is the awesome cashier on the weekends who is consistent and a worker. Jessalyn is the fantastic lady who is always wiping down tables, refilling the honey, tea bags and ensuring all the dairy options are updated. Hats off to the wonderful, spunky and aware ladies in the kitchen area who go the extra mile and ensure that the Asiago bagel order is hot, the eggs are great, the salad is well made with the avocados and complimentary extra green goddess dressings and that the baguettes are fresh and cut well. Never had an issue with the soup not being served hot enough( Panera in California and Virginia have public microwaves next to the coffee and tea section). Carle Place Panera's manager Matt and his employee David, Very disappointing experience at Panera Bread. I came in to redeem a free cookie reward that was clearly offered through their rewards, and both the employee and manager refused to honor it. What's worse is how it was handled--no effort to verify the promotion, no attempt to resolve the issue, and no regard for customer service. I wasn't treated like a valued customer at all. It's not about the cookie--it's about the principle and the lack of professionalism. Situations like this show a clear disconnect in management and customer care. Just walked into Panera bread to sit down and do a little bit of writing. As soon as I walked in, I immediately noticed the smell. The entire restaurant smells of a mix between foot and body odors. Two years later and still one star for service. Panera set a record recently: they fulfilled an order very incorrectly (almost hard to believe how wrong) making me have to drive back to get it fixed. They re-did the order, handed it back to me...and...wrong again. Different wrong but again wrong. They got it right on try 3 and credited me but my goodness. I always order my food ahead of time online for in cafe pick up, and I order pretty much the same meal each visit. However, they almost never give me the correct contents of my order. The soup is never the correct soup. And just today, not only did I once again not receive the soup I ordered and paid for, but I also found a weird green residue on the inside of my grilled cheese after I took a bite. I both hope and assume that whatever I found in my sandwich was residue from another item of food that maybe my meal came in contact with in the kitchen. When I arrived to Parnera to get my soups, they weren't in the Pick Up area ... but according to the app, it was. I waited 5 more minutes and got the attention of a lady working at the front register. She told me it was done and handed me my bag. As I was about to leave, I checked the bag to make sure the side of bread was in the bag. It wasn't and the lady went to ask the person who prepared my bag for it. She said, 'oh, you're going to have to wait 14 mins if you want bread with your soup, the bread is being baked right now'. I wasn't going to wait 14 mins and I debated on buying some bread from Panera but decided against it. Have done all 3 and very easy. must be popular for breakfast as they run out of brioche really early - not even 10:15 am on a Saturday and they were sold out. The brioche bun is really good which I prefer of the cibatta. If you're a MyPanera+ Coffee member...now known as Unlimited Sip Club member, get unlimited hot coffee, iced coffee or hot tea every 2 hours each day. It's worth it to be a member. The food is good as well - whether it be breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks. The bearclaw is good as well and shareable. Dining in isn't a problem and not too packed if you go before the rest of the crowds. Baja bowl with chicken - bad mistake on my part. While it tasted decent, the chicken had an off taste to it. The portion was tiny. I can get more for the price elsewhere. Fast food meal prices increased, and portions shrunk. I think I will stick with a regular restaurant meal... Disappointed. read more

Panera Bread always has good quality food items. Over the years I had eaten here several times and usually an ok experience. Recently I joined the coffee club for $9.99 per month which gives you unlimited coffee, tea or iced coffee every day for every 2 hours. Great deal if you like their coffee. For me it's ok, their iced coffee is pretty good. Sometimes my wife and I go for breakfast, order a couple of bagels and use our coffee club which becomes a big savings for 2 large coffees. It's very convenient when using the app and you can go to any Panera which is also a huge benefit. As far as service, it's ok, the staff is usually not very friendly but they are efficient. Sometimes I go and the board says my coffee is ready and there is no coffee and then have to ask for it. Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering from the app. I know at times they get real busy and perhaps they are short staff, you can see that since they are all very busy. Panera Bread is actually one of my favorites in the fast food genre. I like to consider it as elevated fast food. This location, although not the closest nor most convenient for me, is the most efficient. Never had an issue with order accuracy, cleanliness, or customer service. This Panera is located in a small strip mall and shares a lot with a few other eateries, a Harmon's and TD Bank. The parking lot is usually a mess but you can find parking eventually. If you order ahead or use curbside pickup, you can park directly in front of Panera. I definitely recommend their broccoli mac&cheese, get it in a bread bowl. Their flatbread pizza is actually really good, up to par with what you would get in a formal restaurant. Their soups are satisfying, I love the French onion, broccoli & cheddar, and butternut squash (seasonal). They also have sandwiches, the Mediterranean and the Modern Caprese are great. You can order each item a la carte or they offer a pick 2 option, which is more cost efficient. I use to love their iced passion green tea but lately it has been tasting watered down. Their baked goods are worth getting if you have extra calories to spare. Definitely a good option for a lowkey lunch or dinner. Slightly healthier than the typical fast food options. read more

Something is happening here! Good thins :D I used order a coffee and it is never ready when I go there and I have to stay in line for 5-15 minutes to get my cup. I got smarter and would order a coffee like 30 minutes in advance and even then I go there my coffee is not ready. I tried ordering one hour in advance or whenever I think of it and will go there in one to two hours sometimes it's there ready sometimes it's not. It was totally horrible! Now it all changed so much for the better. NOW I order a coffee I will get an email immediately and two minutes later I would get a confirmation email saying my coffee's ready! Once I get there it really is ready! There's times hazelnut coffee pot will be empty and I ask them for a new pot it takes less than one minute for them to bring it out. I have always been a fan of Panera Bread. The stores are always big and bright with plenty of seating and the team here is extremely courteous while serving up their delicious fresh food. I was very impressed with the team member at the register this visit. My wife, who is doing weight watchers had to make a dozen modifications to her dish and the young lady smiled and helped her through the whole process. A salad with all the right fixings and toppings for a WW follower. I have always loved the chicken and rice soup with my Napa chicken salad sandwich. The food here is consistently fresh and their specials are always well thought of and extremely tasty. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Only half of the tables are being used which I understand totally. But management is allowing individuals to sit in booths for four and play on their computer when there are no tables for customers.Almost every table you look at has one or more people on computers and yet people are wandering around holding their plates looking for a place to eat. We found a table but it had dishes on it. It was no one inside to clean the table. I had to carry the plates over myself, get out my disinfectant and clean the table myself. This is by far the worst situation I have seen. I understand the policy at Panera is to allow people to sit for hours. But thanks to Covid the number of people in the restaurant need to be cut. Panera bread is always a hearty comforting meal. The place provides free wifi and comfortable seating. It is a great hang out spot! This location is on jericho turnpike in Mineola. It is in the same shopping center as chipotle, Luigi's pizza, harmon, and a lobster restaurant. The parking lot is also shared with the bank so it can be very busy, but there is also parking across the street too in a separate lot to the right of the harmon. When you walk in you can order at a kiosk or get on line to order with a staff member at the register. Today, I chose the to order with the kiosk. With that, you take a buzzer which goes off when your order is ready. I got the pick 2 with a large mac and cheese and the steak and white cheddar panini. I chose without the horseradish on my sandwich and was happy when I received it that it did not have horseradish on it. I did choose to have balsamic glaze put on my sandwich but, it was not there. I went back up to ask the worker if I could have balsamic glaze please, she was confused and asked me balsamic? balsamic dressing? I said no, the balsamic glaze. She came back with their balsamic vinaigrette dressing. The worker seemed very confused which makes no sense because it is an item on their menu but I let it go because I like the balsamic dressing too. There is no doubt paneras portions have decreased drastically but the prices have remained the same if not increased. I drank water so without a drink my meal came out to about $14.10. I did order the large mac and cheese which was very filling. I enjoyed my meal but definitely believe it is overpriced. My sandwich could of had more meat for that price, as well as cheese. The service could be better, the workers seem like they just want to be left alone. Asking them questions they will give you the wrong thing in hopes you just accept it. Like, I did. Last time I went to a panera in Huntington Village, I was very disappointed by the quality of the food. However, this one surely did not disappoint. I was greeted by the cashier and he was extremely personable. The girl in front of me kept giggling with the cashier so I thought that they were friends or hardcore flirting. It was a little irritating cuz they were talking for longer than the usual time it takes to order food. When it got to my turn I completely understood why she kept laughing. This dude was seriously hilarious. He asked me "Do you want an apple with that?" To which I responded, "Do I look like I need an apple?" And he replied, "I don't know why I asked you that". The entire interaction was very comical. He pronounced my last name spot on. Best customer service I've had at a panera. It's just nice how he spends a little extra time getting to know each customer and strives to make them laugh. Thanks Ryan! Oh yeah, the food was great. I still like Panera a lot, but on this occasion, nothing was organized. A lot of it came from no one understanding how they want you to stand in a line here. They have 2 registers, on 2 different counters, one is in front of the breakfast and bakery menu and the other for the general menu, however, you can't really read the other menu if you're standing by one of them. They want you to stand in 1 line, by the bakery register, so even if you want to purchase something from the general menu, you won't be able to read it until you're there. It just didn't make sense to me, especially since I was buying from the breakfast menu. Another thing, they hand you your coffee/beverage at the counter, so don't be like me and already walk away to the pick-up counter. Just a tip. I order the avocado, spinach and egg breakfast sandwich. It was mostly good except for way underripe and soggy tomato. I promptly removed it and enjoyed the rest of it. read more

Great Panera location, situated in a plaza along with Rex and some other establishments, so there's ample parking in the lot. We come here almost daily because my other half is enrolled in their coffee subscription. However, we've also dined in prior to COVID and always had good experiences. Service is extremely friendly - which is more noticeable now during COVID, as staff faces and our faces are becoming more familiar (I guess I should say eyes instead of faces since we all have a mask on). They walk out with our coffee and orders with a big smile (or smize?) each time and curbside pickup has made our lives, and everyone's lives for that matter, much more convenient and safe during this pandemic. Today's visit deserves two stars. Here's why: 1) Ran out of bagels! Not just the blueberry ones but not even one Asiago bagel to be seen. No bagels at all at 2:30. 2) Ran out of avocado!
