This Chipotle location is across from my nail salon. I was hungry and it was raining so I decided to stop in. The parking lot was about half full so parking isn't an issue if you decide to visit. Inside the establishment is pretty clean. The line was a tad bit long but moving fast. Here's the main issue. I overheard every person in front of me complaining about the portion of meat. When I get to my turn, I realize that the server is literally counting the pieces of meat. I wanted half chicken and half steak and she gives me half of a half scoop. I'm not making this up. The patrons behind me even complained about their serving. The patron in front of me asked for DOUBLE chicken and double steak just to get a normal portion. The server was unmoved. I've definitely been given normal portions at other locations. This was a first for me. The rest of the visit was fine. I checked out and left. That will be my first and last time there. read more

Went to this location and it was practically empty only 2 people in front of me in the line. I was not greeted even though the server doing the first stop locked eyes with me 3 times. It took two people (the aforementioned server and a cashier) to help them. After 5 minutes I still was not acknowledged. Several other workers were there doing various task. 5 workers were at the table on a break (not their fault but crazy that the company would schedule that). Another chunk of time goes by and I'm still not acknowledged and actually other orders are being made... I'm assuming they're online orders. I walked out after at least 20 minutes of waiting. Should be 0 stars!! This Chipotle is going down hill! I've been coming here for 10 years plus and the last 4 times have been horrible!! I ordered a chicken bowl with beans, chicken, sour cream and cheese. I had to yell at the lady to STOP putting sour cream on she was adding the 3rd scoop (i didn't say extra). March 11, 2023 I ordered a featured item through the mobile app (Keithadilla) and they told tell me they didn't have it after confirming the order . This was upsetting but not the deal breaking issue for me. I asked did they carry any of the order- (I'd ordered a side of guacamole) and I was told no. Now, I know this is a lie because I have purchased chips and guacamole from Chipotle previously. Cool chipotle location, the parking can be a little tight but the lines are always short. The manager walks around to make sure your food is ok and you are pleased. I did think that was a nice added touch that stood out. The place stays clean and the food is usually fresh. I do not recommend coming the last 30 min as some food may not be available. read more

I regularly took my dog to Petco, every evening driving on the service road behind the restaurants, my car had a team of rats running next to it from behind Wendy's (my headlights made them run), as well as a small herd (half dozen) that ran from the lot of Hibachi Grill towards Chipotle. The setup is different than any other Chipotle. Laurel is a nice area to spend time when you have errands to run. Chipotle in general is really becoming garbage- there are a lot of competitors who offer a similar product at around the same price point with better service and ingredients. They want you to use the app, but there is no way to solve problems on there. Anyways, this location was THE WORST of any I've been to. It was dirty. Every cashier had a terrible attitude. They messed up my burrito bowl order that I ordered the first time online 3 times (all they have to do is read a ticket that prints) and couldn't refund me in store. Moe's Southwest Grill and Sardi's in the area are far better options, in addition to the plethora of other restaurants around there that actually want your business and are worth the money. I got a chicken burrito bowl here and found the meat to be rather dry. There was a bit of added kick to the chicken, which was a nice surprise for me. The staff was friendly and they did a good job hooking it up with the portions in true Chipotle fashion (see the heap of burrito stuffs in the pic). My own tip; ask for each ingredient individually as you're moving down the assembly line. It's slower but they always pile it on, thinking each addition is your last add-on. This chipotle is fairly decent. I have yet to dine in at the location, but i always do a pick up order whenever I order for lunch. Each time I've gone for my pick up order, I end up waiting about 10 mins after my scheduled pick up time for my food; and I notice that I'm not the only one who's having to do that. There tends to be a small pool of people who stand by the pick up shelf waiting for their orders to be placed there as well. I've also noticed that it's always busy there and it seems to be a bit chaotic, since there are a bunch of orders that need to be taken, but I feel as though rush hours should be accommodated with more staffing to get the high volumes of people out. Nonetheless, I haven't had any issues with my food and my portion sizes have been fairly good. I just wish were able to have my pick up order ready when I get there. read more

The service here was under par and the location wasn't even busy. They didn't give me any meats (I paid for the steak bowl). I had a promo for free guac but the lady behind the register (almost) refused to belive that I could get rhe guac INSIDE the bowl, she kept insisting that the guac had to be "on the side". After reading the Ts & Cs of the offer, she finally processed it. Lastly, I asked for a water cup and she told me that they don't give a lids or straws with water cups, that will be more understandable if we were able to dine inside but we couldn't since the area was blocked off. Very, very slow service and immediate parking area was completely full. I had to park in a neighboring lot. Spent about 20 minutes in line, and the employees just do not move with purpose. For a 2pm visit, I should not be in line that long. The food had fresh ingredients and was properly prepared with enough ingredients, but an hour later I'm still hungry---just wasn't enough. The food is decent, but it's chipotle I don't expect it to be different from location to location. That's about the only thing this particular location has going for it. Everything else is meh. -Service seems to be hit or miss (but either way they are always tremendously busy). -The outside is very dirty and has been consistently dirty for a long while. Cigarette butts/napkins/bags everywhere in the landscaping. The tables outside are broken so the surface wobbles when you put anything on it. Several of the umbrellas are broken. -The inside is dirty. Leftover bits of food on the tables, balled up napkins/straw covers on the floor. If there were another Chipotle in Laurel I would go to that instead. read more

I've never had a bad Chipolte experience and this location was no exception. The line was pretty long but fast moving except for the guy right in front of me (the staff had to tell him to stop leaning over the sneezewall); which I can't blame the staff for, they were trying to move him along but he was insistent on having "drama" (honey, if you are that restricted on your diet, skip places that have pork items on the menu). Even with his drama, they were incredibly nice and trying their best to provide excellent service. I am a Chipolte fan, but like most fast food, if you're not paying attention, you can trash the whole day worth of calories in one little meal. I love the guacamole and I am willing to suffer the calories from it. Overall, I wind up in a Chipolte every once in a while and rarely the same one twice....never a disappointment. read more

I just started working in the area and figured the close proximity to a Chipotle was a good thing - wrong. I have to see if there is another location nearby because this one is going to cause me to write off all of them. I first went a couple of weeks ago and ordered a carne asada bowl. They have been advertising the heck out of their carne asada and make a point of stating it's for a limited time only so....I tried it. It must be made of gold considering how little I have gotten, now, in three trips back to this place. But a least I got a lot of rice. Not happy - and they charge more for the carne asada. I would switch back to steak but every time I look at it in the container it looks as appetizing as, well, let's just say it doesn't look appetizing - like, its well-done and has been there I'm the container for a lot longer than I know it has. All in all, on three separate occasions I have left poorer and more disappointed than I would have hoped. Step your game up. I ordered a burrito through Uber eats and asked for chicken with extra barbacoa. When I received my burrito, I noticed it looked pretty small for a double meat meal, so I opened it. There's half a scoop of chicken and fajita vegetables which I didn't ask for. I work for another chipotle, and I know that every restaurant isn't the same as the last, but this is just ridiculous, I got charged for double meat just for there to be half a scoop of chicken. I wasn't around where I work and my boyfriend and I felt for chipotle. I expected small portions but nothing like this. Waste of money for mediocre food. I ordered my food from my hotel room at 5:15pm and recieved it before 6pm. This was the only good thing about this service. I usually always LOVE Chipotle and the food but when it arrived, it was ICE COLD. I ordered the chicken bowl. they also didnt put all the ingredients in the bowl as I ordered. They missed the Medium Green salsa. I have never eaten a cold bowl before. They charged 3.35 for a service fee and 6.25 for a delivery fee. This is not what I expected to get. Considering that it was made and delivered fast, there was no reason why it was so cold. Very unsatisfied customer.
