Been a while since I've been to Taco Bell, and honestly this visit was pretty disappointing. The biggest issue was the wait time. Our food took longer than expected, but one of my friends had it way worse--he ordered second, yet somehow about 10 people got their food before him. When he went up to ask what was going on, the person we assumed was the manager gave a snarky response: "I'm calling them as I get them." Not exactly helpful, and definitely not great customer service. It still took quite a while after that for his food to come out. On top of that, I ordered a Baja Blast, but the manager ended up locking the soda fountain so no one could get refills because a few people were abusing the water cups. I get the reasoning, but it kind of ruined it for everyone else who paid for drinks. Overall, not the best experience. Between the long wait and poor customer service, this visit definitely missed the mark. read more

Everything a Taco Bell should be, employees were polite and helpful. Tables were clean and it was very vibrant. Food was very good. Was surprised by the Mexican pizza, used to be my favorite and when I got it at another location it tasted HORRIBLE. Left an awful taste in my mouth but the one I had here won me back again. For what it's worth, this place is consistent. But that does not always equate to it being superb. We all know what Taco Bell has to offer and we all know the consequences of dining at a Taco Bell. The worst thing about this place is the construction in front of the place right now. I know this is not any fault of business, but you have to be extra careful when entering/exiting the place. I'm not sure about this, but I believe that the construction might have something to do with the near lagoon you have to drive through when you use the drive thru. Food is on par and nearly identical with each visit. What isn't so keen here is that they almost literally throw your food together. I mean, the food looks like it was thrown together so fast that the presentation went right out the door. You get out of here fast, but you get a heap of ingredients that hardly resemble what you ordered. I will say that customer service here is hit or miss. Some visits you get great service with them not messing anything up on your order. But there are some visits that you have to wonder if they even heard you ordering. I'm sure there will be return visits here. One could hope that they will be better visits. read more

Fast, courteous, and friendly service. They actually give MORE sauce than expected. What? 20 Fire packets? I love you, College Park Taco Bell! The food (taco combo plus a quesadilla) was correctly made, neatly packaged, tasty, and a good value. As of March 2023, there is some construction going on to the road, so ease into the parking lot. The driveway is a bit tight but there is ample surface parking in the dedicated lot and the lot behind the joint. read more

Whenever I'm in the College Park area and need to grab a quick bite, this Taco Bell location always hits the spot. They're always friendly when taking my order at the drive thru and consistently keep the line moving so I'm not waiting for long even when there happens to be a few cars already in line. I've also never had a mishap with receiving an incorrect order that happens frequently at other locations. I have had one odd experience in the past where I was told I could only receive one napkin per item as if they were rationing napkins but that was a one off and I haven't been told that since when I ask for extra napkins. read more

Used to come here every Tuesday last semester it was great. got my first order this semester- I'm vegetarian so I order beans on everything. they put beef in my Doritos tacos and then showed me a receipt saying I ordered beef even though I picked beans in the app. they gave me the wrong gordita crunch, and then they tried to give my order to an Uber driver instead of me. this place sucks now would not recommend. read more

They called a tow truck for my car and when I went back inside to ask them about it (once I couldn't find my car) they said "oh yeah did you have a this type of car?" The location has found a new low. They share a parking lot with Denny's so now they have contracted a tow truck company to steal Denny's customers cars and ransom them back for $175. Happened to us yesterday. Walked into Denny's for lunch. Came back out and car was gone. Only way we knew it was towed was because of the other confused Denny's customers that also had their car stolen for ransom fifteen minutes before we discovered ours missing. read more

I went to this location and stood at the counter in a completely empty store (no customers) for over a min watching three employees making meals for what I assume was pick up orders. No one greeted me but they looked right at me, not until I spoke to them first, then the employee told me to go use the kiosk to place my order. I ordered TWO things on the mobile app and was told I would have to wait over 20 minutes for them. The staff was on their phones instead of addressing customers waiting at the counter. This is like the worst Taco Bell ever , I had a mobile pick up here and went to use the bathroom to wash my hands and one of their other table customers stole the order and when I informed the manager they had a rude crappy attitude and said they would not remake the order even when it's already been paid for , I would not recommend this store for any food orders , the people that work here are unprofessional and can't speak proper English and don't know how to run the store . Ive gone to this tacobell for years and prefer it from just about all the other locations. theres never a parking issue and the food is always fresh. theyre breakfast coffee sucks but thats easily expected from a place thats not meant for it so i just never ordered it again. so i dont mind. the cinnabon delights are always warm. its never crowded. on average like 2 or 3 people are eating in there. most ive seen is like 6. the service is GREAT. never had any issues, theyre so polite and hardworking. my mom actually knew onw of the cashiers since they used to work at pg malls taco bell. maybe its a good area or luck but this location is definitely the best tacobell in town. read more

It's fast food, obviously, so the food is exactly what you expect. But the service at this particular Taco Bell is pretty darn amazing. I don't know what their secret is, but they are always friendly and not once have they gotten my order wrong. I have about a 50% success rate at the McDonald's across the street, and a 10% success rate at the taco bell near my work, but I have literally NEVER had an order mixup at this taco bell, and there's a lot of data points because (I'm embarrassed to admit) I eat there 3+ times a week. Recently they've been slower, but I think it was either busyness or training new employees (or the guy in front of me ordering like 20 tacos). This is my favorite fast food place in College Park. Not only because I love Taco Bell, but because the staff is always so pleasant and kind. There is another Taco Bell down the road but I always choose this one because of the customer service. I always go through the drive thru and as I'm pulling away I always feel a little better because of how they treat the customers. Always greeted with a smile and they are so calm and relaxed. I paid 7 dollars for two nacho cheese beef chalupas and I bit into a big bite of all nacho cheese, WHAT! There was barely any meat on it. I literally ripped off half of the BURNT chalupa. A friend and I stopped here early this morning (around 12:30am) after leaving DC for a quick bite before we made our way home. The employee who gave us our food wasted no time asking us where we were going, how he'd like to "be wherever we're going to be" and more comments about wanting to come with us. Normally I'd just tell this guy to give us our food and leave us alone, but it worries me that this is a college town, and I assume he thought we were college students (we're far past that).
